Nice hotel”

I was supposed to make a booking at their newer hotel but mistakenly made the booking here. I must say it is surprisingly good and easy to get around. Walking to the main downtown area was only 5 to 10 minutes. Our room was booked without breakfast. The first day, we had ala carte breakfast fod 120 baht each. They had 3 different options. The second day we were early and got their buffet breakfast, also for 120 baht. Nice thai variety and standard western stuff like sausage and fried eggs. Definitely would stay here again.

Old hotel”

The hotel is very old and had no choice since most of the hotels were fully booked.

Strategic location and well-maintained facilities”

Strategic location, near Kim Yong Market & Lee Garden areas. Very well maintained facilities. A designated car park for those who drove there. Nearby 7 Eleven, retail shops, midnight snacks stalls. Highly recommended.

Good ”

Overall is good though the hotel facility is old but room n bed is very big. Good location - 5mins walk from Lee Garden, Kim Yong market and nearby eatery hustle free check in check out TV channels selection 30++ Will consider again on next trip !!

Great location, spacious clean room, attentive smiley staff ”

Thanks to the hotel's comfy room, well rested and slept peacefully during my stay for two nights, fantastic location second to none, specially very close to Kim Yong market and all kinds of night food stalls and street vendors. The room has it all, very spacious for two people, but one thing I found it pretty odd is that there are no coffee or tea sachets at all despite of electric kettle provided. The room wifi is strong enough for us on floor 4th and nice sized window let fresh air and breeze in and out. The staff is very friendly and attentive, also lovely smiles in their face that I like the most. I will be for sure coming back to stay here whenever back to Hatyai.

Muy bueno”

Even though this hotel a bit old , anyway staffs are friendly . We drop by early morning at 8am on Friday and she allow us to check in to have a rest . Rooms are big comfortable , quiet place and convenient location to walk around to market and 7-11.. Price are OK .. Highly Recommended.

Need to improve on cleaning service ”

Bathroom quite dirty, really can't accept. Hotel dnt provide slipper, when I slap on the floor, it's quite dusty. Room are big, air-conditioning and heater are function well. Staff are friendly. 10 mins walk distance to Lee Garden.

A little rundown room interior”

Location is superb, nearby eateries day and night, massage centre and 2 x 7-11 within walking distance. The room need some improvement as it's a little run down. Generally, I will return my stay there.

Quite old and dim room”

The room light very dim, not suitable for old people. The shower curtain is OMG dirty and the toilet room is full of dust. Request for hair dryer, staff ask you come down counter take. No safety box. No hand wash soup, no tooth brush provided. Room size is big with this price and air con is cold enough. Consider near to Lee Garden within walking distance. If you wish to take tuk-tuk, outside of the hotel always have one standby there.

Great Staff and Location”

Pros: Very good staff specifically Ms. Nee, Ms. Pink and Ms. Ann were very helpful, always cater us very well. Location is awesome, next door is a Muslim Restaurant where can get fresh Roti Canai, 5 to 6 minutes walk to Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Plaza, Centara Mall and walking street. Many many muslim and Halal restaurants and stalls within minutes walk, mostly food shops available near Kim Yong market or Lee Garden Plaza. Tuk Tuk service always available Infront of the hotel, there are three 7-Eleven shops also within 2 minutes walk. There is also motorbike service available right at the corner of the hotel. Many good massage therapy places closed to the hotel. Family friendly hotel. I would surely stay again. Cons: Outdated hotel, need renovation, rooms are bit dark, lights not much, breakfast very average, must improve the breakfast menu

Reasonable Rate”

The hotel room rate consider cheap. The location is good as not far from Lee Gardens Plaza Shopping Mall. Staff can speak English but got Thailand accent. The bathtub is dark and dirty. The drain pile was clogged up abit, we didn't ask to repair or change room as the water still can drain out just a little bit slow. Overall still recommended.

Musty ”

If you're looking for just a room to rest for the night, probably this will do but not the best hence manage your expectations. Dimly litted room, musty wet smell in room. It is a old hotel. Probably the Grand one (Golden Crown Grand) is their newer sister hotel. 10mins walk to Lee Gardens area. 7 Eleven around the corner.

Bueno”

Pros : Typical 3~4 Star old fashion hotel with well maintain amenities. Price is cheap, room is clean and spacious. Toilet and bath tub are clean, suit for bubble bath. Bed is comfort and clean. Towels are clean and smell good. Daily housekeeping for replacement of toiletries and drinking water. Walking distance 10 min Lee Garden Plaza and 7/11 just located street’s corner of the hotel. Tuk Tuk just in front of the hotel. Cons: Rooms and corridor is dim and not dare to walk alone. No coffee and tea bag is provided, no hair dryer. But could borrow it for the whole stay. Check in around 5~6pm, the extra bed was not set Later extra bed was simply set with the brown downy blanket without white cover. The housekeeping showing impatient face during reset the blanket cover and refill of the lacking of toiletries.. Daily Housekeeping too earlier, around 8.30 am they will knock your door even you not asked for it. This should improved by refer the customer preferable time.

Excellent”

Room is spacious and clean. Halal restaurant is besides the hotel. Walking distance to lee garden plaza where you can find lots of food stalls at night. In the morning you can also walk from the hotel to kimyong market where you can buy fruits, nuts etc. In front of the hotel you can hire a tuk2 to go for day tour

Value for Money”

The staff were super helpful. Despite the language barrier, they tried to help me to find a mechanic to repair my broken car. However, something need to be done with the manhole at the parking lot which may cause more damage to other cars as what has happened to mine. All in all, I definitely have no doubt to stay at this hotel again. Looking forword to!

can walk to lee garden and kim yong market... got massage 300 bhat... parking suitable for those who driving... they keep passport for safety and give hotel card if police check on you... i think iys convinient... the room is spacious for us.... the price quit reasonable for the convienient their offered... will staying there again... the bell boy can speak fluent malay... we regret didnt have breakfast in hotel... i think around 150 baht if im not mistaken...instead we having breakfast at Salma Restaurant because Halal food.. but we had to qued for a long time... and the breakfast is expensive...

Watch your Booking ! Hotel with same name !”

I wanted to stay at Golden Crown Grand Plaza....but accidentally booked Haadyai Golden Crown - my own fault. Went to check in at Plaza only to be told, wrong Hotel...Big mistake due to longer walking to anywhere. Tourists clocked lot of mileage at Haadyai, we end up walking much longer distance than planned. This hotel is located behind New Season Square...Hotel is very old, dim rooms, sticky carpets. creaking beds - for the price of the room this isnt too bad but Grand Plaza is very much better with renovated rooms and bathrooms and most importantly central location to Kim Yong mkt, Lee Gdn, Novotel and Central dept store. I will make sure no more mistakes in my hotel reservation ! by the way, there are also TWO - Lee Garden Hotels - be careful.

Excellent stay”

the room was clean and spacious , large bed and comfortable. the location was good and walking distance to lee garden and other food stall roadside and Hatyai night attractions. There were no iron box, complimentary coffee and less choices of breakfast. However no big deal for breakfast as there were a lot of food stall nearby hotel especially halal food. Overall my family and i were enjoyed stayed here and definitely highly recommend to stay here.

Great location, walking distance to famous hangout such as Pub, Odean, Kim Yong and my all time must go coffin donation at Tong Sia Siang Teung Foundation. If you are a street good lover, camp around the hotel corner for noodle soup. There's a very local restaurant, Bann Khun Bhu serves great Thai food too. Get on your foot and explore, a lot of hidden treasure.
