Bungalows correctos ”
Nos alojamos en un bungalow frente al mar. Son muy bonitos, pero estar así conlleva que haya cantidad de bichos e insectos deambulando a sus anchas. El tamaño de las salamanqueras es alucinante, y se cuelan por todas las rendijas del bungalow (ya que hay muchos agujeros entre las maderas). Si conservaran un poco mejor el estado de los mismos, sería un sitio 10. Por lo demás, bien ubicados, el sitio es muy bonito (aunque por la mañana no hay playa), el personal es atento y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas.

Un hotel con potencial si lo mantuvieran en estado”
No limpiaban la habitacion expeto que se lo pidieras 3 veces antes! No funcionaba el agua... de los 5 dias hubo 3 dias que se corto el agua! El desayuno muy muy rico y bueno La vista y la ubicacion increibles! Necesita un mantenimiento básico y limpieza del baño. .. y seria un hotel increible... Una lastima.

Hermosos y cómodos bungalows, la ubicación a medio camino entre el puerto y las fiestas lo convierten en un lugar tranquilo pero cerca de todo. el personal muy amable y un ambiente musical en el área de la piscina excelente.

I’ll start by saying I have never written a bad review in my life. When I checked out I had THB1300 meal/bar tab. I tried to pay for it on my credit card and the lady at reception told me my card wasn't working. She put my card through 3 times. I was just about to pay cash to settle the account and then logged on to my net banking and saw I'd been charged 3 times. I then tried to explain it to the lady and she went crazy at me. Told me I was the rudest customer she's ever met. All i was trying to do was avoid paying 4 times for the same bill. She started swearing at me. I received the refund I was entitled to but I was deeply insulted about the way I was treated when I tried to explain her mistake. I am looking forward to the hotel's reply to my review.

Beautiful resort but terrible bathrooms and superior room”
When we arrived at 7:30pm nobody was at the reception so we have to call the men at the bar to do the check in but he didn’t know about our booking and we had to wait 30 minutes to finally arrived in our room with a big spider. The first thing we wanted to do is taking a shower but they were the problem with the water with the water and we had a big inundation everywhere in the bathroom. We tried to fix the air conditioning and a big cockroach falled, so we called the guy again and he wasn’t surprised about the inundation and the big insect. the Next day we ask to change the room and the girl accept for a bungalow in the garden. Same issue with the toilet water. That’s really annoying because the resort is calm and nice but impossible to enjoy your stay with all this issues in your room.

Most of the time the staff is nowhere to be found. They told us to check out at 10am, even though check out time is 12. Tons of mosquitos at night. Woke us up every night. Lady at the reception does not seem to care about customers and was very rude when we gave some feedback/complaints. Not recommended.

Very run down hotel”
Arriving at the hotel you instantly notice the place has been neglected for a long time. I was contacted by a western expat claiming she was the manager of the resort and saying my apartment was complete and ready to check in but found out when arriving that the hotel was hiring backpackers to run the resort but then suddenly she wasn’t available anymore to confirm my booking. The apartment/room I originally booked was no longer available and was told only a double room bungalow was available. As being NYE I had no choice but to accept a downgraded room as the island was fully booked. Staff was pretty much non existent throughout the stay. (2 staff for the complete resort) and come 9pm no one was available so it felt like an AirBNB style. The swimming pool was really dirty and green so that was unavailable throughout our stay. No restaurant in the hotel either so you have to venture out. The bar wasn’t stocked with drinks and the complete resort was very run down. If Agoda could allow pictures to be posted I guess this place would no longer receive bookings. Very disappointed !!!!

Not what expected and not money back even though we were promised ”
So, first of all, our “deluxe room” did NOT look deluxe at all. We did not even have beach towel or soap. The room looked like a prison. A hole in the bathroom floor. We checked out early because we could not possibly stay. We were promised our money back for the EXPENSIVE room, the last 2 nights. This was in the middle of February. We have asked them to give us the money back 3 times. Every time they have promised us to transfer the money but then of course no money. So here we are, no money back even tough we have asked them so many times. We are so disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For start it’s not possible to contact the property. ( they don’t have a phone ) the room was full of maggots on the walls , the AC leaked on the floor. The shower was covered with sand . The sheets were dirty . The only good thing I could come up with is the location , on the beach and close to restaurants. Don’t go there , waist of time and money

We paid at the time of booking and regret this as it limited our options. ”
We booked a Seafront Bungalow and upon arrival we were shown to a bungalow in the second row from the beach and told the ones on the beach were Beachfront Bungalows. I thought this was misleading and asked if I could upgrade, the manager was not on site and when she arrived told us that the cost was 2,200 baht. I informed the manager this was more than advertised and I was bluntly told take it or leave it. Her attitude was shocking and it was no surprise we saw only 1 other guest.

Great location right on beach but the villas are very old many issues with room would not recommend ”
Great location close to bars shops restaurant right on beach hotel very old and run down our toilet was leaking the whole stay and had issues when checking-in to room they changed our room type without notice (down-grade to what we paid). They wouldn't clean room unless you asked never had this happen before can be a issue as sand gets all though your room as its rigjt on the beach. Need more staff on hand to help out as all I saw was a total of about 6 people running hotel not enough. If you are staying for only a night or two I would recommend if any longer I would not.

Basic resort with nice location right on the beach”
Tucked away from the main road with a nice beachfront bar offering a great view over the ocean toward Ko Samui. The sea is too shallow to swim but there is narrow beach perfectly good for sunbathing. Food is really tasty with a good selection and well presented. One can choose about 5 options for breakfast which is prepared after you order or you can customise. I had the Sea view Suite, which was not quite what I had expected. Although spacious, it had an empty feel. There is no coffee or kettle, neither an in room safe as shown on Agoda, the latter which particularly disappointed me. The balcony is very narrow and would battle to fit 2 people seated. Staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. Natalie is an absolute dynamo and went out of her way to arrange tours. I would recommend Fisherman's restaurant a short walk away opposite the 7 Eleven and you can even sit on the beanbags right on the beach enjoying your meal. Echo beach hostel nearby is also great for a drink or meal.
