Highly recommended hostel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Simple hostel, good value for money. Very close to Hatyai Railway Station about 500m and less than 8 minutes by walking. Everything good, will stay again later. Thank you.

Nice and warmly atmosphere ”
Rooms are simple but it's enough for few nights. Big value of this place is staff which is really friendly, warmly and welcoming. I enjoyed good vibes here and if I'll arrive again to Hat Yai I'll book it again.

The hostel was nice the staff also was kind but got so many problems there I mean it's dirty and not clean because the people it's allowed to smoke inside dorms

Pros - The owners are super friendly and welcoming. Free toasts, coffee and tea. Free refill water. Location is very good, 5 minute walk to the train station. Fast wifi. Cons - The hostel could do with some more cleaning. Bed sheets are old. Hostel needs some updates.

There’s nothing to do”
I stayed for one night only because my flight to bangkok was in the next day. The location is only 500m from the Hat Yai Railway Station. They provided all day complimentary coffee and tea but I was not interested at all. The breakfast was so standard bread/toast with jam or butter as well as banana. The room was nice but it was quite hot because there was no air conditioner at all but they provided lots of fan.

This booking is not complete because the hostel hasn't checked me out. Why? And Agoda call center representatives are not exist as no human answers my many phone calls. What is VIP member for? Your service is super s...k, Agoda!!!!

The Hostel was closed for low season and they opened it only for me, but no one have cleaned it for many months, it was disgusting to sleep with that sheets and I decided to not take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I would have preferred that they apologized with me and cancel my booking than staying with that conditions

They cancelled my booking last minute”
I made a successful booking, the owner cancelled my booking at the very last minute. I arrived to the guesthouse exhausted and tired only to found out the door was shut and nobody there, they didn't even leave a notice inform customer what's happen. Later tried contact owner asking them to delete my order but no response too. Now my booking list got one expired but never checked-in booking entry dangling there forever. Really annoying.

A hostel closed when I arrived there.”
I arrived a hostel at night and it already closed. I must found new hotel to stay in fron of Kim Yong market. I cantacted an owner next day to tell a bout this situation. The owner transfered money me back.
