Room smell albatros ”

My Mom get a colds because she is allergic to albatros. Please use lysol spray instead of albatros. As some guests are allergic to fumes. Thanks

Very Rude Staff!!!!”

We stayed here for 1night but to my surprise they cancelled it on agoda’s record i dont know how and why, maybe to cancel also the commision of agoda on our payment.. when i talk to their staff, they keep on saying rude things which is far from my point.. never ever book on this hotel!!! Very rude staff!!!!

The place gives good facilities for a very inexpensive price. The place is always kept clean, it has hot shower, aircondition, local TV, it has its own bathroom/comfort room. You would not find a place like this elsewhere.

Great value for money. The house is okay, we really could not complain. It is clean and has the basic amenities we needed. It has hot shower, aircondition, and wifi. However the staff did not provide the password as a courtesy to us. But regardless, our stay was still okay.

At first I am hesitant because of the location but we are amaze when we get there.very clean and relaxing place..indeed a home away from home..we had a memorable stay..not too far from the town.

I was looking for cheaper accommodation for a night's sleep. Too difficult to locate. Staff/owner are helpful though.

Staff wasnt friendly. We asked for help for our city tour but they suggested an expensive one. We found a reasonable price for the city tour instead. Floor rags were so dirty. ACU temperature knob in our room for four (but there were only 3 of us) is hard to turn. Staff wasnt as helpful and warm as expected based on our read reviews before we checked in. 😪 sayang sana sa iba na lang kami tumuloy 🙁

If you want to be near SM (not Lanang), choose this. The staff may also suggest a van and driver if you want to have a tour.

far from anything”

The place itself is ok and the rooms are clean. The problem is that it's not near anything useful and everything is a tricycle and/or taxi ride away. Especially when you need a tricycle AND a taxi ride to get where you want to go, this gets time consuming and frustrating. Even the food places are a ride away. Rather find a similar place in a better location.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INN in DAVAO CITY”

This is one of the best Inn in Davao City. The owner of the house is very helpful and friendly and their staffs are so kind too. They help us to replace our car battery with free ride back and forth. How kind they are! So if you want to travel in Davao and you are looking for the best Inn then don't hesitate to book this Inn. By the way, A big THANKS for the help to the owner of this Inn!!! Good Value for Money & Helpful Staffs”

We stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived earlier that the check-in time and they don't charge us for that. :) Not expecting that the room we got is big for its price. Staffs are helpful in giving directions and even in simple things and request. Thank you and more power Haus of Tubo! :)

Best budget hotel in Davao City”

We stayed at the 3rd floor and the place looks nice and clean. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location is strategically situated near the famous destinations of Davao City like Jack's Ridge, Matina Town Square, Duterte's House, and pasalubong shops like Lola Abon's and Apo ni Lola. It is relatively nearer when going to Eden Nature Park, Malagos Garden, and the Philippine Eagle Center as compared to the hotels situated downtown, although it still takes less than an hour by taxi when going to each destination from the hotel. The city center and its tourist spots (People's Park, Museo Dabawenyo, D'bone Collector, Aldevinco Shopping Center, Roxas Night Market, Magsaysay Fruit Stands), as well as the Sta. Ana Pier, where passenger boats going to Kaputian-Samal and Isla Reta-Talicud Island are docked, can also be easily reached by taxi. Davao has GrabTaxi, so it's better to book thru the Grab app, although normal taxis are fine since most of them are reputable. The hotel felt like home for us and it contributed a lot to the success of our whole Davao trip. If you're looking for a budget-friendly but neat place to spend the night after your whole day trip, this place is highly recommended

Far from airport and city”

It was quite far from airport and city. Had to ride tricyle going out of the subdivision. I think the only pro is its close proximity to Apo ni Lola delicacies and Jack's Ridge. Toilet's flush was not working. And the actual room is different from the picture posted in Agoda. There was a person not wearing his top in the lobby playing with his tablet, and an old man in his boxers.
