Pros: From checkin with Ms. Zana, we got exactly room that we request. Ms. Zana even give us a better view than what we booked. And she explained all the details perfectly to us! Checked out with Ms. Hezren and she explained about balance deposit well and ask us about our stay. Concierge team also superb and friendly and very helpful! Housekeeping attendant that makeup our room on 2nd day stay Mr. MD Alamin clean the room perfectly and very friendly! Whatever that we request from housekeeping team, we always get extra tho we never ask for so many hahaha their MAGIC/Call Centre also very helpful and friendly. I think it's Nana the one that sounds very friendly! Their pool attendant also very helpful amd friendly. Their VASCO manager male im coat that attend us on our last day breakfast 9/12/21 very great and all staffs at VASCO are superb. Food also variety. Their In Room Dining and ala carte are superb! Since we're enjoying it in room and Lounge, it taste so delicious! You guys should try it! I always had high expectation with the brand Hilton, and it does not disappoint me in anyway. Smooth check in and out process, the set up of the hotel, make it so much different from other 5 star in town. As we entered our room, you know that it is prepared long before your arrival, the aircon is cool as you enter. A note to welcome you on the desk with small snack. The room is so comfy and relaxation ambience that make you don't want to leave for the outside world, we can stay there whole day. The varieties of breakfast offered, we can't even finish every type of it. Recommended if you are catching a flight on the next day, within walking distance for you to check in with Malaysia Airlines, hassle free airport transfer. Beside, there are numerous dining option in the hotel, the pool, gym and other exploration, it is like a city inside the hotel. I couldn't find anything to complain even if i wanted to. We love Hilton and definitely our first selection in the future.

Lives up to its name”
First day checking in was smooth despite the gazillions of people (weekend) and that locals are cooped up in the same state. Guests were directed to a waiting area - cafes etc. I would say they managed the situation well. I believe staff from top to bottom came out to help manage the crowd and did what they can to ensure everyone gets their room within the same hour. Which they did on that day. Room was clean and of course maintained as expected. Staff were attentive and acted swiftly.Maybe my experience is different from others - as I could see there were guests that complained about delayed housekeeping etc I mean there are thousands of guests and only several teams handling so many aspects of hotel managing. Put yourselves in their shoes. Again, this is my experience and it was a great stay for what I have paid for. To all the staff at Hilton KL, keep up the good work. Thank you.

We choose this hotel as our anniversary occasion due to its' strategic location in KL Sentral (walking distance to the KL Sentral - provide varieties of public transport & Nu Sentral for shopping and retail shoplots). The price for a night is quite reasonable inclusive of the breakfast, they do provide multiple packages for travelers to choose (to include dinner & breakfast or exclude both). We spent some great time for our we time during our stay. The facilities such as spa & swimming pool are great! Swimming pool is sharing with Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur and it's surrounded by few skyscrapers so it's shady in the morning time. Bathroom cleanliness is good, just like what is promoted in their photo. Great value of money. For those travelers with car, they do have special rates for hotel guests, do verify at their counter to get the flat rate charges.

Luxurious comfort”
Had a lovely stay here at Hilton KL. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel a little bad now because I can't remember the name of the front office employee who checked me in. He was super helpful in answering all my questions - I took up a fair bit of his time but he was patient with me. Thank you! The room was luxurious and the bed was super comfy. Gym is well equipped - used it two days in a row (remember to make bookings in advance) and the buffet breakfast was delicious as well. During my stay, I had the opportunity to dine at Iketeru and Chamber's Grill - both deserve 5 stars for their food and service. Will definitely visit again to try other items on the menu. Overall, Hilton KL is a really good choice if you're looking for a staycation in the city.

Stayed for 3 nights as a wedding anniversary celebration. Location : Very convenient, with close proximity to all the public transportation (KLIA Express, LRT, MRT, KTM, taxis, e-hailing, buses) and right next to NU Sentral mall Food : Breakfast was nice although the menu was repetitive, loved the fact that they're attentive & served options of teh tarik/nescafe tarik etc. However the chefs/waiters should know what they're actually serving for some of the food were not labelled. Cleanliness : Top notch. Room service : Excellent, delivered my requests straight away, although our in-room mini bar was not complete when we checked in, probably not re-filled from the previous patrons stay. Special anniversary request : The chocolate cake was delicious and the decorations were simple yet satisfactory. Miscellaneous : The deposit was RM200/night. Overall, we enjoyed our short staycation.

Dear Zanna, We would to express our gratitude for the most amazing stay at a hotel that we have had throughout our marriage so far. It was my wife's first time stay at a Hilton Hotel. The service from your hotel staffs were great. Thank you for the great room choice provided and the decorations made. We were surprised with the complimentary cake given. The bathroom and amenities provided were great. The swimming pool was clean. The breakfast was very good, but there could be some improvements in terms the efficiency of the time taken for order collection and delivery of dishes as the time to eat was limited to 1 hour.

I stayed for 6 days in Kuala. The 1st day and the last, I stayed in Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The 1st day I felt all the staffs are kind and good-trained. They always did their best for me. Their service touched my mind. Especially, I was lucky because I could meet Nizam there at the last day in Kuala. He tried to offer me a fantastic view room for me. Maybe he read my mind. Actually I felt a little bit lonely and sorrow due to my disease but I felt better after I recognize his effort., he made me happy. I hope I could get over and come back to Kuala, then I would stay again in Hilton Kuala. Thank you so much, Nizam. See you soon.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !”
We arrived to check-in at 3.45pm but the room is not ready yet. Ms Nani at front desk who handle our check in appology and ask us to sit at the coffee house and give us a complimentary drinks + late check out the next day at 3pm. Thanks to her we felt appreciated as guest to the hotel. We check in at 4.30pm. The room is secured with sticker with label that the room has disinfect and clean thoroughly. As a travellers with young children, i feel so secure and doubt-free with the room hygiene. Definitely the best and pleasant stay. This is my 2nd time this month staying here. This is my third time staying here. The hospitality of Hilton’s staff is like always, top notch. I checked in late and had to go somewhere, the lady at the reception offers to bring my luggage upstairs. Thank you dear. When i came back, i was about to take a bath, somehow there’s some trouble with the water in my room and after checked by staff, they offered me to change to another room. Thank you for going extra mile for me, in the middle of the night. The next morning, i was about to add on breakfast for myself as i booked before without breakfast and decided to add on anyway, the receptionist offered me a free breakfast!! I’m really shocked and touched. Really thank you Hilton for the nice stay ever!!

Best 5 star hotel with affordable price”
Where in KL can you find a 5 star hotel where all rooms come with bathtub, with the price of RM250+? Value for every cents you pay for one night. It's clean, well maintained facilities, friendly staff, cozy bed. The best part is the bathroom, beautiful design and spacious layout, and the water pressure is very strong, like you are doing spa when showering! Water temperature also very stable and easy to control. It is just next to KL sentral, a convenient location, so basically u can get to many places, including airport, just by public transport.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Hilton KL. The room was spacious and clean, and came with a bathtub. Hotel staffs were helpful. The breakfast was great. We also paid a visit to Chamber's Grill/ Aviary Bar just right beside the lobby. The food and drinks were awesome. Cons: 1) Make sure you bring some cash if you would like to drink at the pool bar cuz you don't get to charge to your room. 2) I like the breakfast but I never wanted to eat the same things everyday T_T 3) Long queue and waiting time at the reception for check-in/check-out.

A refreshing getaway in the city”
Everything was top-notch as what is expected from Hilton. Kudos to all the staffs, they are warm and very helpful especially Mr Sharul. He is willing to help me keeping the birthday cake for my sister at the Concierge and join me in giving the surprise to her in the room. We met again during check-out and he is still as helpful as ever. Eventhough the pool is closed now, the garden in level 8 is still open for a walk. The breakfast is marvellous, room is clean and comfy. Eventhough we got to check-in at 4pm, everthing else has redeemed for it. Very recommended.

The Best Hotel”
This hotel is definitely worth the money. Stayed with my 2 sons + a baby. Room - spacious and super clean. I like the layout and design. Bathroom - with bath tub but still spacious. Breakfast - various selections from breads to noodle station, indian cuisine and malay section, not to mention dessert, fruits and cereals station. Coffee was the best ! Staffs - super friendly at the restaurant :) Location - walked to Nu Sentral for window shopping. Lots of outlets available for food delivery as well. Recommended hotel ! Too bad there's no cookie :P

Had a wonderful experience at Hilton KL. The team noticed the requests I made, explained on additional charges based on what I requested and came up with quick solution on what they can give as complimentary alternative. The check in process was fast, their staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was ready when we arrived, so there was no waiting. Room was nice, beautiful bathroom and all either has been sanitised before our arrival or packed in a box/plastic to show that it's been cleaned. It was a good experience, and we'd definitely revisit.

A Delightful weekend staycation ”
I just want to thank the “Magic Team” who thoughtfully decorated my room & left a lovely cake, as it was exactly on my birthday when I checked in. Here’s another heartfelt Thank you to all who made every little effort to make my birthday in Hilton that memorable :-) I will return! Here’s my review; Check in/ out; staff was attentive, and wasted no time in greeting me as I walked towards the reception. (I didn’t get served with drinks or cookie tho... was kinda expecting a better welcome, but I guess they ran out of it?) Room - mine was in 1801 was right near the elevator and surprisingly unlike my other experience where rooms near elevator usually suffer noisy mechanical noises, this room didn’t have those nonsense, but the siren noises was rather noticeable since it was overlooking a police station. The toilet - well, let’s say I’m nitpicking at this point, because the “butt” spray jammed and I wasn’t able to turn it off. Somehow I managed .... somehow.

Good for honeymoon in the city”
The location is very convenient, especially if using MRT. Plenty of eateries in NU Sentral nearby or you can take MRT to Bukit Bintang area. The room is clean. They gave me cake when I told them it's my honeymoon. The only minus point I found is that the tub's drain plug got stuck so I have to kinda unclog the plug using a knife, the King bed is not King size at all, it's just two single bed pushed together and the aircond kinda make a sound during the night. All in all, I had a great honeymoon stay. Tq to the attentive staff.

Best service only at Hilton Kuala Lumpur”
We were greet by their staff upon arrival and fast check in process. Mr Omar from front desk was so cheerful, assist and advise us on interesting place to go around KL. The best swimming pool, very fun slide and clean pool area. Breakfast was great and i love their nasi lemak rendang ayam 💋 Check out process also good and assist by Ms Kristine if im not mistaken. Great job, Hilton KL team !
