This is my second time staying at Holiday Inn Express KL and this time their services impressed me more than what I always expected. I was late during the check-in time (about 1240+ - 1 am the next morning). At the time of my arrival, the staff who handled the check-in process did a good job handling customers. Due to the peak season and the hotel was overbooked, some bookings (by the third party were canceled) and left the customers to spread their anger to this staff. The staff still politely replied and even gave help to those customers, without delaying my check-in as well. I regret that I can't express my compliments and praise to him on the spot. (I can't remember the staff name, but he is the only staff-on-duty in the lobby, about 12 am -1 am on 26 June 2022.

Strategically Located”
The location of this hotel is the reason why I opt to stay here. It is very close to KLCC, Pavillion and Bukit Bintang. Just take the left turn from the hotel to the bridge and it connects you to all three places. By the way, a mini market is just next to the hotel building selling fresh fruits and many others. They even sell food there. There is also a Family Mart. The lobby is on the first floor and you need a card to access the elevator and your floor. The staff are friendly and the transport service is right outside the hotel if you need one esp to the airport. Will definitely be back cause this trip was just a stopover before flying home.

The KL Holiday Inn Express is an older property, but it is well-maintained and in a great, central location just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the monorail. Comfy bed, good shower, excellent breakfast (as expected from HIX), and solid, reliable Wi-Fi. Staff friendly and helpful when needed, but otherwise not in your face. Unconditional recommendation.

What a wonderful experience. Easy Check-in and Check-out. Room is cozy and clean. Short distance on foot from the nearest Monorail(Raja Chulan) and Great Mall(Pavillion). Nearby to night and resto bars. Great Hotel for the Price Great Location Will surely go back for another stay!

Can't ask for more with the price we paid. Room+breakfast+car-park (first come first serve). The room is cleaned and within walking distance to Pavillion and Jalan Alor & Jln Tiong Nam eateries. McD, Family Mart, Marco Polo Restaurant are nearby. Be patience during check-in as the Q is quite long on weekends. Popular hotel.

Great for low budget”
Great location if you want to visit the towers on foot. Only 2 train rides from the airport. Take the KL express to KL sentral then take a monorail to RAJA CHULAN. From there it's just a few metters from the station. Look it up on google maps. Breakfast is ok. There's a gym if you dont want to miss your days. But only with dumbells and for endurance training. Also for the elevators you need to use your card inside the elevator to be able to go to the floor with your room. We didn't know, no one told us that.

Room is spacious enough for business traveller like me and clean. Of course the bed extremely comfortable and WiFi strong. Will come back again for future, Breakfast choice quite limited , maybe weekend too many people. Probably if hotel to include scrambled eggs for their choice in future.

Very convenient and very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean. One of the cleanest that I have stayed in. Plus it is located right in the city center. Super convenient.

This place is amazingly comfortable for its cute size. The breakfast was hearty and plentiful, I enjoyed the jumbo sausages and variety of pastries. Definitely will stay again.

Located strategically within a couple of minutes walk to the monorail. Had sufficient amenities like laundry room, breakfast thrown in and complimentary parking. As a IHG diamond member, got upgraded as well, however, sadly could not accumulate IHG points as the booking was made through agoda and not direct with IHG. Breakfast (hot meals) could be better in terms of quality.

If you don’t mind walking, shopping malls, eateries, hawker stalls and food courts are nearby. The monorail is also nearby with connections to MRT and LRT. It’s a pretty central location. No complaints on room. Breakfast buffet was okay. I’d stay here again.

In the KLCC area, quite surprise to find one fine hotel like this one. But bare in mind the ‘Express’ concept which they are not full sercive hotel. No bellboy and you need to get the amenities from the counter except the towel.

We like our stay in kuala lumpur holiday inn even though the room is a little small but its clean and really cheap for 1 night with breakfast buffet and the location is you can walk at pavilion mall

The best offer for your short stay, it was located in the centre of the KL city. Easy to move around and suitable for family with young kids. There is a family mart nearby & few cafe , event mcdonalds just 2 minutes walk. Highly recommended.
