Hotel Cendrawasih is a good choice for the budget minded traveler. Please note, however, that almost all rooms have no window, except the Executive Room and a Twin Room on the top floor. The Executive Room is very spacious, new with modern minimalistic furniture. The hotel is not on the main street, so motorbike or any other form of transport is recommended.

the location is very good specially tourist like me, staffs were approachable and friendly but they should learn to speak international language in order to understand foreign costumers.There should be more choices on the meals offered, suited to the palate of foreign clients. Thank you.

helpful and caring staff. quiet location for a good night's rest. very clean simple rooms. be prepared to communicate without english, and enjoy it! good simple cafe meals on site. a map of the city showing the hotel/motel and one-way streets to/from alun-alun is an urgent need to find this place if you are driving yourself and coming from any of the major feeder roads.

Schlechtes Hotel in unzentraler lage”
Zuerst das Positive. - Das zimmer ist sauber und neuwertig / schön eingerichtet Nun das Negative zum Hotel / Zimmer. - statt dem DELUXE Zimmer hat man uns ein STANDARD Zimmer gegeben, welches ich aber erst am nächsten Tag anhand der Bilder bemerkt habe. )-: - Unser Zimmer war so gelegen, dass wir um 4 Uhr morgens das Gebet in einer Lautstärke gehört haben, dass ich lieber an einem Flughafen nächtigen würde. - Das Fenster hat keinen Vorhang d.h. wenn es hell wacht man ohnehin auf. - Eine Zudecke zum schlafen hat es nicht gegeben. - Die Dusche ist mehr ein Rinnsal als eine Dusche. Hier ist viel zu wenig Wasserdruck vorhanden. - Es war weniger als 1/4 der Toilettenpapierrolle noch vorhanden. Eine zweite Rolle gab es nicht. - Eine Hausinterne Filmauswahl gibt es am TV Gerät nicht. Es begrenzt sich auf 7-8 Kanäle ( 1 Englischer ) gesamt bin ich mit diesem Hotel und den Leistungen NICHT zufrieden.

Vanwege een familiebezoek in Jember, 4 dagen in dit hotel gebleven. Aangezien Jember nog niet echt bekend is bij de toeristen, is het vinden van een goed hotel meestal vrij lastig. De afgelopen jaren hebben we verschillende hotels gezien maar geen 1 kan er tippen aam deze. Prijs/ kwaliteit is perfect. Ligging is goed aangezien je vlakbij het centrum zit. Jember heeft veel universiteiten en je vindt er dus veel jongeren en de daarbij horende barretjes en eetgelegenheden. Extra punt van aandacht wil ik geven aan het service niveau van dit hotel. Elke ochtend een krantje (wel in het Indonesisch, maar goed), ruime ontbijtkeuze dat wordt gebracht op de kamer en super vriendelijk personeel! We werden behandeld als koning en koningin! Kamers zijn erg groot, prima airco en wifi aanwezig. Volgende keer verblijf ik hier zeker weer!

Untuk pelayanan baik, fasilitas kamar dngn harga yg murah saya kira sudah cukup, waktu puasa pun jam 3 ada room service dtang ke kamar mmbangun kan tamu dan mmbawa mkanan gratis untuk Sahur tamu, sngat puas dngn playanan nya .

Terima kasih utk staff Cendrawasih hotel utk tanggung jawabnya mencarikan hotel pengganti setelah ternyata hotelnya penuh, padahal susah terlanjur pesan dan bayar. Harga selisih hotel juga dikembalikan. Dari pihak Cendrawasih beralasan utk pemesanan via aplikasi agoda sudah ditutup karena hotel penuh, tp agoda tetap menerima pesanan. Utk fasilitas hotel saya belum sempat menikmati. Cuma lain kali tolong diperhatikan utk rekanan reservasi, jika penuh harus dipastikan tidak menerima reservasi lagi. Saya mendapat kamar yg jauh dibawah harga yg saya pesan, tp karena long wiken akhirnya pasrah saja. Tapi terima kasih untuk tanggung jawabnya.
