Muy recomendable, volvería”
Habitaciones muy buenas, cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio, el baño con muy buena presión de agua, en fin todo detalles con muy buen gusto . Personal agradable, atento, y dispuesto a ayudar siempre . Desayuno muy bueno. No tiene piscina, pero en el momento en estar nosotros, tenían un convenio con otro hotel que esta en primera línea y se podía ir. Tiene un restaurante en la planta de arriba donde se está de maravilla. Lo recomiendo sin duda, el tuk-tuk para ir al aeropuerto son 800lkr, y tarda entre 15 y 20 minutos.

Situado a un paseillo de la playa, con personal muy profesional, unas instalaciones casi nuevas y una pisicina fabulosa. Muy conveniente al estar alado del aeropuerto.

A great place to end our Sri Lanka trip”
Staff went out of their way to support us having arrived late in the evening with tired kids from the long drive from the hills. Room was clean and direct access to the pool/garden a bonus! The staff helped us to order dinner and serve just outside our room whilst our youngest slept and also supported arranging taxi to the airport and tuk tuk to do some last minute shopping! I all to the main beach area is max 15 minutes or a quick tuk tuk. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly! Would definitely stay again when passing through Negombo at the start or end of a trip!

Close to the airport, nice pool, friendly staff”
Perfect stay in Negombo area close to the airport when you arrive or leave. The breakfast is not free though. You can hear all the sound reverberating in the hallway where the few rooms are. Other than that, it’s modern and nice and affordable. 24 hour check in.

Friendly staff, relaxing pool, great food”
The staff is very friendly but not intrusive. Location is great with regard to the airport but a little bit away from the negombo center. However the beach is nearby as well as a few restaurants. The pool is clean and big enough to relax after or before your journey. We enjoyed our tasteful dinner at the hotel which has a nice rooftop terrace. All in all great boutique hotel in a quiet alley in Negombo. Ideal place to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka.

It was my second visit after 4 months, all staff recognized us and greeting warmly as a friend! love the room, the bathroom is well-equipped and the pool is always a favorite!

Cute hotel with super friendly staff”
The staff was amazingly friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment of arrival to the moment of departure. The room was clean and the pool very inviting. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants and good massage possibilities and is convenient for travel to or from the airport. I'd definitely repeat.

Good BnB”
The staff and facilities were good. I went for BnB and ordered buffet dinner as well. It was expensive when compared to BnB rates of the hotel. If you book BnB, don’t opt for Buffet Dinner or Lunch, just order something from the A-la Carte.

Nice Family But Not So Nice Room”
I wanted to love this place as the family running it was so nice, and the pool was nice too, but the room left a lot to be desired. If you're just looking for a cheap place to stay it is good for that. The first room they put us in was very dark. The back door opened to a fenced dirt area that was shared by multiple rooms, resembling a dark alley. I asked and they moved us to a poolside room that was better. No mosquito nets on the bed, and YES there were mosquitoes. Also know though that the doors to the pool area have 1/4 inch gaps under and between the doors. If you have any fear of bugs, you will not like this. Lovely family, but the rooms need an overhaul for sure.

They said they don’t have access to their agoda bookings and were booled solid. They found us somewhere else to stay but it’s much easier to just not book this place and go somewhere else from the outset.

A friendly welcome”
I was very tired and weary after the long flight. I could hardly stand. It was coming into a heaven for everything was so beautiful. The huge bed with white linen and the TV in front, the decoration of the room with many lamps and most of all the friendly and helpful people who work here. It was wonderful to have come here for a complete rest and revuniation. The next morning there was a hearty breakfast in a serene setting on the terrace. After that I went for a long swim in the pool and then took a rest once more. ..yes a wonderful place for transit arrival or take off: close to the airport and beach, quiet and peaceful for a good sleep and stuff that look after you wellbeing. Yes, I will come back.

Disappointment ”
We were not even there for 1 night. Perhaps just 10 hours, yet they have to charge 20 US dollars for early check in. We are a returning guest yet got treated as such. Never returning back to the hotel.
