Staff were great”

Just an overnight but staff were great : from the doorman, bellboy, front office etc. What a fantastic service. But don't take 502, noisy because of the main road. They even promised us a packed breakfast since we were leaving early, but unfortunately they forgot about it and we did, too. Didn't want to comment on food: but it seems that it is compulsory field so am putting 3 for the nice effort by staff and for the 2 free extra bottle of mineral water.

Budget room for this hotel was nice,comfy and even u can have a best seller martakak jut besides the hotel. A departmen store on ur right hand side as well, meanwhile the downstairs hotel also provide mini Alfa Midi. Clean room as well.Worth to stay

Value for money”

This hotel has a good location since it’s near to the city center, train station and two malls with approx 1-2 km. The price was affordable at the moment and we could save some money for other needs during our stay. The staffs were friendly. One minor improvement was about the bathroom shower which is too small. Hehe After all, value for money!

Cordela is one of hotels where it's on center of town. You can easily reach to this place, near by Center point mall. Cordela is recommended hotel for you who budgeted traveller. The room and toilet is clean. The breakfast is good enough. And beside of hotel available a supermarket if you need something to buy. If ask would you stay for next ? my answer is Yes.

Value for Money”

It's clean and comfortable room. Despites of it's not too big room, yet It's located right in front of my bussiness meeting place, right next to a convinient store, and in the middle of the city. Nothing to complain about.

1 night spend at Hotel Cordela Medan”

Will not recommend to friends because air-conditional not function well. Will keep sweating when sleep. Although it just part of it, but this is the main in hotel. Others are okay. Location quite far from town, nearby only have one mini market, not much can get from hotel.

breakfast : typical nasi goreng and toast. great coffee though. wifi: a bit slow inside room, only able to connect when in lobby only. room: aircond works perfectly. bed sheet got few stain. bathroom clean. overall will definitely come again to stay

Nobody can understand/speak English”

The hotel is cheap but the location is like in the middle of no where. No even walkable to any restaurant/food place. The staff is not helpful but maybe they don't understand what we are asking for. The room is ok and the breakfast is ok too.

Cheap and comfortable”

We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable but the AC wasn't very efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi connection was good. Breakfast was okay. Though they didn't have any milk or creamer for coffee.

Not Clean”

I went 2 times to this hotel with the same experiences, unclean room!! I found some of cockroaches on my pillow. The flush water colour suddenly dirty I found bugs as well when the first time I get into hotel. You need to check your bed and pillows to make sure all clean and healthy.

Nice room and clean”

This was the 2nd time , and i still need so stay Cordela room maintain neat, comfortable and clean as well.

Dirty sticky Room and traffic Jam! ”

The toilet and room stinks! Ashes on the floor with hairs and brown staining pillow cases! The traffic is terrible as it’s only one way worse especially on rainy day!
