Good stay but not as promised ”

We had booked delux room and on agoda it shows the room has bathtub but whereas there was no bathtub in delux rooms moreover the toilet was not clean but overall the stay was ok this is the 1st time I was a little disappointed by agoda...my request of higher floor was accepted and this is like an additional perk frm agoda which I alwys like

The location of hotel is excellent for a lake view room. The hotel restaurant staff needs to improve for the reason that when the customer are sitting and having breakfast the staff was just switching the lights off. The replacement for finished food in buffet was not filled and need to await for long time. I would rather suggest to have a good time in lake view restaurant which is out of hotel at roadside. Test everything is perfect about hotel. 👍👍👍

Management Could be better ”

Hotel is quite average on the front of Management and Staff Behavior. We reached at the hotel around 07:30 in the morning. Sat in the waiting area for about 1:30 to 2:00 hours, no one was on the reception till then. One guy would come and go, but never ask or listen. Finally one guy came to reception around 9:00AM, asked him about check-in. He said that, Staff will come and inform you about that, but check-in will be only after 12:30. We silently went to our car after that, rested in our car till 12:00 O’Clock and then cam back to reception to ask whether we will get the room now or not. Still there was no proper response from them. Same was with lots of people around us who came after long time we came in the morning. Still lots of people got the room earlier than ours in spite of the fact that we were the first one in the morning to enter the hotel. Rooms were quite good but still somewhat not cleaned upto the mark. Anyway, thanks for providing whatever service you had provided to us. No hard feelings. Hope, you guys improve your services. Thanks.

Better than my expectations!”

It was a lovely family stay. The location was pretty good and facilities including room was better than my expectations. Worth the money spent and staff was quite polite and helpful. Near to market and all sight seeing activities. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous and decent. Overall stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend for family travellers.
