Hermosas habitaciones muy bien ubicado”
El hotel es hermoso, habitaciones nuevas, grandes, confortables. Construido atrás del Monasterio San Pedro, integrado al complejo. Los empleados son muy cordiales, tuvimos un problema con la reserva y lo solucionaron rápidamente. El desayuno bufete es abundante. La ubicación es muy ubicado a 4 cuadras de la plaza de armas enfrente del mercado San Pedro, lugar recomendado para comer, tomar unos ricos jugos de frutas y comprar regalos, a bajos precios.

Excepcional”
This hotel is beautiful, in a great location. The staff were great, even carried up a tray of hot drinks to our room. They arranged a taxi to airport, making sure we would arrive on time. Breakfast was very nice, tranquilo. The best part- finally we had a warm room with a heater and heavy blankets. First time we didn’t sleep with our coats and hats . Loved it. Also awesome towels and lovely shower

What a Wonderful Stay!”
The grounds of the hotel were lovely (being a former Monastery) and the room is top notch. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location is slightly off from the main square - Plaza de Armas. But it is just a (safe) 5 min walk anyhow. There is even a really good super-market nearby called Orion. There are several restaurants along the route from Plaza de Armas to the hotel. So easy choice - it has everything!

Convenient location ”
Great room and location. Want to extend two more nights. The staff said it’s ok and the price will be the same as we booked the last three nights. The next day things changed and they charged us 50% more. That wasNOT a GREAT customer service. So I booked for one night, cause it was late to cancel and we got ourself in a new hotel down the street.

this hotel looks very nice set in an old monastery and picturesque. however could have better facilities, specifically bathroom, and could improve the breakfast choice

Good enough”
We stayed at two places in Cusco. If you want to stay near the San Pedro market, this is the place. Good enough for a night's stay. We did however walk back to San Blas side for dinner which was quite a walk :P the place is a little old but kept clean. May be a little creepy if you are put off by the monastery beside and statue in the courtyard, but the name should be self-explanatory.

Very nice, clean room. The place looks crappy from the outside but is beautiful on the inside. When staff showed us our room he walked very fast and did not take any of our luggage. Nice shower. Heater already in the room.

Lovely hotel with historical background ”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room they gave us was for 3 pax so it was huge. I love the hot strong water hahaha. Breakfast was enjoyable too.

O quarto estava empoeirado, cheiro estranho, a janela da casa de banho não fechava. Bom pequeno almoço.
