Hotel Pentas, Agra, India To begin with, the hotel staff were discourteous and insolent. Right at the time of check in, the tone which they spoke was not very hospitable. Also, they criticized me for calling your support the other day for non confirmation of the booking. Then the reception started scrutinising the rate at which we got the rooms from Agoda, and how. The receptionist started showing the calculations for how much they're left with, after Agoda issues a room to a guest. Second, The room was so small, that the extra mattress was not able to be placed without leaving any space for walking. When I asked "How will a person move to the bathroom"again the response was "we provide same rooms purchased from Agoda or Oyo." Ultimately I couldn't use the extra mattress that I paid for (₹500/-) and had to book an extra room which they charged at ₹1500/- without breakfast. Please arrange the reimburse if possible. For wifi too, initially they said its not open for Agoda and Oyo customers which they later opened. The restaurant service was very poor. Service was extremely late and the food was overcooked(burnt at places) too. Also half of the items in the menu were said to be unavailable. At the time of breakfast (included for 3 rooms in booking), they mentioned a huge list of items that were supposed to be charged if ordered. And a mere of 4-5 items that could be ordered in included breakfast. Left with not much options we had to have our breakfast out which costed us around ₹2k. Also for every problem or query that occurred to us, the only response we got was "Ask Agoda customers support only. We're third party now."

Friendly staff, great location”

Hotel was close to our random bus stop. Staff was grea and accommodated our late arrival. Room was clean but sheets were obviously stained.
