It was easy to get a parking, however u must to reach this hotel because it's a distance from Ipoh city. Everything else is good, u can't expect much from a low price. I would say it is comfortable. Staff sleeps on the reception counter. U gotta wake her up if ur checking out early. That's not a problem.

Pros-checkin process fast, smooth Cons-staff not friendly, no welcome greeting, no minibar, rubbish basket only have one (in bathroom). All towel have bad odour@smelly..only got clean towel the next day.. Lucky we brought our own towels..

I would not comment in terms of location as I have a work event nearby that area. However, I will definitely not revisit this place. It looks very dirty and dull. Bed sheets give us an itch and rooms are slightly too dark.

Clean, good location in front of mydin mall. Everything ok except dont have iron and need to iron at lobby. I suggest the hotel put at least 1 iron at corridor for each level. Good value of money. Recommended.

The bathroom quite disgusting. The mini bar are not practical in the room. The towels are outworn and should be replace with the new one. Overall we were disappointed with the room because it was not 'value for money'.

Book this hotel because it is not to far from MAPS, and also the location is pretty close to everything, the hotel just in front of Mydin mall easy access to eateries as well as not to far from Bulatan Amanjaya

Hotel is not satisfactory and less clean, when ask about that the staff replies very roughly. Beds are dusty. How child want to sleep in dusty beds? the Manager of this Hotel to take action against the staff.

The location is good, but the condition of the hotel room can be improved significantly. Towels provided are not hygienic at all, with hair from whoever I have no idea. Room condition is quite run down, and dusty. Overall appreciate the location, but disappointed with the room condition.
