We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Royal. From check in to check out. We stayed for 5 days and we never got a problem with them. We would always arrive in our room clean and with new sets of toiletries and everything. My parents who are also picky and sensitive were very satisfied and they were very happy with all the amenities. Pros: - Location - Walking distance to Novena MRT and also Newton Food Centre if you are looking for a good place to eat - Staff - They were very courteous and helpful - Rooms - Very nice and clean. Also spacious especially for people who have lots of things like us Cons: None

Location was good had a bus stop in front of the hotel, 1 bus stop ride to the nearest MRT, room was clean & cleaned everyday, had a hot/cold water dispenser on every floor, loved the bath tub took away my body pains from the long walks, loved the buffet break fast you can eat up & skip lunch...over all it was a great place to stay @ singapore...highly recomnended...thank you very much AGODA...

The stay was fantastic. It was all start from the very beginning when you were greeted by a friendly cheerful front office staff (Alice and Angela). Room is clean and spacious. Side advise for other travellers to be prepared to keep reaching to the wall power point because none is beside the bed. All the power point is near the dressing table to the TV area. 😃😃😃

My stay at Hotel Royal”
We were tourists from Indonesia. We stayed at this hotel from Dec 27 to Dec 30, 2018. Since our main purpose is to visit Gardens by the Bay Singapore, it is very helpful that there is a bus stop in front of the hotel with the bus has a direct connection to the Bayfront area. The hotel is also in walking distance to St Alphonsus Church and Novena Square. We arrived on Dec 27 at around 11 am at the hotel and we were thankful that the hotel allowed us to check-in and gave us a family room that was ready. The hotel staffs were friendly and the check-in process was fast. Our room was number 1419, is a quite big and there are many facilities in the room including an electic water kettle, TV, refrigerator, deposit box, hair dryer, iron with board etc. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor outside the room. The bed is very comfortable. I had a very good sleep during my stay at this hotel! In the first floor there is a shop where we purchased our 7-days tourist SIM-card. Thanks

I stayed 6nights/7days with my parents in triple share room. Room is big enough for 3 adults. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Walking distance United Square Mall. Convenient Bus stand. Only MRT station is far for children & seniors. And food court & restaurant close by 8 so need to finish dinner bit early compare to our country. Wish you stay again in future. Value for money.

Booked 2 rooms as we were a group. Upon check in, staff Angela Lim attended to us and allowed us to have a connecting room. Her service is commendable. She also gave us complimentary drink voucher. She informed that she will be available anytime during our stay and to approach her if we face any issue. Really recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back here for subsequent stays.

The hotel, though old it has been well maintained. Their TV even had the internet connections to uTube! A stone’s throw away to United Mall, and there were many stalls on the opp just that we didn’t have the time to explore. The pool was nice and clean. We had a private time together as family as no one else was with us. The stay was worth the money considering even having a bath tub! Sure to return

Location is wonderful! Near 3 shopping malls and lots of foods nearby within short distance by foot, really convenient for family with young kids like me. Security check staff are friendly and polite, Check in was fast and simple, explanation was clear and accurate, My room was clean during check in and house keeping job is well done too, replenished my room's need during my stay and fully cleaned my room as well. American breakfast was served at cafe with hot tea/coffee, fruit juice, fresh milk, toast with butter and jam. Food was non salty and non oily but portion was a bit little as my 12 years old daughter and my husband still felt hungry after finished all the food,, it would be prefect if comes with vegetables and fruits to make it a balance meal. Only 3 gentleman were doing the serving during breakfast time , yet still able to attend you as fast as they could despite their busy serving jobs, The counter lady also helped out the serving when she's free, good teamwork spirit! Able to see and tell all staff are well trained and well manners, keep it up! Hotel Royal please give all of them a credit, they deserved it! Overall my family and me were satisfy with our 2 nites stay at Hotel Royal. Thank you all Hotel Royal staff!
