Perfect for what I was looking for...”
I just wanted to rest from the noise, pollution and stress in Bangkok. Hence, the quiet location, far from the traffic, gave me clean air and silence :) Of course, if you want a location close the the (mini-) night life, this is not for you. The room is very practical,, with a balcony, a long desk, a closed shower. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful for several things I needed... I can't thank Jo enough for her constant care... Facilities are normal for an appartment hotel, free daily room cleaning and a very affordable laundry. No restaurant, but 5 minutes walk bring you to a couple dozens ones, including Tryst with menus in English. All in all, a very good stay.

A bargain”
It's got a 'new feel." Everything looks good, and works, and it's cheap. No big complaints -- little ones are that there's no coffee in the room-- you have to go to another building and all they have there are the 3 in 1 packets that are mostly sugar, a hot water pot, and flimsly little paper cups. They also have annoying music playing too loud from speakers. Never mind, it's a pleasant, quiet, well-kept newer place. We were cramped with three beds squeezed into a two-bed room, but the beds were comfortable enough. And the price was right. I'd stay there again.

Quiet and pleasant hotel stay”
Nice stay for couples or families that want to enjoy Rayong and the beach side. Most definitely recommend having your own car to stay here. Parking lot is big and plenty of spaces. Nice bar/restaurant just down the road and also a short drive to many beachside seafood restaurants.

Good hotel but...”
Great room. Nice staff BUT out in the Boonies. Don't go if you don't have a car. Miles from anywhere and no entertainment facilities at hotel. Restaurant seemed permanently shut and had to walk down long dark alley with doubtful dogs to get to food. Carry a big stick.

Worth your money”
Good value for the price you've paid but not in a good location if you don't have a car(or motorbike). Hotel facilities is ok and well functions, amenities were just alright(no cotton buds, no hot water pot). Reception staff was not so friendly though. The best thing of this hotel is the bed, blanket and pillows, they are all cozy to cuddle in.

Beware of the road to the hotel!”
The road to get to the hotel is under construction. Lots of dirt and sand all the way for about 1 k on both side to the main road. That's caused the accident to my car. The damage would cost 5,000฿. So beware!!!

The regular check out time is 12pm. Even if I asked for a bit extra time, they still charged for late penalty.
