Potential not realised ”
Beautiful looking restaurant but the food doesn’t match. Our room had constant noise from workmen at 7;30am every day literally next door where they were erecting a bee building a yard from the hotel window. Nice lobby but would not meet the star rating it has for me and my partner

Staff were very discriminatory and rude. We arrived earlier than check in time at 1130am but they only allowed us a check in at 3pm despite MANY guests leaving at 11am. When we tried booking tours/needed help contacting tour agencies, front desk staff who didnt speak much english(?!) were unfriendly and reluctant to help. Second night stay room was filled with a sewage smell to which a complaint got us a change of room, thankfully. Breakfast was good. Don't expect great staff service otherwise, typical 4 star hotel

the hotel's façade was under renovation when we arrived (something you won't find mentioned on the booking site). however, the interior of this medium-sized and centrally located hotel is very pleasant with natural onyx stone table tops and lamps in the lobby and a sweet touch of always fresh apples offered for the guests in a giant stone vase.

The Huentala Boutique Hotel is in a good location, close to shops and only a couple of blocks from the main walking plaza. Although the room was small it was quite comfortable. It was also a little dated and could probably benefit from some refurbishment. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. As someone who could not converse very well in Spanish, I was very grateful that the staff could speak English very well.

Ungenaue Auskünfte an der Reception. Ein Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) das weit weg von einer 4-Stern Qualifikation ist (und auf unsere Reklamation auch in ein besseres Zimmer upgraded wurde. Schlechter Service beim Morgenessen etc., etc. Alles in allem lieblos und schlecht.
