It is clean and they change towel every day, cleaning the room. The facility is kinda new and in good condition. From here, you can go to anywhere in the island. The room is also spacious. I really love it.

The staff cheated us by calling a taxi. The price was already arranged, but the taxi driver wanted twice more. The staying was okay. One worker new english language, another not. I would search for another place to stay next time.

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. Very clean! Beds are on the firm side but still comfortable, got a twin room with queen sized beds. Staff are amazing, so accommodating and friendly. Always happy to help with everything.

Pleasant stay ”

Our stay was very pleasant because of very friendly and english spoken Leo. Even though the motel is budget and situaded to the north (we had a motorbike) of the town is a very good starting point for exploring north side of the island. The motel is clean and it has just few rooms that makes your stay pleasan for a good price.

Clean and newer”

Room is big but very empty. Everything seems new and clean because the hotel is newer. Staffs are fairly friendly. No elevator. Bathroom is bigger than usual budget hotels in VN. The room can fit in 2 more rollaway. Located a short distance from the local market but quite a walk if you want to reach the night market.

exceptionally friendly staff”

To be honest, the only bad thing about the hotel is it's location. You can reach the beach or some restaurants walking (15-30min) but it's not perfect if you want to stay right at the beach. Also, since I am a vegan I had to walk quite far in the morning to get breakfast I could eat since it wasn't included. However, we were satisfied with everything else about this hotel! The room was very clean and facilities were nice. I thougt the bed was gonna be too hard but I slept quite good in it. The best thing about the hotel definitely is it's staff. The lady at reception helped us book our tour, ferry or bus etc. even though the bus company was new to them. If you are going to rent a motorbike or are fine walking or paying a taxi once in a while I would recommend this place to you!

Value for money”

Pros: reasonable price for a clean, nice room. The hotel looks new as well. Staff were very friendly and of great help. Cons: A bit far from city center. Not very quiet at night (maybe due to construction outside which might be temporary).

There are many reasons for that . 1. Great room - it was a excellent size and very clean, . 2. Hotel is perfectly located. 3. friendly and helpful staffs. 4. many of excellent choices for breakfast nearly. The best hotel in my Vietnam trip.

Excellent time”

The rooms are clean and the location is great. Prices are extremely cheap for what you get as well .The girl in front office walked me to the taxi with an umbrella to shield me from the rain without me even asking. Will come back!

Nice room, good location, friendly staffs”

I enjoyed my stay here. They offer nice room, good location, friendly staffs, motorbike rentals. Except for the fact that they located right next to a karaoke bar, if you want complete silent rest, this would not be the place. I am an easy sleeper so this is no problem for me. Plus the view from the window has nothing but a trash ground but i love the bright natural light so it's no problem for me. I would still recommend the hotel despite these 2 remarks.

Best deal in Phu Quoc”

Pros: very cheap without sacrificing quality, amazing staff (and I mean amazing!), great TV channels with English programs, homely feeling brought on by the small, family nature of the hotel and wood flooring. Cons: hard beds and not the best location (I highly recommend the motorbike rental they provide. Very reasonable, the staff are very helpful teaching you how to work the bike and it's the absolute best way to see the island) Would definitely stay again! Wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed here two nights. Room was big with two the biggest beds I've ever seen. Super clean. But hotel is not in good neighborhood. Noisy street, pollutions, garbage! So it was the reason why we moved.

A position far from the sea”

200000 VND by taxi from airport. Shuttle bus of Jetstar 50000 VND arrives at the market, then 20000 VND is possible by taxi to there. Motorcycles are necessary to visit sightseeing spots and night market from this hotel.

Perfect place to stay on Phu Quoc”

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and loved it. We had a very spacious room, with a clean and nice bathroom! The staff was very helpfull and speaks english! The hotel is located a little north of the main city: To go to long beach a scooter is helpfull. If we are visiting the island again, we will also come here again!

Super clean, the staff and owner”

The staff and owner even his wife is super friendly ,They even brought us food from a nearby Duong Dong town. His wife buy some child food for my son nearby hotel. When the power in island cut, they have elictric preventive ,even Le wowner start right away, i recommend this place to others and I would also recommend that to my friend . You can't find any hotel better.

The hotel is very clean. Near to night markets and street foods. They have motor bikes for rent for you to go around the island. The staff including the manager Mr. Le were very accommodating. They speak good english. You get more than what you paid for.

Huu Le is a lovely hotel: nice, clean, and comfortable to sleep and stay. The location is in the heart of Duong Dong, where you will find many restaurants and the local markets and night market. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, to say the least. There is free bottled water each day, use of a motorbike (if available) for travel into town to eat. One issue we had here was the outside noise. Being in the middle of Duong Dong, there is lots of traffic outside and around with locals working at all hours of the day starting very early in the morning. Our first room (we were switched to the other side of the hotel by request to avoid the noise) bordered the west side of the hotel that faced the brunt of the wind, making for rustling of the window, as well as a bottle sorting depot. Our second room faced residences that woke us up with loud music for what we think was aerobics at 4am. Overall great hotel, but greatness reduced by location.

We stayed at the Huu Le for five nights and very much enjoyed it. It is quite new and everything about it sparkled with cleanliness. The owner/operators were first rate and did all they could to make sure we were well provided for. We rented scooters for a couple of days from the hotel and they were also quick to offer the use of the scooters for short trip free of charge.

Good service, valuable staying”

We had two nights at the hotel. We stayed in a spacious room with large windows and airy. You can also find useful items in the room such as water heater, air conditioner, fridge, television and free wifi We did not use breakfast service here. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. They also let us borrow the motorcycle to go to the center is about 1,3km. In general, it is consistent with the price if you're considering your budget. The choice of accommodation near the coast that is always much higher price or it could be the same price like this hotel, but the quality is completely opposed. Thank hotel team for good contribution to our holiday.
