INBED Clean & Nice (pretty new)”
The best thing I liked about this hotel was the front recep, I believe her name was Maria. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and with the right attitude on assisting guest. The hotel is clean and the room was big enough but I didnt find a fridge, may be theres one for sharing downstairs Im not too sure as didnt inquired further on that. There are quiet a number of shops such as 7-11, watsons, pharmacies as well as eating restaurants and stalls. The Market (talad) is a short walk along the main road towards Hatyai (opposite direction of the Malay imigresen) which is about probably 200 may be 350 meters away. My favourite food was the stalls that sell fried chicken (kai tod) and the pulut rice (kau nam), so yummy. I even had it as a second lunch and was too full after and this stall is located right at the front of the nearest 7-11 to Inbed as theres quiet a few. In terms of entertainment, as borders just opened there are still a few pubs (street pubs) and disco in the area which is open but the actual entertainment spot is at KBK area where its till wee morning hours if thats the type of entertainment that youre looking out for but ensure how you spent your cash if youre watching your budget, if not then youre on a free flow. Spend 2 nights there waiting to take the train home at padang besar which is a short drive (probably 15 mins) there. To get to the Malaysian KTM station, first youll need to get a ride to Thai imigresen, then walk to Malaysian imigresen and after stamping yoyr pp you will have to take a taxi to the KTM station (it cost me RM15). Cheers and have a safe trrip!

A nice hotel which the building is new, the room is big enough, the location is just right( just a walking distance from the dannok border )... not forget to mention about their interior design too... simple and nice :) and you can find nice foods nearby (local thai foods, Mcd, 7-eleven etc.)

Truly the Best Hotel in Town”
Although the hotel isn't perfect and the front desk service could be warmer, it is still in my opinion the BEST hotel in this quaint town of Dannok or Danok. We are glad we booked the Jacuzzi Studio as the town can be quiet and lack of activities. Location wise it's awesome since the popular 7-11 is about 500 meters on the left of the main road and McDonald's is about 700meters on the right of the main road.

Quite a new hotel in the town of danok, location in the center of everything. But it is a small town, stay one day is good enough, before continue the journey to hat yai. You can take a van to hat yai near the 7-11. 60baht
