Habitación sin ventana pero limpia y con todos los servicios. Parking a la entrada muy pequeño. Lo peor, el desayuno, muy justo y sin variedad. El personal muy amable.

Nos alojamos aquí las últimas dos noches de nuestro viaje y la pasamos excelente! El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. El desayuno bastante variado y rico, aunque hay que ir temprano porque se suele acabar algunas cosas. La habitación muy comoda, silenciosa y con vista a la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres visitar las torres perronas y hacer shopping. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aqui.

I love this hotel. Clean rooms. Great helpful staffs. Shower is awesome. Cafe is only open during breakfast hours. Two 7-11 nearby, a couple of restaurants and cafes on the same street, more on the street behind. There's a small convenience store a few doors down that has a lot of other things you need without having to walk far. Walkable to the shopping belt of KL (5-10 mins). Situated on a very busy road and there is no proper drop off area in front of hotel, so boarding and alighting taxi is very tricky. Tip: DO NOT book for extra bed. We made that mistake thinking it would be better to have a proper bed for our daughter in the room. It's not. Mattress on rollaway bed is fixed and it is literally within an inch of its end life. They do not have a mattress topper or anything similar to make it comfortable. Adding extra bed covers did not help. You can still feel the metal and the hardness and even the gap in between. Better to sleep on floor.

Me & my 14 yrs old son stayed frm 13 - 15 Nov 2019. We njoyed our stay there. Loads of eating shop/restaurent surrounding the hotel area. Laundrymart few doors fm the hotel & 7E across the hotel. Breakfirst is very basic & nice too. It cud hv been better if thy hv scramble eggs, bake beans & hotdog cuz thts wat i like fr breakky 😂 but thts not the issue here. The hotel looks new. During night time (arnd 12am) when u coming bck fm shopping & fr u to enter the hotel lobby u must hv yr room key card to tap on to open the door. This means the hotel is super safe as no strangers can enter the hotel unnecessarily. Pavilion, Lot 10, Bukit Bintang, Times Sq, Jumpa Mall, Low Yat IT mall, Sungei Wang is just a walking distance. Tho the room is vrry small whch is only good for 2 person, we will definitely come to stay in this Hotel when we visit KL again but provided the hotel management will maintain its cleaningness 100% Mom & Son fm Singapore 😊

Value-for-Money Hotel in a Prime Location with Very Helpful Staff”
The hotel is in a prime location in Bukit Bintang, with landmarks, attractions, and shopping malls being close to it. The reception desk is 24/7, and the staff were very helpful in checking us in even at 3 am in the night. The rooms have all necessary amenities, and were very clean. The staff members also catered to a special request of ours, by keeping my father's insulin in their refrigerator. The elevator will take you to your floor, only after you have punched the keycard, so the place is very secure. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. One improvement area would be to introduce variety to the breakfast menu. However, you have loads of other options just outside the hotel.

Falling in love with this hotel. Staff & Mgmt very friendly and helpful. Hotel easy to find. I love with the location also. Walk in distance to Pavilion/Fahrenheit/Lot10 ( 7 minutes), Time Square (10 minutes). Near with Monorel Bukit Bintang & Imbi. For those bring car, you can park in front of hotel and the open car park. So far no big issue for the parking. Bed & Room very clean and comfort. Very worth it for money. I ask for early check in and the staff very kindness and help full. Will come again soon. Very recommended to anyone love for walk in distance and just want explore the town.

Close walking distance to famous shopping centers like bukit bintang and pavilion mall. Walking distance to train station so you can basically go anywhere conveniently. I am staying in deluxe queen room. Nice soft bed and clean room. Water pressure is strong with working heater. TV channels a bit boring so you might want to bring your own media entertainment. The room also comes with hairdryer and iron with ironing board. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall I had a good experience and I won't hesitate to stay here again for my next visit to kl.

it's my 4th time staying. great location with walking distance to bukit bintang area (pavilion mall, lot10, sungeiwang). plenty of local eatery, coffee shops and convenient store across the street. room is clean with comfortable bed and shower facilities. area is safe with the need to tap keycard after 1030pm to enter the lobby from main street. lift lobby is secured with need for keycard tapping too. good. only complain would be TV channels extremely limited. hope management can look into this.

If in the furture I need accommodation in KL Town center I would definitely book at InnB Park Hotel. My wife and I had a lovely stay at their hotel. We were most impressed by the cleanliness. Rarely have we seen a hotel so clean. We were also impressed by the quality of the furniture and furnishings of our room. The staff was friendly and reactive. We found the neighbourhood of the hotel safe and the location was ideal for us.

The hotel is located opposite Transtar Express office, where you can take bus direct to/from SG. 3 mins walk to Pavillion and Lot 10. A lot of places to eat. Clean and comfortable room. Tip: if you choose a room with window. Do not choose the one facing main road. There is a little noise as a lot of cars passed by the road.

Indeed, the hotel is very well located within walking distance of all major shopping areas and only across the road from the Transtar bus service to and from Singapore. Pavilion and Lot 10 is within an 8 minutes walk from the hotel, so are Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang, Fahrenheit 88 and Low Yat Plaza.

My family and I love this hotel! It is in close proximity to times square, pavilion mall, lot10 and sungei mall. You can walk to all these places within 5-10 mins. Nearby the hotel also have mini Marts and 7 eleven. Opposite the hotel also have local Malaysian hawker food to explore in the morning and a variety of food hotpot / Indian food choices to choose from for dinner and supper. Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay and will come back again next time 😄
