Hotel que proporciona lo que ofrece. Bien situado en el barrio de Bukit Vintange, cerca del sky train, restaurantes y centro comercial. Limpio y bien cuidado. Única pega es que tiene ducha abierta sin plato ni mampara y cuando lo usas se moja todo el baño. Servicio agradable.

Viaje de vacaciones. Parada de metro aereo a poco minutos andando. Ubicado en zona comercial y de ocio, muy animada. Gran cantidad de restaurantes y puestos de comida callejeros muy cercanos. Muy buena ubicación .

El hotel poco tiene que ver con las fotos. Sábanas sucias, toallas viejas y rotas. Lo único bueno la ubicación, que para estar de paso en la ciudad es interesante estar cerca de todo.

3 day calming stay”
I was initially sceptical about the parking area of the hotel as there weren't any pictures of a parking area. Turns out it's an automated parking system where you park it in the space, get your things and the car is elevated to a designated floor. The good part is it limits the possibility of theft. But if you're like me and your things aren't always in order and you leave things everywhere then you'd feel rushed as you need to be quick. The process takes at most 5 minutes. I was very satisfied with my stay as variety of food and shops are walking distance. The check in and out process was quick. The staff and guards were all attentive. It's not a hotel to lounge in or swim at. It's a very straightforward rooms to stay for the night. Hot water and a good strong bed. The toilet wall tiles I thought were beautiful too.

Best hotel for business traveller”
The three windowless rooms I had throughout my stay were all of the same level. 809 had a little window panel to see the outside world whereas 711 and 609 were literally windowless. Still all rooms had comfortable queen size beds, tv, cold aircond and hot shower. I felt safe knowing my car is parked in the automated area and the processof checking in and out were super quick. The staff and guards were good. I had no trouble checking out at 6am. Take note there's a rm50 deposit.

The hotel has a parking facility which is a plus if you're driving. If your car is bigger than a sedan, they let you park in front of the hotel but is limited. There's a construction next to the hotel sadly but no construction works on weekend so you can still get a quiet weekend gateway. There's a MRT entrance just outside the hotel which is very convenient. You can cross over to Lot 10 by walking through the MRT from entrance F to D. The room size is reasonable and basic amenities provided for the price you're paying is ok. Soundproof is not that great, you can hear the next door clearly. Otherwise, good value for money.

The room is comfortable.. The bed is nice and the hot shower is nice too ( if you are looking for masaging hot shower this is not the place).. Suitable and affordable if you are staying for work long term as i only go in and out.. Excellent location as near place to eat..

This is our first time staying at Izumi. The staff were super friendly and nice. We chose room with window and the room is spacious enough for me and my husband. The toilet is clean and has hot shower😍 Near to Pavilion, Lot10. Definitely will stay again at Izumi Hotel.

Izumi hotel is the a recommended place to all travellers...even there's no restaurant in the hotel...but.....Izumi hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed... although with a cheap price, but the service at this hotel is not disappointing .... the location of the hotel is also very close to the location of shopping malls and food hawker centers ... its employees also very friendly ... the hotel room is also very clean and the towels we use are always replaced with new ones every day ... the rooms are also not smelly and clean ... and I would recommend this hotel to other friends and I would be willing to stay in this hotel again ...thank you Izumi hotel 😘😘

My 3rd time stay in this hotel.. Very comfortable for traveller... Easy access to public transport.. 1 minute walking to mrt, monorel,bus stand... Hotel facilities in good condition.. Accept for this time, hotel lobby is under renovation work

BEST OF ALL”
Reasonable price during MCO. Clean room Spacious ROOM I got A family Room Because the Deluxe room with Twin beds were not available. Very near to 5mins walk Lot 10 , 5 mins walk Sungai Wang Shopping centre. 7Mins walk to Pavilion. 2 mins walk to MRT Bukit Bintaang and Monorail. CONS: I stayed over the weekend There's a construction next to the hotel and they began as early as 7AM.

Stayed here for one night, good location, Bukit Bintang area, car park provided, can straight away parking in the hotel and walk around the area. Room is clean, staffs are friendly.

Location is great ! Walking distance to pavilion , lot 10 & jalan alor . 5m away from mrt n monorail . Room is just nice for that price n location The only complaint is there is construction work going on and they started drilling as early as 730am !! So loud like i felt someone was drilling my brain out so i decided to shout by 10am

One of My Favorite Hotel Right at City Centre”
I am a frequent visitor to this hotel whenever I visited KL for work or leisure. For the price range, I feel it's fantastic for the location, compact room and very important the free and sheltered parking (normal car only). It's so good, I booked for another stay next month.

Very near the busy district of bukit bintang. The customer service was superb. They readily assist me in finding the hotel through email. Although the room was not sound proof, still its a good choice for a guest like me with a 3 and 7 year old kids
