The room was neat and clean with big corridor. Staffs were nice and helpful (although they might not be very informative. They got confused at some of our questions about sightseeing direction but we sorted things out in the end) The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from bus station and just 3 mins walk to Phumin temple. There are night market in the area every weekend so you can find food easily. Overall we were so happy with the place and will consider to stay here again when we visit Nan next time. (What a lovely city! We will come back for sure!)

Decent, nice nostalgic hotel”

Nice renovated old styled house with newly extended annex building. Room is spacious and high ceiling but make the second fl. room too warm and air cons ineffectively cool down temperature. In room provide refrigerator , cable tv, however no coffee or tea and hot kettle. Breakfast during low season provide set menu without buffet. There're bicycles for guest free use.

Quiet located”

Nice close to AmazonCoffeshop Temples Nightmarket. Easy to reach with the free bycicle you can get at the Hotel. Neighbour is a Prison so the view from the room is a wall in case you like to stay in the room on the balcony to enjoy a view you wont have it at all. But nice littke garden with chairs and tables to sit. Breakfast for asian is realy tasty. Chicken or pirk rice soup. Western Toast with Margarine and horrible something they calle it Jam. Realy awfull. But thats the only thing to complain

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Clean, Safe”

The hotel is located in mid of the town. They provide bicycles for guest to ride explore the city. To hotel surround with top 5 tourist attraction temples and museum like just 5 mins walk for few minute ride. The hotel is clean but no choice of breakfast but all simple nice one.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ใกล้วัดภูมินทร์ และ ถนนคนเดิน สามารถปั่นจักรยานได้ฟรีไปตลาดเช้าได้ ไม่ไกลเลยจริงๆถ้าไม่ออกไปนอกเมืองแนะนำไม่ต้องเช่ารถจะดีกว่า. อาหารเช้าถือว่าไม่ค่อยอร่อยเลยโดยเฉพาะข้าวต้มเครื่อง จริงๆแล้วแนะนำให้ขี่จักรยานไปทานที่ตลาดเช้าของกินจะเยอะและฟินนกว่ามาก. พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากยิ่มแย้มแจ่มใส่ ส่วนอุปกรณ์ของใช้ภายในห้องเช่นแชมพู เจลอาบน้ำให้น้อยมากแนะให้พกติดตัวไปด้วยดีกว่าใช้แล้วคันหัวมาก. อุปกรณ์เช่นฝักบัวแบบน้ำตกควรมีการตรวจเช็คให้ดีเนื่องจากใช้แล้วน้ำพุ่งไปคนละทิศทาง ควรทำการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลียน ไฟภายในห้องน้อยเกินไปขนาดเปิดทุกดวงแล้วยังอ่านหนังสือไม่ได้เลยมืดมากๆ วิวด้านข้างโรงแรมจะเป็นคุก มีกำแพงสูงปลอดภัย แต่ก้อปิดม่านจะดีกว่า พอปิดม่านแล้วมืดตึ่บไฟไม่พอ. ที่นี่เหมาะมาถ่ายรูปมากโดยเฉพาะชั้น2 สวยงามมมาก ภ่ายพอทเทรทได้งามมากกจิงๆ

Good Boutique hotel, good location”

We traveled with 3 adults and 1 small kid so we booked for superior triple room. The hotel was clean and worth for its price. Staff were smiling and friendly. There were free bicycles and it’s good to go for sightseeing and have dinner at night small market by those bicycles. It’s small town anyway. Breakfast was good enough to start our day before next journey. One thing was it looked they were under-staff on our building. In the morning there was no staff at all on Khum Muang Min building. We called but no answer, waited for almost 20 minutes then we just left the key by ourself on check-out. Sound wield, but overall was good. We’d recommend to stay here.

Nice staff, good price, central location”

It is a nice little boutique accommodation in the center of a small town. The staff were nice and very accommodating. The room was clean and offered all the essentials. Will definitely stay here again in our next visits to Nan.

The best place in the heart of the cultural city”

We were highly impressed by Khum Muang Min Boutique Hotel regarding its location, atmosphere, and services. It's the right place for those wanting to get around the famous temples in the area on foot. The building and the rooms have been beautifully designed with all the convenience needed. Breakfast was served in a cozy cafe though not a variety of food was available. The staff were gentle and willing to help.

Lovely small hotel”

This is a beautiful old style house that has been successfully converted into a boutique hotel. Modern old fashioned with chintz curtains the rooms are quite delightful. Location is good and the staff are very friendly.

Superb location”

It was a very nice stay at Khum Muang Min. The place is very cosy with nice design and decoration. It is only a few minutes walk from all the attractions in town. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to use for free throughout their stay.

Disappoint and not the exactly expected place to stay.”

In general the hotel looks nice but the staff are not nice ,do not have any of service mind as what they should have and do. In the room is different from what we have seen in the pictures and the hotel is located close to the prison house and do not have any tea or coffee in the room.

Lovely Traditional Norther Style House”

Right in the middle of the town convenient to go every where. The room is large and so comfy bed. The decoration of the hotel is good, so we enjoy taking photos at every single corner of the hotel. Bike also available for the borrow which you can use all day long without charge. Breakfast was decent Thai style with some fried egg. Will be back again.

Nice place and good location. Would be better if add some local to breakfast menu. We booked for 2 rooms and pay in advance, a bit unsatisfied to find out that they assigned our rooms on separate floor. The hotel was fully booked so they said they cannot make any changes. Already complained at front desk that they should put more attention to allocate the rooms. It was booked over 3 mths in advance and fully paid before check in.
