El personal es amable pero carece de entrenamiento en restaurante; no se soluciona la invasión de insectos. Aunque se ofrecen muchos servicios en la playa y tiene una piscina espectacular. La habitación siempre muy limpia. Es un hotel muy completo en una playa de verdad.

El mejor Spot en Koh Chang! El hotel está en una de las más tranquilas y lindas playas de Koh Chang. Tienen 2 piscinas maravillosas! Lo único que habría que mejorar es la variedad del desayuno. Es un poco repetitivo si te quedas más de 3 noches. El personal es encantador. Un equipo fabuloso! Volveremos seguro!

Many things were great. Its near evething. Its pretty and clean. The staff his here to help and make you comfortable. They are nice. The pool at the top is the best at this hotel. We had it for our self 8 days strait! Only one peron came there once in a while. Many things great bit many things not so gret. I reserved the garden view but wen we got there the garden view was not available as they were renovating them. The garden view are at the botom of the resort near the beach now they gave us the too hill room witch you need to clam up stairs lots of them but we had rented a scooter so no problem as qe can go up there from the back road that will take us to the rooms so if you have a scooter no problems! We didnt like thw first room and wanted my money back but the manager didn't want to give it back so they change the room for is and give me a great sea view room witch was great. Thanks again to try to make us happy. The other nit so good thing is the break first. Its not realy a buffet style and everyday is the same thing! and not so good especially the coffee 😢 i would say the breakfast is the worst thing hing at this hotel. Its pretty though and relaxing. Then next not so good thing is the beach! Its a rocky beach tou juat have a tiny spot where is send but i imagine when the hôtel is full every obe will be in this spot.. So beach its a 0 but again pretty to look at when is hightie.. Oh lots of beach flies too and that suck.. Its to late when you know bow they are there😑 so nice hotel, realxing tou even have monkeys come to your balcony its fun to see them. Nice staff..nice rooms.. If you have money i subject you to go for the Seaview. Overall was ok.

Great location and rooms, but LOTS of steps”
I probably would have rated this higher if I had better understood the room I was receiving. I chose "Deluxe Sea View", but the view was blocked by another building. Also, it was 120 steps up to our room. This was pretty tiring, but we got over it. If we were older or unhealthy, it would have been difficult. BUT...the rooms are extremely nice (better than others on the island). Breakfast was good. The location was awesome. Now that we know what we are getting, we would choose this hotel again for future visits.

In an excellent location with its own picture perfect white sand beach, great for swimming. Nice kiddies pool and pleasant restaurant on the beach. Comfortable rooms, but some cheaper rooms the other side of a busy street. Many restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk.

Best Holiday in Years”
The hotel was still getting ready after the long COVID lock down, many things were not open yet due to lack of staff, however the staff were excellent, we got the best service I can remember. Hoping to stay here again soon.

Beautiful views from an amazing suite”
The ocean view suite, a teak house motif, was a great room overlooking the bay. Nice deck and lovely room situated halfway up the hill between beach and the infinity pool up top. The stairs to the beach are a bit of a hike, but not too bad overall. While the beach was slightly cramped and crowded, the infinity pool was quiet with amazing views. Breakfast was good too. Overall a nice stay.
