perfect little budget hotel”

had a very pleasant stay. lt is a perfect little place for budget travellers who are looking for a clean & comfortable room close to the beach. Very good shower & bathroom. All staff members are very friendly. Next time I'm in KC, I won't look for anywhere else.

good location but very noisily at night time”

Small bed, limited wifi (500 mb per 1 person), very noisily at night, there few bars with live music nearby. One thing which I like there is good location. Many different cafe and restaurants are nearby, and the beach too. But the prices can be much cheaper for such place.

good value out of season”

small but clean refurbished room at a great price out of season ( not the case in season ).No facilities at all but hotel is well located in town. calling itself a 3 star hotel is ridiculous it more like a bed and breakfast but without the breakfast ! i liked its freshness but lets not exagerste what it is....!

Best Direction of Koh Chang”

First we would like to stay in 4 star resort but during our trip all hotel are fully booking, Then I got recommended about this hotel from my friend who has been stayed there before, First we has booked for 2 paxs. but we got more friend would like to join the trip we called to the hotel for added the extra bed and confirmed for the twin room, They are so nice, They took all our requested. We has arrived early morning around 07.00 am. our room not ready yet, Then we choose to go around the island with motorbike. We went back to the hotel around midday our room is ready (Different from another hotel that need to wait for 02.00 pm.even the room is ready). Fast check in very simple. The manager or owner we not sure was the super service, we went for the happy hour late for 1 hour but we still get it, All the time in there was good we stayed for 2 nights. Recommend : The water supply not really good, They does not have food to sell only american breakfast, restaurant recommend Krua Nai Lerd (ครัวนายเลิศ) street side restaurant local but very good.

Very nice place with some little issues”

We did stay for one week, the Staff are all very friendly and let you feel very comfortable, Rooms are looking ok but a bit a feeling of a condo which has been modify to a hotel. There are only 2 issues, one is the comfort of the Bed which is so hard maybe can use for exercise, the second issue is the very dirty water you have in the shower and toilet it is close to brown and smells sometines a bit rosty i think a good Filter would do a good job to get that fixed. Otherwise i rate this place as a nice location which is quiet and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here the hotel is small and cosy, clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good enough, help yourself to a nice coffee machine, laundry, rent motorbike accross the street

Pleasant Stay”

A very pleasant stay on a beautiful island was enhanced by friendly staff and a comfortable, clean hotel ideally located for the local bars and restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Very friendly family run hotel”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in April. The staff are very friendly, the location is great, the rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast is great. A lovely family run hotel. We will definately stay here again. Highly recommended, a very relaxing time

Excellent location, friendly staff”

Room was clean and fresh, was a little too small to have extra bed included. The extra bed was not very comfortable. However the staff were really trying to please it's guests. English was limited, but they tried with a smile. Location is excellent just across the road from beach, which is clean and long. Beach restaurants open at night. Close to the best shopping on Koh Chang. Only draw back needs a pool, and some garden space, this may come as are young people with the right attitude wanting to grow their business Thank you

Design hotel”

We liked the "clean" lines in interiour and exteriour design. Excellent loacation, literally 30 seconds to the beach. Was suprised by the extreamly cheap minibar prices. Very good service - obviously a well run hotel.

Perfect location on White Sand Beach.”

I want to verify what other have written. La Bella Koh Chang is located on the other isde of the road from the best part of white sand beach. 30 seconds walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended for location, price and overall experience.

Lovely hotel”

This is a lovely hotel and I cant speak highly enough of the hotel team. The hotel is run by a young girl with her mother and a willing and friendly support team. Everything I asked for was sorted very quickly. The breakfast is good. There is good wifi. The beach (the nice end of White Sands) is just across the road - one minute walk. The beach is lovely. Long and nearly empty. With good sunsets. In the evening, many restaurants open up directly on the beach. There is an evening Fireshow on the beach(recommended). Some people say the hotel doesn't have all the facilities - but you don't need more than this hotel has when you are so close to the beach and good eating places.

We spent great moments in this hotel. Employees are friendly and take care of you. Everything was done for our comfort. They were always available. And when the children sleep, we enjoyed to drink the coktails prepared in The Hotel Wine and Coffee bar (The tempo).

It was an ok stay,but the air condition gave up on our last night,the breakfast needs to be a lot better,the staff are friendly, I would stay again but not at the price we paid,I think you can get better accommodation for what we paid,but overall it was ok.

Stay there only if you have to”

I book this hotel for 4 night at 2nd of January bcoz I couldn't find free room in other hotels. First night l get very small room with uncomfortable bed so next morning my back was painful. Next day l get bit bigger room with a bit better bed.What can l say, hotel is not expensive but I rather spend couple more dollars and stay in better one but at this stage l didn't have other choice.I never stayed in so low quality hotel but maybe people with low budget like to stay there, anyway you get what you pay only l must say staff is very good and friendly but hotel need renovation and good maintenance including painting and removing that black color which looks so ugly in the room. Location is second only think which is good nothing else l can prefer. For me that was first and last stay in the hotel.

Nice clean hotel, noisy location”

We had travelled all day and just wanted a quiet night. We where assured that it was a quiet room. In our room we heard the road below very good. The following is not to blame the hotel for; but the russians staying next door had an all night party. I tried in a polite way to tell them to keep it down or please take it elsewhere. Someone from the staff stod there watching them the hole time and I would have wished they would have told them to keep it down. I know the thais don't like to tell people that they should be quiet but I was clearly not the only guest bothered by the noise. Most of the toget guest where couples end elderly people, none of them looking happy at breakfast. This episode was not the hotels fault as they don't choose their guests, but I wish they would have taken a stand for the other guests. Breakfast is basic, fresh fruit, egg, toast, yoghurt and good coffee:) Room was clean.

All good. Breakfast good, room works well and fresh, staff very helpful, location good for beach and 15 Palms restaurant. 2 minutes to cross road and at the beach. Cleaners could lift there game but mostly ok just not consistant. Reception will sort it out quick. I would book again at the cheap rates. Good place to land and get your bearings.

Only stayed for five days,the hotel in low season is nice and quiet and the 3 staff we seen were friendly and coped easily enough with the few guests they had.Although close to the beach,it's on the opposite eide of the road next to a pond which was filthy and stank.The area around the pond was like a rubbish tip,would not stay there again.I am told in high season they charge extortionate rates which definately would not be worth it.
