I will definitely rate this listing a poor one. I have never experience a bad service and poor property quality or facility in my entire life. Will definitely not coming back here.

One of receptionist is tricky”

Receptionists are not doing their job in a professional way,You feel as a customer like disturbing them. first I was given the room that I have booked and paid for.later the receptionist told us that we have to change to another room which was of lower standard,claiming that I paid only for this type of room. luckily I booked only 2 nights,so it was not worth for me to argue more. the other problem is the karaoke club and disco pub next door.the sound is incredible so You can feel the beat even at higher floors till 2am. that was my last time at las casitas.

only best feature was the restroom: clean lots of small cockroaches. air conditioner couldn't do the job of making the room cool since it was so old and barely functioning; had to ask to switch rooms coz the heat was unbearable. the room switched into had a better air conditioner but not cool enough, just made the room bearable. Not worth the price.

Walking distant to restaurants, karaoke bar, mall. Cons: right next to bar and it can get really noisy with loud music.

The aircon filter was super dirty with dust, the reason why it was not cool enough. The aircon power on knob was not functional. The small CRT TV is blurred and poor channel signal. Room was too small. The staff were not welcoming and friendly. Only the security guard was courteous and welcoming.

I was planning to stay many days there. Was near impossible to sleep because the karaoke in the corner street and I check out to go to another hotel in the morning. If you want to sleep at night I do not recommend this place.

It was raining the night i stayed there. after a while， the ceiling started leaking. i was on the 4th floor. i had to move one of the beds and place a trash can to catch the drops of water. i booked a room with a queen bed but they gave me a room with 2 single beds. The sheets smelled like they havent dried up properly so they kinda reek. They also told me they'd send the remote for the tv to my room but it never came. I had to use my phone. The AC was great though. oh and when i moved the bed，there was a plastic spoon underneath.

Really for those on a budget”

The location is fine but in terms of experience in staying, not quite so. Bed was kinda dusty, there was a cockroach in the restroom, cobwebs and spider near the headboard, and our landline wasn't working--so we had to make calls through our mobile phones if we needed housekeeping or room service. If you are really on a budget I guess this will do, but I think you can find a way better budget hotel for the price we paid.

The hotel staff was accommodating. But when i went inside the room the furnitures are not all updated. Like the lamp shade it doesn't functioning. I want to use it because the main light was too bright to use. The television channels are cable but limited. The bath towels and other toiletries are not available. I need to request it from the front desk. The value of amount paid is not equal to your stay.

All in all not too bad-- took the second day to get a towel to take a shower- had to buy my own soap!-- Bedding not changed every day-- no real covers for the bed. Literally could change the channels on the TV- by sitting on the edge of the bed (room that small!) Small window unit AC--Davao has DAILY power outages!!--1-4 hrs-- 3rd floor heats up QUICK with no AC!! Staff does not know how to make an over easy egg!!! Good point fast wifi-- mosquietos present in lobby and dinning area. Staff mopped the front lobby-walks outside 1st step and shakes out the dirt!!! Street construction outside- finished when I leave.

Good for budget treavellers”

I got the room with a pull out bed. I was alone but if you have company and use the pull out bed then basically you would lose most of the floor space in the room. However, with a hot and cold shower, aircon, cable TV and very good location, the place is good enough for quick, short stays for budget conscious individuals and individuals who mostly spend the day outside.

Las Casitas”

We stayed here for two nights, the day we checked in the staff were not ready to receive us. The room they assigned to us was not yet tidied up. They asked us to transfer to another room, but they do not know which room to give us. So they asked us to wait in the lobby. When they finally decided which room ti give us, they gave us the room they initially assigned to us. Upon entering the room, there was a rat roaming inside. Staff were not very accommodating. Rooms are not that great. Nonetheless we had a great stay in Davao.
