Ha sido una experiencia tan maravillosa que he repetido en poco tiempo jajajajja y sobre todo pilar la chica de recepción es excepcional, vamos allí con nuestro perrito y nos tratan siempre estupendamente. Ubicación genial , hay tiendas, bares y plazas alrededor. Todo perfecto. Limpieza muy bien y trato inmejorable así que mil gracias a todos . Volveremos si Dios quiere prontito

El hotel esta´ en pleno centro. Aconsejo dejar el coche un poco alejado ya que el hotel se encuentra en una calle peatonal del centro. La habitación limpia y con lo necesario. La atención de recepción muy buena, muy simpa´tica la recepcionista.

Destacar de este hotel su buena ubicación en una calle peatonal. Tiene Parking a unos 200 metros y ellos mismos te aparcan el coche. El personal de recepción es amable y atento. La limpieza está bien. En lo que deben mejorar es en la insonorización. Es una lastima que un hotel bien ubicado y de tres estrellas tenga ventanas antiguas que no aíslan el ruido y hacen el descanso difícil, pues se oye todo el ruido de la calle. También pondría en los baños toallero al lado del lavabo y mejores amenities. Que un hotel de tres estrellas aún ofrezca amenities en sobres de plástico, a día de hoy, es un atraso. He dormido en hoteles de menos estrellas con amenities propios de hoteles de cuatro. Deberían mejorar en esos aspectos y si se pondrían al nivel de sus estrellas.

The Hotel is located in the City center, is very good. The staffs are really friendly. The Hotel and the are really clean!! But the room we got was very noisy during the night, hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, one can hear all the conversations from the people next room. Our room was on the backside of the Hotel, the was always some noise. There were people picking up garbage containers and bringing them back, and that with a lot of talking. Big voices! 🙄

I'll start with the good points: The room and facilities were impeccably clean, the sheets were very, very soft, and the external doors/windows were effective at blocking out the tremendous racket happening outside at all hours. Staff were all friendly and helpful. But, there were a few problems that would leave me hesitant to recommend this hotel. First, the shower head was ancient, with all of the rubber desiccated, crumbling, and blocking the holes. This resulted in a very unpleasant showering experience. The internal doors are essentially cardboard, so mid-afternoon naps were loudly, regularly interrupted by any and all noise happening in the corridors or adjacent rooms. And worst of all, the power was unreliable, going out intermittently and unpredictably. Not a big deal if you're out during the day, but if you have a morning appointment and were planning to shower at a certain time, that doesn't really work if you can't get any lights on in the bathroom for long periods.

The hotel has a good location. It is relatively quiet in a noisy area. The staff are friendly and nice. It is close to the Cathedral and shopping areas. The central air-con is not that satisfying.

Nice Ambience”
A quaint little hotel, with nice internal ambience. Handy to places of interest. Staff were helpful, and the hotel was within walking distance of information centre, transport to places of interest within the city and cafes. A bit hard to access from the bus station. Could provide better information about how to find the hotel. I arrived in the rain, using public transport, and was pretty wet by the time I got there.

Visited Alhambra and needed a place to stay a night.”
Hotel located in old town and a bit different to find. I recommend park at hotel and take taxi around as streets are very narrow. Upside is the hotel next to great shopping, restaurants and etc. Downside is hotel next to many restaurants and shopping and it's a bit noisy. You can get great reasonable cost breakfast at hotel cafe in the morning. We really liked it. Hotel stuff is very nice and trying hard to make your stay as good as they can. Building is old but very clean and renovated as much as they could.

Friendly, helpful staff but broken facilities”
I would recommend the Las Nieves only if the management can fix broken facilities. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful; they would call for taxis and provide directions as needed. The facilities are in need of repair, however, despite recent renovations. During my stay in late May, the building had not been switched to air conditioning despite weeks of high temperatures, making the rooms uncomfortably warm most of the day. Opening the windows at night cooled off the rooms, but this let in all kinds of street noise into the early morning hours. The wifi was slow and unreliable; it frequently stopped working for no apparent reason. Several lights in my room were flickering or burned out. The water in the bathroom sink was slow to drain and my request for it to be fixed was not fulfilled.

Great Room In A Great Place”
Great place to stay. No complaints. I loved sitting out on the patio watching people go by in the afternoon.
