La estància fue confortable però la relación calidad-precio deja bastante que desar. Habitaciones viejas que necesitan una renovación urgente. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, justo al lado de la estación del KLIA-Express al aeropuerto

Nos ha gustado bastante, estaba en el centro neuralgico de la ciudad con acceso directo a la estacion central desde donde podias acceder a muchisimos sitios interesantes y a casi todas las lineas de transporte, el hotel era muy confortable y la piscina muy apetecible, el trato dispensado por el staff muy bueno, eran muy amables. Lo peor es que la habitacion era muy pequeña pese a que era confortable.

The 2021 Best 5 Star Hotel in Kuala Lumpur”
First step into one of Marriot Bonvoy Hotel's chains, Le 'Meridien Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for 2 nights from 15 to 17 December 2021. A 5 star hotel is worth it. My wife, I and our 4 children were given a warm welcome by the Doorman. Next the officer at the check -in counter dealt very quickly with us causing us to feel very happy. We chose a room on the top floor which is the 23rd floor. The condition of the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable with all the equipment arranged well. We got a living room as well as a breakfast package for 2 guests. Most surprisingly we also got 2 complimentary breakfasts for 2 children for 2 days when using the Marriot Bonvoy Member facility .... We thank all the staff at Le 'Meridien Hotel Kuala Lumpur starting from Receptionist / Doorman, Front Desk Staff, Concierge Staff, Staff at the pool, Housekeeper, Chef and F&B Staff and finally to "Uncle Concierge" who also brought bags and get delivered until we reached the ETS KL Sentral. I forgot to ask the name of "Uncle Concierge". Thanks again from all of us. Believe in every job you have done, carved a smile on all of us.

From the reception up until the checkout, everything was hassle free and attended to. I booked two rooms and requested for connecting rooms which we were provided with. The details in the rooms are finely attended to, from the basic modern needs i.e. lots of charging and USB ports and the resting needs i.e. type of pillows to your choice and the super comfortable mattresses. They provided in room ample mineral water, ground coffee with coffee plunger and a selection of Harney & Sons teas. Bathroom is excellent, except that the sliding door could be enhanced with locks. Breakfast is excellent, we were being attended to right from the start until finish. Selection of dishes are with a good mix. Pretty impressive in overall, and I'll grab the chance to experience it again if the opportunity presents itself.

Everything was great, the room was clean, check in and check out was swift. Breakfast was superb! They provide gloves so guest can pick their own food like a real buffet style even during these pandemic times. I love that they have a vast array of food, you can have a full satisfying breakfast even if you're on a diet. You need to book your slot if you're using the pool. They have complimentary pillow types, just inquire with the housekeeping. It is a great hotel, with excellent service.

Best location, best swimming pool, nice food”
This is one of the best hotel in KL for its location (adjacent to KL Sentral- to KLIA, MRT, Komuter, etc.). The swimming pool is huge, clean & resort like. Food for breakfast is good. TV channels are various and meet expectations. Only set back during MCO is the swimming pool is divided between side of Le Meridien & Hilton hotel. It used to be shared. However, the waterfall & water slides are located at the Hilton's side. Other than that, it's a perfect hotel & recommended for stay.

I went to Le Meridien KL in a group of 16 to celebrate my parents' anniversary. 12 adults, 4 children in 5 rooms. Ive made a request to hv my parents' room decorated with a honeymoon deco. I also requedted to hv all rooms adjacent to each other. They fulfilled all the requests. The staff, pool and breakfast are the extremely ordinary services/facilities provided. The hotel was really packed that weekend. Yet, the staff managed to handle the check-ins/outs, buffet placing, concierge and everything else efficiently. The only downturn was that, when we parked our car, we used touch n go. To our surprise, upon exit from the car park, the parking charge was RM290 for an overnite parking!! Very² ridiculous. Much² higher than the cost of our hotel room! Apparently the parking management said that, there's no discount if one uses touchngo/visa/mastercard! They shd make it CLEARLY DESCRIBED AND DISPLAYED at the parking entrance gate. I dispute this policy! Well, it's not Le Meridien's fault tho. All in all, I'd recommend Le Meridien KL to you!

The hotel was the best! The biggest star would be the helpful and friendly staffs. They entertained all of my requests for my husband’s birthday. The ramadan buffet was marvellous! So manu choices of food. A very easy access to Nu Sentral. I really love the location. Will definitely be coming again! You guys should try this hotel. So clean and the pool was amazing. Stayed for one night just for a weekend getaway with the family. The location is great, just a walk away from transport hub. Hotel staffs were very, very attentive and took great care for your personal needs. Facilities provided were good, although there were limitations due to MCO. Check in was a bit delayed, but the FO staff (Suzana) took great care and assigned me to another next available room. And it was compensated when they allowed me extended check out. Of all the things, the only point that I would like to highlight is for the hotel to add more cloth hooks within the room and bathroom. Provided hooks were too far from shower and you couldn't just reach at arm's length for your bathrobe after bath. Worth the experience.

Well, it's Le Meridien! Amazing stay with them, the in-room breakfast service was the main star here, they offered service until 12 noon, you simply can't top that! Special shout out to all the staffs that had served us during our stay, from the front desk professionals who had handled both our check-in/check-out in such courtesy way, to the hospitable lift guy, to the room service staffs who tirelessly entertained our small requests like late night snacks, extra soaps and changing our tv remote, and also to the breakfast guy who set a fancy table for our in-room breakfast, each and everyone of them deserves a pay raise Le Meridien! Lol... Thanks for the lovely experience staying with you guys, totally recommended!

IF you have a day trip inside Malaysia by airplane, this hotel is ideal for you, Access to KL sentral and which is the main station for KL Express (fast train to airport) is the most important thing about this hotel. You have access to NU shopping mall and help you to save your time if you want to buy or eat in the mid-range restaurant.

Strategic location, clean, amazing and attentive staff”
I was supposed to stay alone during the weekend but my sister decided to join me at the eleventh hour from JB. She will arrived around 1.00 am and i'm too tired too wait for her. So i called the concierge and a nice lady (i forgot her name since i was so sleepy) said she will give an extra card to my sister once she is verified as one. I give my sister's name and room number. All i can remember my sister said "i'm here!!!" Then i went back to sleep haha. I was really tired after a long week of non-stop working and i'm so thankful that the hotel staff willing to go extra miles for the guest. The breakfast spread was amazing. They even have what they call "wake up drink" in a shot glass. The drink really wake me and my taste bud up. I would love to stay at Le Meridien KL again for a short weekend escape. The next day i use MRT and LRT to go around KL. From Pavilion to Sogo to Sunway Putra Mall. Very convinient as the hotel is next to KL Sentral. Also next to Nu Sentral Shopping Mall

The room that I had was well maintained, loved the design and the well lit space. Very clean. Bought some cakes from the coffee house and it was good. Overall a very good stay though it was only for a night. Next to Nu Sentral for shopping.

Went for a short vacation just before MCO. Brought along my family (with 3 children). So what to say about this hotel? One of The Best Hotels Ever! Seriously! Nothing bad to say. From the cleanliness, the room, the breakfast, to even the swimming pool. It may be quite expensive but definitely worth it! Will definitely come again. Congrats to the crew!

Loved this hotel! Location is quite center & close to LRT/ MRT/ KTM. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. There was good variety of food selection & the food taste good. There even was a designated teh tarik section! Staff were friendly & helpful. The thing that I love the most was the bed & pillow. The pillow was not tooo soft (some hotels are like this) . It was just the right amount of softness & firmness. Will definitely return here again!
