Last came here with family when I was 11 now I’m back again 10 yrs later. I was not disappointed. The room was clean and neat, they even refurbished the room with modern furniture, definitely shows their passion. Their staff were helpful and patient to my enquiries. If you’re departure time is after check out, you can leave your luggage in the hotel room (there is a free locker service beside the concierge) Feeling unsafe with your passport and valuables? There are free safety deposit boxes situated in the middle of concierge. The hotel has security checks in every entrances of the premises. Highlights would be it has a MacDonald in the premise at lvl 1!

Good value for money”
Strategic location in the center of Hatyai city. The front office and the manager (women with spectical) was friendly and helpful to us. The room was clean and fit in for 4 pax, but there was a water leaking nearby the aircond but it didn’t cause any major problem during our stay for 3 days 2 night there. The breakfast was good eventhough there’s not much of choices.

I’ve always looked forward to staying at Lee Gardens Hotel whenever I come to Hatyai before Covid pandemic. And this is the first time I’m back after the pandemic and it’s still great, I would even it’s better than before. The rooms are comfortable, spacious & clean. But the location is simply the best👍🏻😍💪

FAMILY FRIENDLY AND PERFECT LOCATION”
The hotel lobby is on th 10 the floor of a very nice mall. It is strategically located near to most of shopping and food parade.Thank you for being able to let early check in. It is very thoughtful as we can refresh ourself keep our belonging before heading to had our lunch. Then we had a nap before proceed to floating market. Tuk tuk is easily find here, for 180 baht to floating market and 360 baht two ways. There is night market during weekeend and on the first floor of the hotel also sell a lot of souveniers. The room was big and spacious, the bed is comfy and big with nice pillow. The room and bathroom was clean and superb. Breakfast spread said no pork we had juice, bread and fruits and it is very delicious. Overall it is worth for money and very comfy as it also has connecting rooms.

i really likes this hotel. infront of tourist favourite spots! easy access for tuktuk booking. got shopping mall. room very spacious and clean. many facilities such as sauna, gym and swimming pool. friendly staff. breakfast serve no pork.

Easy to find halal food ”
Best for family trip especially with young kid. During night, there is night market / street food selling halal food just down the hotel. While other tourist need to sit at the lobby areas/ stairs, we can just go to our room and eat. after that, can repeat again for exploring 2nd-3rd round of halal street food.

The fireworks was not as we expected. Last year was even better. Things at the shops in the hotel a little expensive. About the breakfast, it's the same for the past 4 days we stayed. Our suggestion, besides the usual food, the breakfast to change to other varieties each day like salads, pastries, cakes and different kind of fruits and not pineapple and water-melon each day. But for these prons n cons, it will not stop me from travelling to HATYAI. We will still travel there. When is the water festival in Thailand and which place would be more enjoyable? Thank you. Staff very efficient especially when we have issues with bathroom, fast response. Spacious & clean room. Decent menu for breakfast. Location is strategic. Convenience to get toiletries, sim card etc because attached to a shopping mall. The night market - yummy mango/durian sticky rice, coconut ice cream.
