El unico inconveniente fue que el traslado recomendado por el hotel no informo adecuadamente de los precios y al llegar al aeropuerto, sin avisar, nos cobro un viaje que pensamos estaba incluido. El resto del hotel maravilloso. Platos abundantes en el restaurante.

Pasamos 3 noches hermosas con mi mujer, el desayuno muy completo y rico, las habitaciones muy limpias, con grandes vistas a la selva y rodeado de tranquilidad.

Pool was dirty with slime”

I picked this place for the pool. The pool and tiles were slimy. A poor old man fell when we were there and frankly I'm surprised I didn't. The rooms have the same slippery tiles in the shower area. Again, I'm surprised I didn't fall. The water temperature in all of the pools is COLD. The staff was not kind.

Not a 5 star hotel. ”

The hotel is ok but not a 5 star hotel. It la lacks maintenance. The rooms are ok. Breakfast goed. The pool crowded not not clean. Children everywhere. Also in the adult section. The spa is really worn down. Massage very good though. Also very attentive personnel. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel here.

Charming hotel set in the Rainforest”

All 7 guests were very pleased with this hotel with nice, spacious rooms and great location. A pity we didn't have time to explore the rainforest and/or hotel premises. Food is good too

Great place”

The staff were not great, the food was not great but the setting was awesome and the rooms were beautiful. It is far out from town and also not close to the falls but it is very relaxing and I enjoyed myself.

No communication possible with hotel”

After strike of LAN Argentina Airlines, we were not possible to go to Iguazu. When we got that news at the airport I immediately informed the hotel by email. I've send a couple of emails to the hotel to inform the hotel that our flight was cancelled by a strike of LAN Airlines and we were not able to stay at the hotel. We booked a room with "no refund". We do understand that the hotel has the right to charge us. But no replies to our emails ? Just charge without any considaration of our dissapointement of our cancelled trip by a strike ? I know next time i book a hotel in Iguazu, it won t be the Loi Suites because they don't show understanding to guests.
