El primer dia, solo pudimos escoger de un menú en el desayuno, pero los demás días, fue de buffet, no muy extenso, pero bueno; la piscina cierra temprano y no pudimos disfrutarla mucho. Las habitaciones están bien, un poco humedad pero tiene mucho encanto. Tiene supermercados cerca, y puedes llegar bien a la ciudad! Es una buena elección.

The whole trip started off great with free airport pick-up. Then more and more friendly people greeted us. The room we had smelt amazing, the bed was really comfortable, the hotel area looks unreal - we felt like we were in the jungle. Amazing getaway from big cities like Saigon! There are also smoothie bowls for breakfast ! They are small but you can choose more than one. I can't wait to go back!

The two pools are lovely especially the one up on the hill that overlooks some greenery and trees - tranquil and peaceful:) Breakfast with the menu options is excellent - the Vietnamese noodles (pho) are especially well done:) so are the fruit platter and eggs done in anyway you like. Highly recommended as the price range is very reasonable for a spacious big room with wide selection of cable channels:)

My family had a great time staying here. The facility was well mamaged, good selection of breakfast choices, strategic location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. What stand out the most was the excellent customer service: very accommodating, friendly and professional. Thank you and definitely will come back.

The staff and hotel were lovely , however the resort was very close to a building site and there was building works going on for 16 hours per day so from 6 am to 12 at night. The main pool is directly overlooking the building works. The food and staff at the restaurant was fantastic and it was very convenient to rent motorbikes.

The resort is located in downtown Phu Quoc so it's convenient to take a walk at night. Friendly staff. Eco-friendly resort with a lot of greeneries. Healthy breakfast provided. Love it.

M Resort provides return airport transfers, but please do check with them on the timing as they have schedules to follow. The place is beautiful, but it is not 100% complete as there are still renovation going on at the back (near the second swimming pool), but it didn’t affect us as our room was at the front. The area is not too bad, 5 mins away from town by taxi and the beach is approx 5 mins by walk. Breakfast was super good with variety of choices, and you can eat as much as you can! The staffs are all super nice & friendly and they are super helpful too! We had a great stay here and would recommend to others too if they are coming to Phu Quoc!

The 2 nights that we stayed at M Resort, I think we were the only ones. The place is new and had a unique style to it. We loved it. The room was huge with 2 king size beds surrounded by greenery. The pool was fantastic and my word, the breakfast was surely the main highlight to our stay! This is resort is definitely recommended and the location was perfect. Far enough yet near enough.

Good place with very nice staffs. The swimming pool is very clean with nice view. It will be great to input clear notice of airport transfer schedule on web (latest and soonest time). Next time, I will choose again.

Great accomodation and very friendly staff. The room we had made us feel like we were sleeping in the jungle it was fantastic. The top pool was good but didnt have a bar or any staff ( covid and low season I hope)and unfortunatly the view was spoilt by the half finished buildings. I loved the stonework in the pools so different and refreshing from the boring blue rectangles in most pools. The only issue was that this resort is not suitable for those that have walking problems as the stone walk ways are both uneven (meant to be I know) and also depending on which room you booked the steps up to the room were very steep and also uneven, very tricky with suitcases and small children. Restaurant wise I loved the breakfasts especially the smoothies and it was all you can eat , sometimes however there were no juices laid out so we had to ask. All in all though a great and different place to stay and would definately stay again

Excellent staff but average location”
A very clean and nice hotel with excellent staff (they were super helpful and nice). The room are huge and decoration is fancy. But the hotel is very closed to the main road, so from the restaurant and one of the swimming pool you can easily hear the traffic. From the photos I was expecting something lost in the jungle but it’s not really the case...

Pro - location - ambience - cleanliness - staff friendliness - breakfast (smoothie bowls!) Con - WiFi signal. At the back it's no good. Drops every 5min - staff is very friendly but not always professional. This could be an improvement to really up the level

We have enjoyed about our staying. Brand new hotel, nice rooms in general, beautiful enviroment, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast you can choose from 12 options and what is worth to mention they are unlimited. Places for improvement: Dears, we are yours customers and we are leaving our money at M Resort so please be kind and let us have some relax which we deserved, because it is not so nice when you are trying to have some rest next to the pool and comes builders works with their machines, making noise and trying to prepare their job asap.. Cmon a bit more respect are welcome. As well in the rooms are some brock :) if you staying in the 1floor you can hear how your neighbour is flushing the water in toilet, because sewerage goes through your room :)
