Muy buen hotel”
Hemos estado alojados 5 días la semana pasada y la verdad que muy bien. Lo único malo es la carretera que llega al hotel que está en obras y es un camino de subidas y bajadas de tierra, pero eso no es cosa del hotel. Cogimos una habitación deluxe con desayuno incluido. Nos dejó gratamente sorprendidos. En cuanto al desayuno muy bien, aunque cada día es prácticamente lo mismo es muy bueno. Os recomiendo la comida en el restaurante, es excelente, tanto en presentación como calidad. Al lado hay un par de hoteles en los que también comimos un día, algo más barato y a pie de playa pero calidad-precio me quedo con la del hotel. En cuanto a la playa, bueno, delante es como "un puerto pesquero" muy muy pequeñito y no te puedes bañar, pero justo a 50mts está la playa larga que une con la isla de Koh Mak. La arena no es fina, hay piedra, pero hay rincones en los que sí hay. No esperes agua cristalina y de arena blanca y fina, pero está muy bien.

Relax en la luna de miel”
Estancia muy tranquila ya que habia demasiada poca gente en el hotel y alrededores, incluso demasiado si te salen dias nublados o de lluvia ya que practicamente no hay nada más que hacer por la zona que tomar el sol, bañarse y hacer snorkel. Lo peor del hotel es que no esta situado justo en el trozo de playa bueno, por lo que donde estan colocadas las hamacas no es una playa en condiciones, y por lo tanto hay que caminar un poco para ir a la chula. El desayuno buffet era bastante pobre para un hotel de esa categoría. Lo más triste fue que nos hicieron pagar 2 toallas que manchamos, pero aunque muchos de los empleados no hablaban inglés, fueron atentos y simpáticos. Lo mejor del hotel la gran piscina, las vistas a la islita de enfrente y la playa buena, llena de palmeras con su caminito de arena que comunica con la islita.

La piscina es una pasada. Los trabajadores son muy serviciales. El restaurante tiene una gran variedad y buena calidad. Están haciendo obras en el hotel pero como fue en nuestro caso nos alojaron en una habitación donde no se escuchaba el ruido y de una categoría superior.

se trata de un buen hotel aunque la limpieza es un poco deficiente. Hotel nuevo con una buena habitación. Servicio bueno y restarante tanto para cenas como para desayunos bastante aceptable. Lo cierto es que por el precio no se puede pedir mucho más. Como decía la mayor pega es la limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones en general ya que tratandose de un hotel nuevo debería estar mejor.

Muy buen resort”
Al lado de la playa, piscina increible, tranquilidad, buen desayuno, buen servicio y buen personal. Las habitaciones no las limpian a fondo cada dia, solo te hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas, pero a parte de eso, todo lo demás perfecto.

Solo estuvimos dos dias pero es para quedarse mas tiempo y disfrutar de sus instalaciones y ubicación. Buen restaurante a buenos precios.

Bueno hotel pero totalmente aislado”
Las instalaciones del hotel estan bien pero esta muy alejado y se llega por un camino de tierra. Solo la ida al hotel es gratuita, la vuelta te la cobran lo cual es bastante cutre para un hotel de esta categoria. A la ida vinieron a recogernos al puerto una hora tarde y no nos dieron explicacion alguna

One of the best place I ever had”
We stayed 5 nights here in the Maehaan resort but I think this was one of the best place I ever had. The staffs are extremely kind, always when meet with a guest smile and say ,,Hy,, in they language. When we asked something they was helpful. The accommodation has two swimmingpool. One is a crystal clear near the sea and one is a ,,sea,, imitation, because near the swimmingpool has sand. The sliding doors are close with magnetic cards. The rooms are clean. On the reception can rent motorbike easily. Near the hotel is the Koh Ma island so you can walk through the water to it. Always when you use the restaurant of the hotel you just need to write the room number to the bill and a signature and when you check out you will pay. In the restaurant of the hotel the sunset is visible so during your dinner you can see it. The breakfast is super and each day has different kind of foods on the menu, so you don't have to eat always the same. We are absolutely can recommend this place for everybody.

Better than we expected!”
I’ve stayed around Koh Pha-ngan lots of times, mainly Haad Salad and Haad Thien but I have looked at hotels and bungalows across the East coast also. Maehaad Bay Resort was exceptional. We stayed a total of 9 nights. Staff are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and luxurious for the price we paid. (Great deals online via Agoda) other sites and at the hotel is much more expensive. It’s worth paying extra getting a deluxe room for something special (was our honeymoon) but then we moved to a cheaper standard room which is in a different building. Less fancy but really comfortable, private and clean. Breakfast is a quality buffet with a huge variety. It is a massive hotel. Two pools. It’s not a small little villa and because of that it’s less intimate but it has been perfect for us! Maehaad is s beautiful area. Lots to explore and easy access to greats eats and wonderful waterfalls as hikes. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This place was absolutely brilliant! The destination is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice! The beach is amazing and you can snorkel in the sea with beautiful fish! The rooms are also lovely, we stayed in a Deluxe Double and the room was clean, so spacious and the bathroom was brilliant! My boyfriend got ill while we stayed and the staff were amazing and did everything possible to help! The staff at the resort as a whole were so genuine, polite and helpful! The restaurant food was lovely and also not too pricey either! 100% would recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I was so sad to leave Koh Phangan because of this place!

This hotel was amazing!! When we arrived the hotel we were welcomed with cold Rosilio juice. The room was perfect and well decorated. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, the prices were pretty high, compare to common prices in Thailand. It was hard to communicate with the waitress, since her English was really bad.. The food arrived only half an hour after we ordered while there were only 3 more tables besides us. If you’re looking some place to eat nearby, there’s a great restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel “Wan yan kam”, the food was great, arrived quickly and was half price. The staff was very generous and welcoming, helped with every issue we had. The beach is 3 minutes walking from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied, you should be there early though, before it gets busy. We had a wonderful time there and we recommend this hotel! ;)

In August of 2020 my wife and I stayed at Maehaad Bay resort for our 10 year anniversary. We had been reticent to go to Koh Phangan in the past due to its reputation for full-moon parties and a deluge of young painted up tourists with glow-sticks. The hotel probably has the best location on the island with some of the best snorkeling around within a quick stroll down the beach. Also the sunsets are spectacular with the close-by beach bars/restaurants open. The room was extremely clean and comfortably modern with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. I was particularly impressed by the attitude and acumen of the entire staff as clearly not too many visitors were coming to Phangan during the ongoing Covid situation world-wide (quite a few places on Phangan are shuttered; though not as many as Samui). The (family) owner, Khun Pump, is awesome he went out of his way to get us a special dessert when he found out it was our anniversary. We will definitely come back.

Great as always”
It was our fourth stay in the hotel over the last 7 years. It was great as always. Nothing to complain about. Great service, and what is more important - great personel. On my sons 5th birthday they made a surprise for him by bringing a cake. A whole bunch of staff from yhe hotel came over to our room and sang a song. They also drove us around the island a few times, helped in many other ways. On our next visit to Koh Phangan this will be the hotel we choose, that is out of the question.

Great Place to spend your valued time with”
i spent 3 nights here during this new year. It was so really fantastic. All staffs here are well-trained with good manners. My room was far better than i expected and as i informed them before it was my Anniversary trip, they came up with bunch of flowers on our bed which amazed and pleased us. My wife always said during our trip that our hotel is the best among those on the island!!

This place and the staff are incredibly. Probably the most friendly and beautiful areas we have been in Koh Pha-ngan .We will return , huge thanks to all the staff who made our stay so amazing, you truely are stars. If there were a ten star rating for service and location I would have selected it.

Great getaway place”
Amazing place for a calm stay, no active night life around, but plenty of things to do during the day, as the beach and the pool are great, the Ko Ma island is a treasure to explore. Whatchout - there is no privatr beach with sunbeds! We’ve been staying in garden villa with jacuzzi, it is nee, well designed and spacious! The only thing you have to account - there is no privacy at all in the bathroom (parctically no doors that you could shot) vs other rooms, and some walls of jacuzzi zone have the holes that make you visible outside. In the end we’ve adapted and didn’t care. The stuff is very nice and trying hard! Only during the new years party there were some questionable behaviors as seemed that they all got drunk :)) the whole NY party was quite a funny event, totally immature, but it was free for the guests and had tonns of great food. Great service at the reception - when our boat was cancelled due to upcoming Pabuk they managed fast to get us new reservation.

We got upgraded for free to deluxe rooms with ocean view. The food is good and the staff is super friendly. Really recommend this place. Good restaurants as well nearby. Amazing beach and good snorkeling. Very calm place to be at.

A beautiful island and a great hotel. Staff is super nice and friendly. Very good food. Very nice pool. I would definitely come back to this hotel should I be in Ko Phangan again!
