A little bit disappointed ”
They charged 3% additionally when I paid with my credit card even though it was not informed properly. Moreover they charged fees for motorbike which was mentioned to be provided for free. I spend much to stay in this villa but wondering it was worthy.

The owner is very nice and he helped to call the taxi, introduce the place or restaurants all the time. However, the location is a bit far away from town. But its ok for the group travelling. All the design of the rooms are very good.

Good but there should be some improvements”
I stayed in Mandala Pool Villas for two weeks. I stayed in Villa number 2 (102): Plus: - located close to Ong Lang Beach (very nice one). But you will need a motorbike to get there and to any shop (50 minutes walk to the beach, more then an hour to the shop) - very nice pool plus little jacuzzi - shower available also outside - cleaning service was very good - a lot of space - compared to other offerings on Phu Quoc (and their standard), Madala quality is really good Minus: - there is a warehouse (steel pipes) next to the fence. Not the best view and they start working around 7AM (it will wake you up!). They don't work all the day though, but you will hear them from time to time. I wasn't aware of that when I made a booking and I was really upset with it during the whole stay - very little fridge. Almost no chance to store any food/drinks there. If you would like to cook something bigger, you will not have a chance to keep it for the next day

The first day I check in to my room, a big spider jump out from the pillow case. Other than that, Mosquitos and flies are common here. Very difficult to access too. Very far from town. There's a muddy road before entering the villa. Rent a motorbike, it will be more easier. The manager, Oliver, is a very kind and helpful person.

Endroit idyllique sur phu quoc”
Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d'une semaine au mandala et ça a été le meilleur moment d'un voyage déjà excellent! Nous avons été accueilli par Mika qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de la villa ainsi que les règles de circulation 😉 D ailleurs nous le remercions. Autre très bonne surprise la piscine qui est très propre pas de chlore mais qui est plus grande que ce que nous avions pu voire sur les photos . Toute la villa est super bien équipé et contrairement à ce qu on a pu lire c est plutôt bien placé pour visiter le nord ou le sud vous êtes au milieu bref je recommande à 200% nous sommes ravis de notre semaine passé là bas

이국적인 분위기와 주인이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 수영장과 침실, 욕실이 깨끗해서 참 좋았습니다. 특히 수영장이 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 잘 관리 되어 있었구요. 거실 없이 부억인데 레지던스처럼 요리 해 먹기도 괜찮았습니다. 욕실은 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고요. 깨끗했습니다. 야외에 간이 샤워장도 있고요 단점은 위치인데요. 지도에 검색한 것과 위치가 다를뿐만 아니라 도로에서 떨어져 있구요. 간판도 거의 보이지 않습니다. 가기전에 전화를 해서 픽업요청해야 합니다. 그리고 주변에 개와 고양이가 문이나 담 밑으로 들어오는데요. 개가 밤에 쓰레기통 뒤져서 아침에 제가 청소를 했어요. 그거 막아줘야 할거 같네요. 저는 위치를 알아서 만약에 다시 간다면 또 갈거 같네요.
