Worth for money, excellent service!”
We had such a nice trip. Room is perfect, clean & very luxurious. Worth for money. The facilities is superb, and staffs are excellent. Very good service. I have made extra request since this is my husband's birthday, and they so are nice by giving complimentary cake. Tq hotel! We r very happy! 🥰 Worth it. But in terms of food, it is not meet our expectation. We had dinner at Mosaic, and the buffet is so so. all main dish such as nasi beriyani, pasta, is tasteless. Same with breakfast. Nasi lemak is not taste like nasi lemak. And other food like omelette, murtabak, is so so only. I think hotel should improve that. Chef need to do something on that. Next time I will repeat again to stay at MO, because service is superb and room very luxurious. but I will not spend on food. I will eat and spend food at KLCC.

A metropolan paradise”
Honestly I've been to some nice hotels before, and this one may take the cake. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and respectful, almost always referring to you by your surname. My stay was perfect minus one tiny thing: I asked them to do one small bag of laundry, which consisted of 5 pairs of shorts, one pair of pants, some underwear, and about 5 T-shirts. Considering the room cost US $160 per night for the best view, I figured the single bag of laundry might cost $50. Boy was I wrong, they do the laundry by the item, and charge like a pricy dry cleaner in the states. My bill ended up being US $115 for the laundry, which they promised they would have to me by 10AM. I had to call at 1030AM after not receiving it by 10AM and this held me up. I complained about the bill given the tardiness, and they knocked 30% off. I felt overall this was reasonable, I just wish I knew how costly it was to do laundry beforehand, and that is on me for not asking.

The best anniversary ever!”
We stayed for our anniversary last week. The super comfortable luxurious bed, the amazing ambience, the scenic breathtaking views, the wide variety of delicious & sumptuous food for buffet, the seamless check-in and checkout process, the ever friendly and welcoming staffs with their attention to detail, the luxury bath products and ohh the location (a few steps away from KLCC) are just some of the highlights that I truly love about MO Kuala Lumpur. As a matter of fact, would love to bring our kids next time around as they are also family friendly. I personally have never experienced such luxurious comfort and peace of mind right in the heart of KL! I can safely say, having stayed in hundreds of hotels (5 stars included) around the world, Mandarin Oriental KL is hands down one the best, if not THE best of them all!

A truly 5 star hotel with great service”
My partner and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 10 year anniversary in Mandarin Oriental this weekend. We were elated when we were upgraded, as it made our stay even more special. The room was comfortable, clean and had a fantastic view of the park and part of twintowers. Despite being around for some years, Mandarin Oriental has managed to maintain its standard. Breakfast was good as well. Great variety to choose from and service was excellent despite the MCO period. To add a lovely touch to our stay, the hotel also gave us a delicious anniversary cake in conjunction to our anniversary. Thank you Mandarin Oriental for making our stay so special.

Wow! Everything was exquisite! It was a lucky day for me as I got an early check-in, my room 2331 was already ready. I didn't go out from the room at all as I was kind of exhausted, had a very long nap on the amazingly comfortable king bed! I had a Deluxe City View Room King. I personally adored the bathroom the most. I was lazy to go out and decided to order an in-room dining service - Curry Laksa! It was absolutely scrumptious though it was fairly spicy, loved it. The breakfast was a buffet setting with great selections - Continental, Chinese, Malaysian, Indian and Healthy. I also loved the Mosaic restaurant interior design and layout, simply elegant. The overall customer service was excellent. Had an express check-out and it went smooth.

This is by far the best five stars hotel. Room is spotless clean, friendly hotel staffs, decent pool size with great view, super friendly staffs manning the pool, quiet zone beside the pool comes with poolside bed. Breakfast is just ok but the breakfast area is really classy. The fitness room is huge and everything you needed is provided unlike other five stars just provide you some basic gym equipment. But I don't understand why the fitness room air conditioner have to switched to be so cold till you can see mist all over the glass windows. Is really uncomfortable while you want to sweat when exercising but the coldness prevent the sweat. Due to the pandemic, the room rate is much cheaper now and don't miss this opportunity.

Pleasant and comfortable Stay”
Easy to locate if you’re driving. Away from busy streets. Easy access to the lobby from the carpark, which is free. Pleasant staff. Everyone was helpful. Early check in allowed. Located next to KLCC. No buggy required :). In room dining was delicious. Ordered 3 times during our 2 night stay. Housekeeping was also responsive. WiFi connection was easy to set up and we’re connected instantly upon returning to the hotel. No loss of connection during the stay. Samsung TV allows for connection with mobile devices, e.g. connecting to YouTube and Prime Video. Great and comfortable stay overall.

Perfect stay - great staff”
Our stay was excellent. We got a room on the top floor with a great view of the towers without even asking for an upgrade. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, well appointed and functional. The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely the friendliest I've experienced anywhere. The food at the buffet was delicious. I had sushi, indonesian/malaysian traditional food and indian in the same meal. All of it was great. My daughter's birthday was 2 days prior and they surprised her with a cake and card in the room, which really made her evening.

It is our honeymoon and I am really picky about The services, the cleanness of the room, the location of the hotel. The cleanest of the place is so great and the stuff are so polite and helpful. They even allowed me to leave some luggage’s back in the hotel until I finish my trip around Malaysia and come back to pick it up even though I’m not going to stay in the hotel with free of charge . The room was ready for honeymooners with complementary chocolates none alcoholic drinks, the welcoming was great the location is superb I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended hotel in kl area. Right next to KLCC park, very convenient for family with young children. Hotel staffs are friendly, attentive and helpful. Truly appreciate for MO special cake arrangement for my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary. Hotel room and bathroom is clean, visited to swimming pool area (didn't swim thou, not much crowd in the morning) and the area is clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is good too, plenty selection of food, pastries are delicious. Free parking for room guest 😁

Very satisfied with our weekend short staycation . Kids said the hotel was so fancy . We enjoy the stay , the suria klcc just next door, clean and staffs were so friendly . Bfast also delicious and many varities. But cant self service due to covid-19 . Infinity wimming pools nice but not many thing children can do like other resort .maybe just like city stay theme. But our kids had fun at klcc park . Definitely will come again if promo available. I will give 5star .

MO’s location is absolutely convenient, love how we can just walk over next door to Suria KLCC to grab food & shopping. For travelers without car, they can also make use of the KLCC Lrt. The staffs are great, friendly & helpful. Love the bed & pillows, really comfortable. Breakfast spread were delightful. Enjoyed my staycation at MO and already looking at my calendar to come again. (And of course, as expected for a good hotel, the room was spotless).

Prime location, excellent property”
I went to KL to meet up with my friend for 2D1N stay. Mandarin Oriental is at the best location being next to KLCC and near to Petronas Twin Towers, as well as other hotel properties. Hence shopping and eating are not an issue. I tried the breakfast buffet and the dim sum lunch at the chinese restaurant and I had satisfied meals with my friend. I got the room facing the Petronas Twin Towers, so the view in the morning and in the night when the towers were light up were very nice. The hotel facilities were great and the service was good. For short stays where you do not want to waste time travelling around, and just enjoy and chill with your family or friends where amenities are nearby, madarin oriental is the choice for you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE staying at this hotel!! Great hospitality experience by all the staff there. We were surprise by simple birthday decor and complimentary cake when entering the room as we just mention about celebrating our mom's birthday during check in. ROOM is super clean, bright & loving the view facing klcc. Just a short walking distance to enter klcc which is absolutely convenient. My family enjoy staying here & will definitely come back!

The Best Eid al-Fitr Staycation I've Ever Had!”
Overall is 5-star-perfect! I absolutely loved our staycation here on the 3rd day of Eid al-Fitr. We felt very welcomed during our check-in and everything went smoothly. The receptionists (especially Ms. Fatihin and Mr. Razman) and other staffs are all friendly, kind and helpful. On the next day morning, we were having in-room breakfast, The Mandarin sets for 2 pax. It was an awesome experience to dine and stay in the room with KLCC twin tower view - such a magnificent and beautiful view! Fantastic stay!. We booked 2 rooms with twin tower view. Upon arrival, the staff recommended that we choose a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Wish that we could stay longer. the breakfast spread was good with lots of choices. Excellent location for those who loves shopping at either KLCC or Pavillion (walking distance via skybridge and not too far). Highly recommended.

Whether you're looking to enjoy Kuala Lumpur city, or just enjoy a posh hotel experience, Mandarin Oriental provides all. Excellent service from the staff, from the hotel receptionist, the room service staffs, the restaurant staffs, chefs, etc. The room is clean and quite spacious. Decent breakfast spread. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to splurge on a stay at a posh hotel.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Both check-in and check-out was very smooth and fast. Spacious room with a super comfortable bed and a great view. We loved the complimentary sparkling juices provided in the room. Good location..a few mins walk to Suria KLCC mall. Ive booked it rather last minute to check in on the same day i did the booking. Didnt realise that i booked without breakfast but since its in klcc area, getting food is not a problem. Had a pleasant experience checking in and my kids even received a cookie each and great express check out option. Totally love the way of using room card to go in and out during hotel stay instead of keep validating the parking ticket. Would really love to have the opportunity to stay again in a higher room category with breakfast as the deluxe room is already an great experience. Keep it up.
