Great location”
We travel with two small kids and request for a connecting room. the room is spacious and clean, request for room cleaning service and it has been done before 12pm which is fantastic. 7-11 is opposite our hotel and massage is available everywhere at downstairs. Market is in walking distance and tuk tuk available all the time. Will come back again.

I would highly recomend this hotel Mayflower New Wing to all my family and friends. Their service is comparable to 5 Star hotel. Their staff is helpful and always put on a smiling face. I am thankful and appericiate for letting us check in early and also get us connecting room for our family trip. 😊👍 BTW this is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. This time we booked 5rooms for family trip. Enjoy our stay. Even by night time we went to reception counter request for extra toilet rolls and laundry bag, the receptionist put on a smiling face and said Yes no problem. We'll get it for u. I feel so at home.

Good location,value for money hotel”
The hotel is located around the corner from Lee Garden Hotel.It is situated near shopping area and within walking distance to the happening places in Hatyai town.There is also a small morning market down the road.The rooms are decently furnished and clean.However I was given a room opposite the rest area of the housekeeping staff.I noticed the housekeeping staff did not have a proper rest room and they were hanging around the fire exit .They were quite noisy in the afternoon as my room was directly opposite them.Maybe the management should look into providing their workers proper rest area.The hotel also did not have a proper lounge area.There were only a low backed sofa,5 square ,low cushions which elderly people would have problem sitting on,4 wooden stools and 4 dining chairs.As it was peak season during CNY,there was insufficient seats for everyone.Breakfast was at dining area adjacent to lounge. Simple menu and sufficient,good.I wish they would have more rooms for online booking .

The guard that look after mayflower new wing really friendly and helpful. Alwayd put on a smile. The aircond is cold and the rooms are clean. Cant expect more from this hotel. I would rate 5 star for this hotel.

Very comfortable room, good location and value for money. Lighting not so good. However amenities such as toothbrush set not available. It would be great if provide in the hotel.

Superb Location & Great Staff!”
Great hotel for family travel to Hatyai. Hotel provide parking lot. Strategic location just a walking distance to Lee garden, night markets, 7-11 and a lots of massage shop. Staff are friendly and speaks good english. Facility is good and the room is clean and neat. Would definitely stay again if we come to Hatyai after this.

I arrived early and managed to check in immediately. Many place for shopping and food choices. Nearby to Lee Gardens Plaza. Opposite the hotel is 7- Eleven which my kids luv it very much..

Value for money”
Every other things else are good just that the sound proof is bad. I heard plastic sound or handphone vibrate sound from room beside, water flushing sound from above floor is loud too. Location is good and room is clean. Bathroom is big ( have bath tub and rain shower).

Very near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. In front of Hotel is 7-eleven. Having Car Park. Room is clean and This time we travel hotel arrange to us 2 room which is connecting.

Very spacious family room and clean. Good location, at lee garden and tuktuk is avaiable anytime. Have parking space and have guard at the parking area, so can leave my car without worries.

The location is superbly sited right at the heart if the city and shopping area. The rooms at new wings are well reno and spacious. Down side is staffs serving are a little impatient.

it was my first time in hatyai with some friends, and was recommended to stay at the Mayflower. i'm pretty pleased with the room. clean, spacious, powerful shower. especially liked the window that can be opened to circulate the air. everything is walkable from the hotel; bars, restaurants. didn't do much research of hatyai before coming, so little so comment about. nonetheless, great hotel to stay at.
