El PEOR hotel en el que he estado en mi vida, nada más llegar y ponerme el bañador, bajé a la playa, y tras dar tan solo 4 pasos en la arena de la playa privada mi compañera se clavó una JERINGUILLA USADA en el pie. Acudimos a recepción rápidamente y la única solución que nos dieron fue un bote de agua oxigenada.... tras varias quejas acudió el encargado del hotel que en ningún momento se disculpó y se limitó a llevarnos a un hospital privado para comenzar con el protocolo y el tratamiento de antoretrovirales estimado por el doctor de allí; al menos nos pagó el tratamiento. Nada más volver al hotel hicimos las maletas y nos fuimos, y al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones nos dijeron que NO disponían de ellas.... ha sido la PEOR EXPERIENCIA que podíamos tener de viaje.

Hermoso lugar para relajarse, habitación impecable, inmensa y súper limpia, de lo mejor lejos en Vietnam. Desayuno INCREÍBLE. Personal muy atento, la limpieza general de destacar. Punto negativo el estar lejos del centro y que fuera de los límites del hotel hay suciedad y ni siquiera se puede caminar, la Playa del hotel todo bien, pero no poder ir a caminar no está bueno por tanta dejadez y basura, de todos modos esto es un mal de la isla en general. Y último punto negativo, que el traslado del hotel al centro, el último es a las 14 y la vuelta a la 17, lo cual no deja disfrutar por ejemplo el night market

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are helpful and polite especially the buggy driver. We stayed there for 4 nights. For visitors who do not have any itinerary planned ahead, pls speak to the Guest Manager, Sean. I tried the Iceman Stall that he recommended and true enough it was REALLY good. The resort is located just 5 min away from airport but further away from town. But you will get a nice and quiet environment. I would strongly recommend to get your own transportation; ie rent a scooter or car. Kids aged 6-12 stay for free but there is additional charge for breakfast. Complimentary breakfast for those below 6. Overall, our stay was Great although the weather was very very hot (not warm)! If there is anything to improve that would be the shower pressure and more fans for the Romance Restaurant. We were literally sweating (due to the hot weather) while having breakfast at 8am. :)

We stayed in the Sea View Villa. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Some language issues, but nevertheless they provided all possible assistance making our stay easy and comfortable. Quality of food is good. Some of us are vegetarians, and the chef cooked some really delicious dishes though not offered on the menu card. Memorable stay. Would surely recommend stay in Sea View Villas.

We came as a group of 8 and stayed in The Garden Villa, all king size beds, spacious living room, dining & bathrooms and a large clean family size pool. Minor things to note, we had to ask for cutlery, glasses and plates as there was no kitchenware (pots, pans etc), the water pressure for showers was off/on depending on which bathroom, and there was no main living/dining room air conditioning so staff provided additional fans. The Garden Villas are a 2 minute walk from the main hotel area/facilities, in which buggy service is provided by the hotel. There is construction happening as the hotel is expanding. The main hotel pool was decent, good pool bar and lounge chairs for the beach area as well. The restaurant was reasonably priced with great food and the buffet breakfast had a variety of options. I will recommend the onsite spa service. Overall the hotel staff including the site manager, Sean, were really nice and friendly and made our stay an enjoyable experience.

We stayed in the 4BR Garden Villa with pool. One of the good points to note is how helpful and friendly the staff were! The villa was spacious , beds and pillows were comfortable , and the private pool was awesome! The buggy service to and from the Villa was amazing too. There were AC in all rooms but no AC in the living room and kitchen. However the staff were helpful to bring in a stand fan and also set up the best AC mode to cool down the living room and kitchen; we then had no issues with there not being an AC in those areas. Breakfast buffet had both Vietnamese and Western options. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited over New Year, so a very busy time, and the service was excellent - friendly and helpful staff with good facilities. The private beach is the best on Long Beach, the resort is quiet and peaceful with a great atmosphere. The food/restaurant is very good. We would definitely return.

Mercury is a very convenient place to stay for a family with toddler at only 5 min from the airport. We had a pleasant stay there. The staff was friendly and kind with our baby. We appreciated our stay in a nice villa. The room was nice with an unexpected but very appreciated terrasse. The only negative point was the the dirtiness of the private beach and garden which just need to be raked. During our stay it looked abandoned with plastic, cigarette butt and other trash on the sand which are not safe for a baby. It's a pity because the other garden paths were well maintained.

The place clearly has the best days behind it. Facilities, landscape and overall feel is very old fashioned, but I must admit that the staff was trying their hardest despite a few hiccups. Our villas was nice and spacious, unfortunately 'hot' water was barely lukewarm, which was a problem on cold, rainy days. The beach was incredibly dirty, with literally lots of trash laying around. Overall it would be good, but not for this money - for a slightly higher price there are much better options on Phu Quoc

Staff: 1 staff member (the guy who was always behind the bar inside) was laughing at me literally every time I ordered something. Very rude and childish to me. This happened not once but I think 10 or 11 times. He didn’t look at me but just laughed, haven’t experienced this anytime before. 1 positive thing: The woman at the reception (Trinh) helped me very good with the booking of flight tickets. She deserves the 5 star rating, together with waitress Truc. Facilities: On the website they show off with multiple bars and activites etc. However it was more a spooky resort, all bars (including the pool bar!!) were closed. You should inform your guests when bars and activities are closed because some guest choose a resort on this... Food was good, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was very very very bad. The location is beautiful, the room was great, but there is room for much improvement. The staff was very passive and/or rude in general, open the poolbar OR inform that it’s closed
