Es un hotel para estar en familia y en pareja. La habitación es muy grande, la cama muy comida y el baño muy lindo. Es un hotel perfecto para turistas y para descanso total también con todas las comodidades. Sin embargo, la estación más cerca de monorail está a casi 10-15 min caminando. Volvería sin pensarlo a este hotel

Escogí este hotel por la cercanía con la embajada mexicana y no me arrepentí. Es maravilloso! Tiene piscina y las habitaciones son tan grandes como un piso, la mía tenía hasta cocina! Todo limpísimo y el servicio muy bueno. Volveré!

El hotel es una buena opción para visitar el centro y está limpio aunque el servicio del personal no es demasiado bueno. No tenían la habitación preparada con las tres camas como decia nuestra reserva y tuvimos que volver a reclamarlo horas más tarde porque todavía no lo habían solucionado. Por la noche nuestra habitación tenía un ruido continuo y muy molesto.

Restaurante del hotel no está a la altura. Carne de mala calidad. Mal cocinada. Poca atención al detalle. A pesar de ello, el personal es amable, muy amable. La habitación huele a humo en non smoker area, muebles viejos, tristones. La cama muy confortable. Cola para el desayuno.

How can i forget and not provide any feedback for the wonderful stay.. i am very very grateful for all the effort the staff/ manager put in for my little request.. during my agoda checkout i indicated its my husband birthday hence small complimentary cake will be very much appreciated but when I checked in the moment entered the room... not only surprise cake awaits us but the hotel management really put so much of effort by drawing happy birthday couples picture on the mirror wall and indicated... happy birthday from me to my husband... how thoughtful is this? How will i not recomend this place when they don't do business but they build relationship... my husband was so touched and appreciated that i did this for him but actually it was the hotel management.. this is surely memorable which we brings forever and feel so touched! Room - very big - bed extreamly comfy - travel with my 1 year old 👧🏻 and let me tell you she sleep more better than at home.. looking at how rilex she was is all we wanted... i am sure because of the mattress was so damn good which my little baby girl enjoyed her good sleep! Mini kitchen.. fully equipped just named it and its there! Fridge, spoons the cabinets was so damn clean.. small sofa to watch tv.. lazy sofa chair was superb The view from my room was excellent.. KL with all the lights.. with baby sleeping peacefully and no noise at all.. can you imagine you are in the middle of KL but no noise? Trust me you surely wont regret staying here... its worth of every single 💰 - i had dinner at tapas and the staff all was so friendly that they was just entertaining my little girl Food was to to good.. special arrangement was done just name it! Clean food and very healthy Breakfast not much choice but was great for the amount you paid.. Overall my service experience has been WOW! Go ahead and book yours no second thought trust me.. its so damn worth it! If i can add picture on how they draw the birthday wish on the mirror wall.

Best best n best. I love the room, it got simple kitchen that we can do smple cooking. Great with kids which always hungry. Big fridge, conventional oven, toaster... definitely charm by it. There are alreasy towel at the pool so need to bring your own towel. Hotel are clean and the staff from the bellboy, housekeeping n receptionist (from back to front) are really helpful and friendly. At 1st we got a room which is not yet clean, thus the bellboy help to get another key at the reception, so there you can see how helpful the staff is. Parking is free but each time going out you need to get the ticket endorse.. which we we are ok with it. N wow the tv resolution were very good. This is rare for a hotel to have it. The room view are superb. This hotel location are also great.. in the middle of international embassy. Its like a hidden germ. Plan to come back again with kids after this.

Staff is very friendly and professional in handling all of the guest requests. They able to manage a large amount of guest during check-in in a short amount of time. The pool is large with a depth of 1.35m which is suitable for several adult in the same time. To my surprise, the pool is using a salt filtration system rather than a chlorine. It's very good to play in the pool during early morning as knowing no high concentration of chlorine was used. The room is very clean and spacious. The kichennet is complete with large fridge and microwave. The bed is comfy as good as it's get if you're staying in 5 star hotel. I have no back pain on the next morning after lying down. The room hallway is quite and lined with carpet which will damp any sound from other guest. The shower in the toilet have their dedicated seat and it's easy to bath even if you have problem during standing up. It's located within 15-20min minutes walk from KLCC. It's easy to go there if you're going solo.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The porters were also helpful. We booked a Grand Premiere 3 Bedroom. The suite was awesome. The master bedroom was huge with king bed, bathtub and shower. 2nd room had 2 single beds and toilet with shower. And the 3rd room had 2 single beds with NO toilet. There is a shared toilet in the suite with shower. Overall cleanliness of suite was good. Out suite was in Blk B. Think it was newly refurbished. Toilets look new and clean. Breakfast was good, spent 4 days there and everyday there will be some change in breakfast menu. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The 3-bedroom apartment (with 3 bahrooms) is super spacious and it was beyond our suprise to have such spacious and comfortable room for such promotional price we paid for. 2 bedrooms with 2 attached bathrooms while another bedroom is with shared bathroom. Bed, tv, bathtub, microwave, fridge, aircond all in good condition. Swimming pool size was just alright but still satisfying. Same goes to the breakfast spread, nothing special yet satisfying. All in all, all of is (my family n my siblings) love our short staycation here. Thank you for the great service.

Lots of variety breakfast which suit from baby to adult i just love it. We also had dinner in the cafe because too lazy to drive and city was very busy as having final football. My kids just love the pool. The room is spacious and clean! Great for 2 kids playing around. Just that the bed was really high , dangerous if u have kids sleeping with. But we had no unevehtful event :) . We ve got a baby cot for free also. Thanks alot

Since its weekend we decide to register for swimming pool but unfortunately its already full but the best part is Soonie the receptionist gives us late checkout until 3pm foc.. great hospitality & we love it so much.. all staff including bellboy very helpful & friendly..

A hotel with 5 stars services”
our room has been upgraded to a spacious room👍 . Usually, the swimming pool will be closed at 7 pm, but it was operated until 9 pm due to high demand. We were so lucky because we checked in at almost 7 pm and our swimming session was at 8 pm. P/S: We have to book our swimming session at the reservation counter beforehand, especially during weekends. It was a good effort by the management in controlling the crowd at the swimming pool, especially during this pandemic 👍👍. The breakfast buffet was good, and the taste suits me and my kids' taste buds. Overall we were satisfied with our short stay here.. and hope to come again soon!

i have stayed here for few times since years back, and the service, staffs hospitality cant be denied. Thank you, Mr Elton John & Suhaimi is always at their best in assisting my requests during my stays! Cant say more, but always a perfect stay in Micasa. It just the management could be more strict on the swimming outfit, please strict the guests to wear proper swim wear during in the pool. Other than that, would be PERFECT! WOULD DEFINITELY COME AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Bought this hotel after read some view in FB. Eventhough the hotel quite old but the room really spacious compared to the amount we paid for. The most important, they have salted swimming pool and my kids really love it. The breakfast nice eventhough not many choices but they have something to offer for kids. The only downside, the parking spaces. Limited. But if you need to go anywhere, between use Grab intead. They dont serve In Room dining, need tapao from restaurant downstairs. But can order from FP or GF.

Ridiculously affordable price compared to room size”
If you are not too fussy about needing to have a room with KLCC view, this hotel is highly recommended. The studio room is spacious - bed is huge, has a sofa and kitchen with fridge & induction stove. No bathtub in the unit I stayed. Hotel and room is well maintained, you would not think that it is more than 30 years old. Location wise it is close to city centre but you won't be caught in traffic. All in all, it was a good stay!

The suite is huge with well equipped kitchen. The furniture looks a bit old but everything is clean, no dust whatsoever. The toiletries are so much better than some 5 star hotel. The staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again.

Friendly reception at check in. The Superior Studio is very spacious, with a king sized bed, lounge sofa, chairs and coffee table, a small kitchenette and a full sized bathroom with a large shower stall. The morning buffet at Tapaz restaurant has an impressive spread with good many choices for all. We were very delighted and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We will definitely book again. Highly recommended.
