The facility is old and not enough such as dryer. Wifi is not strong, and the buffet morning is poor. Only 4 or 5 meals. The price is too high for the quality like this.

It is quite far from city center so it is inconvenient.

Decent”

It’s not near anything, so if you’re looking to be secluded it’s nice. The room was nice and big and the bathroom was nice. They charge way too much for a bottle of water. Breakfast was ok. It’s a close taxi ride to the airport.

Good people but room and location is not so good”

the room get fungus and very warm air con, not possible to fix air con to make it down temp to 25 0C. Around hotel the service e.g. local restaurant is not available, 4km far from the beach and 15km from centre town, cost more for taxi

Not good facilities, breakfast is good, the receptionists are quite ok , except the man name Trong”

We stayed for 4 nights and everything seem fine even the TV and lights were not so well for some times in the evening cause the Engineering Team is not work in the night time. Alot of moquiotes so my kid got a lot of red pots. The 2 girls receptionist and the boy worked on F and B were very friendly. They help us for droven the buggy to our Bungalow in the night cause it was rain and we have old grandparent and kid . Except guy name Trung,he was on duty &got little drunk he did not support for help with some provide infos with bad attitude& bad way respone back to the guest. On the day our family check out. We informed to receptionist that we'd like to c/o@6AM& if is nice they can give us passports so we can took the taxi direct go to the airport. But they answered that they can't and made sure that they are always are available at the counter. So we think it's fine& trust them. We got time tofine the guy was slept away fr the FO and took 30 mins to find him. No got appolosize fr him

Too isolated, also hot water runs out ”

The rooms are spacious and pretty, and pool is big. But the downsides were too many to recommend this place to stay. Food was very limited and not tasty. Food and drink orders were routinely wrong, which is okay, but then when I got the bill at the end of our stay, it included things we did not order. Finally, the hot water heaters were too small to heat enough water for the bath, and for two people to shower. I reported this first thing but there was nothing to do to fix it, and when I brought it up hoping for some small refund, the staff acted as if I hadn't told them at first and so they refused. If this were closer to things, I'd stay again if not for the customer service. Otherwise, it's pretty!

Spacious and clean, but isolated and in need of sprucing”

This place is gorgeous, or it once was. It seems like it is very new but needs some sprucing. There is not enough lighting outdoors and so it’s pitch black at night around your room. The bungalow was huge, and had a big bathtub, but the jets didn’t work and it was kind of strange to just shower in. Also, the hot water always ran out before even nearly filling the bath. The staff is kind. Everything is far away. If I had it to do again, I probably would not stay here.

Decent stay but needs improvements”

The resort is current being renovated. We stayed in one of the new bungalows as our room was not available at arrival. Nevertheless the given room was clean and with a nice outdoor bath and shower. The restaurant is very poor. I wouldn't recommend ordering poached eggs for breakfast as you can only taste vinegar. The pool needs more facilities. Every morning the mats on the pool side were all wet! There are motorbikes available to rent and the resort is 2km from the Ho Quoc Pagoda and 20 mins ride to the Tranh Stream waterfalls. Overall decent stay but there are better places on the island to stay at and with better value for money.

Quite poor restaurant.”

We had huge room in the building behind the pool, room was comfy and clean. The best part of this hotel was huge pool, which was almost empty all the time because other guests were lazy to swim so we had it only for our selves. Coconut prison and Sao beach are not far from this hotel, only the miserable part of the stay was food in the hotel restaurant - we tried really tasteless spaghetti once only and we were rather going to the restaurant of huge resort on the opposite side of the highway where was meals much better.

The superior triple room is spacious enough, towels and bedsheets well clean, bathroom is great, dry up quickly, door mate quite convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cable TV doesn't work (we don't need it anyway). Missing phone directory. Door and windows not well insulated, anti-mosquito net or glass frame should be added. Covered hallways should allow connection of various premises to the centralized restaurant and reception. Will come back. Local traveler

Has the best chief and food in Veitnam, but the place was not finished, no umbrellas by the pool so how do you use the pool in the heat of the day? Staff great and tried to help...

The road to Montana Resort was paved with good intentions ”

Cons: "Upgraded" on arrival & switched rooms 3 times in 4-night stay, bad or no wifi, broken air con, broken bath, power outages..we bought beautiful fresh seafood at the market for the "chef" to prepare (we had wanted to do this every day) but he did a bad job & we didn't eat much that night. Incompetence = I had a flat tire on my motorbike rental at 4pm & asked the staff where I could get it repaired, they took my keys & said they'd have it fixed free of charge, & the bike was returned by 5pm with tire inflated. So we prepared to go out for dinner at 7pm, but the tire was flat again. They had added air, but not patched it, so it was flat again. Plus, the repair shop was closed until 7am leaving us hungry, & we didn't want to eat the chef's cooking again. Pros: Good location if you drive a motorbike, as its between An Thoi & DDTown, near cute Dam Beach, clean rooms (I saw a few), beautiful pool, lots of places w/in 5 min drive for cheap local food, attentive staff, 50% refunded

Terrible, we found a snake on the garden”

Me and my family took a vacation here at August 22nd, and when we checked in, we found a snake in the front garden, a really scary snake. It then hide in the grass, and the staff (3-4 guys) took it down after 15 minutes running around and smashing all over the grass. That night we just stayed in rooms, tried to sleep and nobody dare to come out to enjoy the view and the pool.
