Nice clean place, great staffs, great breakfasts, nice restaurant. Especially staffs at hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to my family and friends. Everything was great except 2 things Seaview room is miss leading because about 85 percent of the area by the balcony is field and all the way on the far right side there was some water.. The staff at parking lot was very rude. Very authoritative and forceful.

Facility is good , location little bit far to night market and zoo, hotel offer shuttle bus , very difficult to booking taxi in holiday time. No suggestions buffet for dinner, Meal not really good with price to paid.

I just want to give special mention to the staff from the shuttle bus driver TAM who was so helpful when we arrived until when we left, to the front desk and even the housekeeping. They were exceptionally helpful. Our kids loved the Little Birds Club and your staff did a great job entertaining them during the entire stay. My daughter definitely wants to go back soon.

Swimming pool and other facilities (gym, breakfast, etc) were good enough. But only one restaurant and pool bar was insufficient for dining. And it's located quite far from City center, could not buy any other small things.

We were a family with senior citizens traveling to the tourist-magnet island of Vietnam. I was amazed at the price offered and there was basically nothing I could complain about the resort. If there was anything to add, however, I would want to have 2 comments for the resort management: a. My messages to them on Agoda were not replied. b. The water exit hole in the bathroom was terrible. A minute or two under the shower would make the bathroom floor filled with soapy water. It was a pity that the design of such a wonderful resort failed at this trivia. Both the 2 rooms booked got this problem so I don't think it was dueto housekeeping service quality.

We just spent a wonderful stay of 10 nights at this amazing resort that is perfectly fit for family (basically extended our stay since it was so peaceful and relaxing here). Located in an isolated area (Ong Lang beach), this Resort itself is truly amazing, beautifully designed and well-maintained (since it has operated not long ago). Facilities, such as kid’s club, fitness and pool area, are also great. It has its own private beach. We did encounter some nuisances at the beginning of our stay but was quickly and efficiently resolved by the helpful staff (special thank to Ms Mia from Guest Office department). Would definitely return to this haven and highly recommend. Recommended tip: rent a car or motorbike if possible to connect freely with closest city (hotel do also have its shutter bus)

A nice hotel to stay with beautiful beach and landscape around. Buffet is so so. we like the ice cream shop in a corner of the hotel. Inside the room, it is clean and bed matela is very comfortable. Will return for next holidays. We like the shuttle bus to town and airport as well. Pratical!

There are so many good options in Phu Quoc. I have been to 3. This place is nice, but not the one I would return too. One giant pool for everyone, no quite pool for adults unless you book villa. Also there is nothing close by this resort and food & drink prices are where they gouge you since you are so limited. Also had several times staff messed things up, but it always got corrected and they try hard. It’s just an overly large resort and clearly not easy to manage. The room was wonderful. Sea view was wonderful. Bed was absolutely heavenly. Food choices were good. They offer outdoor movies 3x a week and a chocolate hour from 4-5pm. The gym is nice size and good equipment. You can borrow kayak if you want. No food & drink service at the pool. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. It just wasn’t our first choice for where we would pick again.

It is a bit off of the beaten path, yes. But that does make for cleaner beaches. They offer a shuttle to town, which is where we had dinner every night. Breakfast was very good. But let me tell you about the spa. I have had a million pedicures in my life, but the one that Yen gave me here was hands down the most glorious pedi I have ever had. A buttery leather recliner, a warm, scented buckwheat pillow under my neck and across the eyes......OMG so good.

Nice staffs, helpful and smile! Nice room and good facilities! Far from central! Near by garbage dump, so smell very very bad. It makes us down mood when we just opened the doors. It was terrible when we walk around at night or in the morning. We can’t stand with it.

A few hiccups at the beginning of the trip were more than made up for by the dedicated staff - Harry, Mobeen, Boo, Anne, Dylan and others. Very nice gym and brand new rooms. Pleasant stay!
