Parking lot needs more space as it is hard for guests with vehicles to park.

My Kind of Place in Davao”

The hotel is very homey. It caters to people from all walks of life. Location very accessible to different spots in the city. The single room is ok with hot and cold shower. However, one can fully hear the noise from the corridor with guests talking or children of other guests running along the corridor. It woke me twice at 5 am. Maybe the hotel should improve on the acoustic to prevent the noise from distubing other guests.

Fast internet, big room”

It's a good basic hotel. Rooms are big bed is comfy. Towels and a blanket are provided. Tv is ok and has a few film channels. Internet speed is 35mbps which is very good. Location ok too. Staff friendly.

Nice rate, nice place”

My Hotel is very busy to update the rooms. The rooms are very clean, have all the standard amenities available. Bathroom was up to date and clean. Minor issues: just a ceiling light, no bed lights. Airco is not strong enough so you need to set it on high power for a good result. Parking lot will be available after finishing the upgrades, I think.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms...”

We stayed there for a night, hoping to catch the float parade during the Kadayawan Festival, and luckily, the float parade passed along the side of the hotel, which I think was really very convenient for the guests who just went there to witness the activity. Over all, the stay was great.

Bueno”

Pros- near the restaurants and other tourist spots. The breakfast is ok for us. Cons- the room given have a poor wifi and the aircon was not functioning well so thay transferred us to another room. Overall, the hotel was just fine. Do not expect any further.

Good basic room for the price. A/C worked well. Restaurant downstairs had good food for a great price.

Excelente”

Location was great for Kadaywan parades and such. Lots within walking distance. The rooms are good sized (even the smaller ones). AC worked well, hot water as well. Free drinking water available but it was not the best water. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok outside of the weekend Kadaywan was happening (those days the buffet breakfast was overwhelmed), but brewed coffee and real juice would be better than powdered. Good price!

Good hotel but...”

The city was really busy that time because of Kadayawan. We really had a hard time to park our car due to the parking space is really small. Though, I can say it’s a really good hotel. You’ll get a clean room and staffs are accomodating also. But for location, i think it’s really good for those who have no car brought with them for less stress in parking.

Good but..”

Good overall. Wifi connection is fast at 10Mbs. Location is also nice, accessible to evertyhing. Only problem I had was the key deposit of P200 that was not returned. The staff said I did not pay a deposit.. so what is is the protocol? I just let it go as I was in a hurry to catch my flight.

Location, location, location. Hard to find a comparable quality hotel for this price too, though the price has gone up recently. It couldn't stay that low forever. Still a good value though. I've been staying here for years any time I'm in town.

Great location”

The best thing is the location, right in the centre of the city. It is very lively and interesting in this area and you can get a taxi anywhere very easily. I have stayed here many times over the last 7 years. This visit, I notoced tje wifi connection was much better. Staff were helpful too. There are no real facilities such as a pool etc but for the price it is really good. I'll stay again when I come back.

Great location, decent hotel, at a great price.”

The hotel is very minimalist, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant is decent and inexpensive. Very close to a lot of nightlife and shopping. The staff is very nice and accommodating, although it can sometimes be hard to get them on the phone. Would definitely stay there again. The internet doesn't always work in the rooms, especially on the 5th floor where I was, but does work down in the lobby at all times.

OK hotel with horrible staff”

i honestly could get out of this place fast enough. the staff was extremely disinterested in making sure my stay comfortable. the food in the cafe downstairs was barely edible. the TV was black and white. the free wifi didnt work in the rooms at all. the downtown location is in a brutally dirty and noisy location

Great Location”

The hotel was very near all the town land marks. The parade was held infront of the hotel giving us a better look of it. We didnt have to squeeze with other expectators. The hotel receptionists were polite. The house keeping people were very friendly and accommodating. Over all, i am satisfied with my stay and i would reccommend this hotel.

Great value for money!”

we found some great value for money! the staffs are very accommodating. very near to commercial district. grooms in an unpretentious looking building is stills something of a landmark in the little town. the décor is functional and business-like but not unpleasant. the rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms spotlessly clean and disinfected, the sheets and linen are fresh. all in all, we found it great value for money.

Ok Hotel but no hotwater”

It was not a good stay The rooms are ok but there is no hot water and it is difficult to keep clean under these circumstances They advertised internet in evry room but it did not work Even in the looby the connection was very sporadic and the staff did not seem to care

central location, mediocre amenities”

a/c stopped working but they immediately accommodated us to another and bigger room. room amenities lacking, staff not keen to details...need more training on customer service, otherwise it is a good value for a quick pit stop
