I am a frequent traveller into Hatyai for 10 years. Been staying numerous hotel including the older wing of this hotel. The new wing is good,clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant experience staying there. I tipped housekeeping and parking attendance all the time to show my appreciation for the marvelous job done. They are the true front line of this hotel. The bell hop guys are awesome too. Great stay and superb management. Will stay again for sure.

Worth the money ”
The room is so big and very clean. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Although the downside of the hotel does not have much shop, but just walk around 1-2 minutes will have some stalls and 7-11, Also about 5 minutes walk will arrive Lee garden plaza, consider good location. Only a bit can improve is the floor will have the cigarette smell, quite not comfortable for people who don’t like it, maybe can add some air freshener for better smell. Overall recommend, will visit again.

Strategic Location and Value for money”
Hotel is strategically located. It's clean and bed is super King and very comfy. Easy accessible to eateries and shopping areas. Also hotel is able to arrange transport to our last minute planned itinerary. Recommend to stay👍

Walking distance to Lee Garden area. Not as rowdy as lee Garden area, and had very good massage just opposite the hotel. Service is good, room is spacious and staffs are very friendly.

Stayed in the Superior Double room for 2 nights. Room and toilet were very clean and spacious. The bed was huge and had soft comfortable pillows. The hotel is well located near nice eating places like Salma Halal restaurant and De Van Cuisine (few minutes walk). It’s a short tuk-tuk drive to malls and Greenway night market. It’s about 30-40min drive to the airport which helps as our flight was close to check-out time. Overall satisfied and great value for money!

Comfortable place to stay, the room is clean and big, the staffs is very friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is a walking distance to Lee garden there. Near the famous noodle stall. There is a gym room and swimming pool, kids enjoy the swimming while we enjoy the shopping.

This 4-star hotel is located in the downtown of Hat Yai City, with a walking distance of approximately 2-kilometer from the Hat Yai Train Station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel building.

The hotel location is convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to nearby shopping malls and market. I would like to propose the hotel to prepare thinner pillow for those guests who might not get used to sleep the fluffy high pillow. Staff are friendly and room is clean and tidy. I will visit again.
