Hotel correcto, las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Máximo pagar 12€. El personal muy amable ya que habiéndoles dicho que nos quedaríamos una noche más,en el último momento decidimos irnos a Hoi An y habiendo pasado 20minutos de la hora oficial del check out no nos pusieron ningún problema. Es más,nos cambiaron también la reserva del bus. Desayuno bueno y sencillo, múltiples fórmulas a elegir entre te, café, tostadas, huevos.. Las habitaciones están bien; espaciosas y limpias (ver al modo vietnamita).Hue bonita pero sin duda con una noche es suficiente! Muchísimo mejor Hoi An. Restaurante justo en la calle paralela absolutamente delicioso y baratísimo!! Con cocina a la vista y gran vitrina con luces. Fácil de ver! Recomendado en la guía Routard. Nems increibles! Curry sabrosísimo. Servicio excelente!! Precios muy pero que muy buenos

Incredible value for money, friendly staff, good location”

After traveling around Asia for the past 3 months, I've never stayed anywhere that provides such tremendous value for money. This is the lowest I've ever paid for a private room and bathroom, and it also included free breakfast. The location is one of the best in Hue, and has many restaurant options in the same alley. Another point worth mentioning is the exceptional hospitality of the property manager. After arriving very tired from a 14 hour overnight bus, he was understanding enough of our situation to allow an early check in despite us arriving many hours earlier than the normal time. He also booked us a bus to Hoi An, and waited with us to make sure we got on safely. Recommended to anyone staying in Hue on a budget.

I love this hotel! For it's price & location, it is totally good. The only downside is that the hotel is very dusty. But this is understandable because they are renovating. Breakfast (although not much choices) is freshly cooked upon request. Will definitely stay again :)

Great location with big room”

The hotel room is clean and big. Walking distance to various Place of Interest. There is also a night market at the nearby river and a shopping mall across the river. I stayed here for 3 nights. On the second day I have forgot to lock 2 bottles of my liquor in my luggage. The liquor seem to be diluted.

Top pick for service, price and location!”

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was fantastic. The room was only a night and was really big and clean. At first glance the rooms may seem a little old, but they are cleaned daily and the A/C, fan, fridge, TV and hot water all worked fine. The beds were very comfortable with good sheets (which were also changed daily)and the bathroom had a bath tub and shower - both kept clean. The hotel is located down a quiet little alleyway with plenty of restaurants and bars with in metres of the front door. There are plenty of places around the hotel to hire bikes and book tours. The main street is less than a 5 minute walk away, and I was actually glad we weren't staying right on it as it was noisy and the restaurants and bars were overpriced compared with the options nearer to Thai Binh 1. The Citadel, bus station and river are also only a 5 minute ride away. The staff were extremely helpful, sorting out the wifi for us when it wasn't working and always ready to greet us with a smile in the morning. They were also not pushy about tours, but were useful if you needed any information. Hue is a very cheap city which was made even better by the value at this hotel - we would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in same alley as Cafe on Thu Wheels”

I stayed on for longer than intended. The room was spacious with a great balcony. Opposite is Cafe on Thu Wheels - not to be missed. Hotel room was spotlessly clean and the bath was fabulous with plenty of hot water! Staff were very helpful. It's also close by SinhTourist office

Really nice Staff, old Hotel but good for the prize”

We were there only for one night to visit Hue. The staff was really nice and helful. Staff can take care for tours or the transfer via bus or trains to Hanoi or in the south. Rooms are a bit old and noisy but clean. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is in the center of the city, in the backpacker district and still in walking distance to the citadell.

Best value money”

Excelent room, spacious and lots of light. Wifi works perfectly. Breakfast included with many options. Great location. The place was super clean except for the smell of smoke in the elevator hall. Recomment staying here 100% The only con was not re the hotel but the bus ticket we bought there to Ninh Binh. The bus was good and the ride smooth but the staff were extremeley aggressive when I asked if I could stay in the front (it was half empty), shouting that I should get off and ordering people outside to get our bags out of the trunk. I only asked a question... It was quite shocking. The company name is Trekking Travel. I dont think the hotel has anything to do with it, but as we bought the ticket there I thought I should share it here.

Really good breakfast!!”

The room was very large we booked a double but ended up with a double and single perfect for our bags! The room was clean and bedding was clean. The bathroom could really do with modernising. The shower is in the bath tub and you have to hold the shower head to wash. No shower curtain or bath mat. The room didnt smell damp however every day the bedding felt damp, we asked them to change the bedding however when we got back it was still damp, unsure why but it didnt really matter. We hired a bike from the reception which was not in great condition and the steering wasnt in alignment so if you would like to use a bike maybe hire one else where. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had washing done here which was good. The breakfast was the best part of the stay the pancakes are delicious and you get so much choice.

Good hotel”

We didn't enjoy Hue at all and wouldn't recommend going there however if you do decide to go this hotel is in a good location close to the river. There are good places to eat around and the reception booked us a tour. Room was huge and had a nice balcony, even a bath which we didn't use. Breakfast was included, nothing special but filled us up. They allowed us to check in early which was kind.

The owners and the staff were extremely nice. Our room was large and kept very cleaned. The location was in 10 minutes walking distance to Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba Market, Co Op Mart and Big C. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and clothing shops in the area..

Inexpensive, clean, poor wifi/AC”

We stayed here for three nights at a very inexpensive rate. The hotel was about a 15-20 min walk from the train station in Hue. It was a clean hotel and the main staff man was very friendly and kind. The room was clean and spacious. However, the wifi connection in our room on the 2nd floor was very poor, such that it was almost unusable. Also, the AC in our unit didn't really cool the room down and we relied heavily on the fan. The hot water also wasn't working in our shower. We were able to rent bicycles for the day for a trip around town; there was a miscommunication about the price with the staff lady but one of the staff men stepped in and gave us the price we had agreed upon earlier. The breakfast included in the hotel stay was definitely the highlight, lots of options and tasty. The hotel was located within a short walk (5-10 min or less) of great local restaurants, and about 15 min from the main backpacker area but there were poorer restaurants over there anyways. The hotel was about 20 min walk across the bridge to the Imperial Citadel and to the main mall/market area. Overall an inexpensive hotel with poor facilities but good breakfast and decent location.

Nice hotel but facilities is quite old”

I had mistake in booking but they still accept for us to check in one day earlier. So happy with staff's behavior. They also have bike rental service with reasonable price. But the facilities is not good, there was 1 mirror opposite with my bed, so scared about that. Besides, they should consider more about water system. I had to wait 1 hour at midnight because it is out of water. Generally, this is good choice for low-end hotel. :)
