Just around the corner from the Monorail at KL Sentral. A 10 minute walk through the NU Shopping Mall from the KLIA Express terminal @ KL Sentral to the monorail and go down the lift. Go past ABC restaurants and there it is. The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet, very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The Indian restaurant next door is open from 6 am to 3 am so travellers arriving late or leaving early can get good food at most times. There are many restaurants nearby and a 7/11. So easy for layovers when catching planes and trains. Easy access to Kuala Lumpur by monorail and trains. We stay here at least 3-4 times per year and have always received perfect service.

Pro: -Very strategic location (infront of KL sentral) -price was good for those on budget but dont wanna stay in a place that felt "cheap" or undermaintained. -fast wifi -fox movie available channel -very clean and neat interior + bathroom. Honestly this is my 2nd stay since Jan 2018, and it still has clean bathroom and room. I think the interior design makes it look clean, minimalist and maintainable for a very long time. Will always stays here in the future travel/stopover for the night. -Can park and pay to DBKL (RM1/hour) Monday to Saturday 7.30am-6pm

The hotel smelt lovely, room size big, super clean, plenty shelf cubboard space, modern bathroom, lovely floors, super bed, fantastic location close to all trains including to airport, next door to Indian restuarant with great food open until 3am, all plumbing, doors and appliances - fridge, TV, lights, hot water, plumbing. worked so well. Bed extremely comfortable and large. Will always stay here when in KL

According to our taxi driver, this hotel is new and we were glad that we booked. The hotel is opposite Nu Sentral on tge Nu Mall side. You just take escalators and walk across the street and take escalator down, turn left by the restaurant and just walk down the alley. Turn right at the second restaurant and the hotel is right there. The girls at the counter are sooooooo friendly. We arrived before the check-in time and were allowed to store our suitcases and used the toilet. MAKE SURE you ask for window room if you plan to stay more than 1 night. Our room is on the third floor and it was spacious. We felt comfy. They provided 2 bottles with instant coffee and tea per day. This is one of the best budget hotels.

First thing when I think back about the hotel is, they served the guest with so much of joy, patient and most importantly sincerity. Nu Hotel is certainly located at a strategic place, easy access to local food, entertainment and transportation. Is the hotel safe? Absolutely yes! Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for education purpose. Booked deluxe queen room and it was spacious. The room is very clean and tidy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel. Walking distance from hotel to Nu Sentral. The staffs are friendly as well. Highly recommended and definitely will come here again.

This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I am in KL. This hotel is right next to NU Sentral mall, KL Sentral station, and KTM. The rooms are clean and everything is functioning as expected. We were a group of 4 and we stayed in their Family Room for our last night in KL. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I like this hotel. The lady receptionist was very polite. The room was cozy and clean. There are safe box and fridge in the room. Outside hotel, there a lots of eateries. And it just take less than 5 minutes walking to KL Sentral. It's a great stay and will prefer this hotel next time round.

I am satisfied with the services, even i arrive in middle of night, the reception was very nice to serve us. I got huge room for deluxe, very clean both on bedroom and bathroom. Location are very near to monorail station, restaurant and convenience store. I will come back here again.

Location was really near KL Sentral, upon exiting KL Express Train Station, we cut through Nu Sentral and reached in less than 5 min The place was pretty clean and the staff were friendly, especially the cleaner! Note that besides the 10 RM tourist tax, a deposit was required as well, but no worries since it was returned upon checkout

Clean budget hotel”
Understanding this is a budget hotel in the city, it is much better than a budget hotel. Separate shower to keep the toilet dry. Spacious room or two person. Good location, entrance to NuSentral mall is just around the corner. Perhaps, need more housekeepers, or disallow late checkouts, in order to get rooms ready thoroughly by the check-in time. I checked-in at 4pm but room wasn’t ready.

I called to the hotel regarding I will late check in to the hotel. The receptionist very helpful and friendly. The room is clean, and spacious. There are convenient shops, mamak kopitiam and Chinese restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very strategic location.

Nice stay for a night. Walking distance to the hotel. If you are in KL Sentral, follow the monorail sign (need to cross NU Shopping Sentral). When you see the monorail station / counter, just go downstairs and you will see 1st ABC stall. The hotel is on the right, behind the 2nd ABC stall. The reception staff is very friendly.

Great for plane / train transfer”
So easy to access from KL Sentral. Follow signs to the monorail, take lift to ground. Go past two ABC (blue then red)restaurants, turn the corner and there it is. The rooms are neatly furnished, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower runs hot and strong. The temperature is easily adjustable. The curtains provide complete darkness so that you can have a good sleep before or after a long journey. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay here several times per year when transiting through KL.
