Hotel nuevo, el personal de recepción debería mejorar, algunos jóvenes sin experiencia. Checkout a las 10hr. Dejan utilizar instalaciones. La terraza excelente con muy buen servicio. Desayuno pobre debería mejorar.

El Hotel O2 es una belleza todo nuevo y con unas vistas increíbles en todos sus pisos, pudimos alojarnos en la Suite con vista al río y la triple frontera la cual es un lujo realmente. El unico tema a mejorar es el agua caliente de la ducha ya que tuco se regulaba fácilmente

BEAUTIFUL MODERN ECO HOTEL”
The Hotel is very beautiful, just 5 minutes away from Iguazu’s main streets. Rooms are spacious and very clean. High standard services, there are a robe and slippers in the rooms for each guest. Big gym and beautiful Spa. Sauna and a a jacuzzi with a beautiful view are included in your rate. The outside pool is at the top floor and offers a bar service. The restaurant is really good, definitely better than any other in the city. The employees are available. Our flight was leaving many hours after our check hour (vero early: 10 am!): we were offered a free luggage storage and the use of the spa & pool until the time of our departure.

A boutique hotel experience”
The staff was friendly and helpful. The design of this hotel is amazing. It's brand new. I loved everything. Points to improve: I would have preferred more food variety in the restaurant and room service options. A kettle to boil water would have been nice as well. Not everyone drinks coffee, I drink tea and many hotels seem to offer only coffee in the room.

New Hotel in the downtown area”
Clean and nice hotel. Great rooftop (9th floor) pool with unobstructed view of city, river and Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. Great breakfast selection with the usual Argentinian fare. What makes this place exceptional is we have a late afternoon flight and hotel allowed us to check out a little later. Finally, our cab driver told us that hotel is just around the corner from a food street that catered to the Brazilian crowd.

Short stay for Iguazu Falls visit”
Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Iguazu Falls. Hotel has good breakfast. Short walk into town for shops, and to catch the bus to the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls. Hotel has gym, spa, showers and lockers that can be used after checkout, which was handy as we had a rainy day and late flight out on our third day.

Very friendly helpful staff, our room was well appointed and quiet, the only negative was a bit of an odour when entering the room, this seems to come from the sewage system as the same smell was evident in many places around town

Modern looking hotel. Paper thin walls, location is ok but the street it is on is rather oddly deserted looking especially at night. The hotel was under construction at the time so no access to the pool and top floor. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Great hotel ! The room was big and clean. The stuff was very nice and knows English . The breakfast was a little bit poor.. but every other thing was great, we will come back :)

Hotel com excelente infra-estrutura, ótima localização, pessoal muito atencioso principalmente o atendente da piscina, e com uma vista privilegiada principalmente no por do sol. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza.

Les - : Menu de noël uniquement en espagnol Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre Fourmis Coffre fort qui ne marchait pas Pas de peignoir Fuite sous l’évier : impossible de leur expliquer Manque une serviette pour les mains dans la salle de bain Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais Le spa ouvre qu’ à 15h et jacuzzi sur réservation uniquement ; le sauna est éteint à chaque utilisation ce qui ne vous permet pas d’y aller quand vous le souhaitez car 20min pour se remettre en chauffe La Piscine n’est pas assez remplie Aucune attention pour le jour de noël ... dommage ! Pas de navette qui part de l’hôtel vers les chutes (même payante) Les +: Petit dej copieux et varié Décoration moderne Vue magnifique (Rooftop et chambre) Spa et salle de sport Chambre climatisée Mini bar dans la chambre bien garni

Très bel Hôtel neuf très propre et bien décoré avec goût ... mais mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins comme si ils étaient dans votre chambre . Petit dej pouvant être complété par un plus grand choix de confiture ( celles présentes étaient sans saveur) et du Nutella
