Beautiful hotel in the heart of KL”
What a beautiful building. We arrived tired from langkawi and this was just the kind of comfort we wanted to end our stay with. The location of the hotel is perfect. They provide shuttle service and you can also take one of the many buses nearby, or use grab. They bumped our room up when they heard it's our honeymoon, and we had a lovely suite facing the KL tower! It was absolutely beautiful. The room comes with almost all amenities you could need, if you want your fridge stocked you would need to ask them though. There is a 7/11 in the next Plaza that's literally a 1 minute walk. The pool is on the 27th floor and it's one of the areas we spent the most time in. It's been very tastefully decorated, with trees all around the pool. You get a full view of the KL tower while floating in the pool, and a good view of the KL skyline. The staff was very curteous and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here, and would definitely be staying here again when in KL. Would recommend it to everyone.

I would like to send a special THANK YOU to the front office staff (Khaila) if I'm not mistaken the spelling of her name, she was very welcoming and was professorially responding to all of our inquiries! Also would like to extend my regards and thanks to the beautiful security staff, they let us feel the hospitality whenever we are entering our exiting the hotel and they were very kind. The only thing that we didn't like is the payment conditions, we had enough cash money to extend three more nights but the male receptionist the night was a little bit RUDE explaining the payment policies so we had to go to 7 eleven in order to process the payment through them. As i work in the same field, (getting the full cash payment directly from the guest is much better than paying through OTAs because they will cut the commission) and he was not trying to take a little bit effort to explain that in a professional manner, instead he was putting an angry bird face and just replying by NO, NO.

We booked a bedroom premier suite for a night stay as we r attending a wedding dinner nearby..location is superb with free parking..staffs were friendly especially the receptionist Mr Danish and most importantly the room is huge and clean!!very baby friendly too..I love the storage areas so ingenious placed..the pool is a bit small but that's ok cos the view of the kl tower took my breath away..the gym & pool is opened till 10pm which gave us ample time for a swim..everywhere is walking distance at our own convenience..glad I have found this gem of a place..definitely gonna stay here again in the future!!keep up the good job..well recommended to all esp family w children..

Fanciest hotel in a budget”
Staying in this hotel is like having a home away from home. It has dining area with kitchen complete with kitchenwares, big fridge and washing machine that comes with free detergent. We also had a nice view of the eco forest park and the menara KL tower. The room was spacious, comfy and most of all clean. The location is perfect. It is with in walking distance to most attractions of KL like the Petronas Towers, KL tower, and Alor Night market. They gave excellent services and great hospitality for much less price. Definitely, coming back and considering to look for their other hotels in places on my next destination.

The best value hotel in KL, good location, right in the heart of city, very near to bukit bintang which has many shopping malls. The room is clean, elegant, cozy, and very spacious. Environment is quiet, very good to have a good rest, and bed is super comfy. Staffs are polite and friendly, make me feel very comfortable and happy. I am excited to see the hotel breakfast does provide soymilk, because I don’t drink milk. If you are lucky, you can get a room with KL tower view. Super value of money. Will definitely my first choice whenever I come to KL

The rooms in our suite are spacious with cozy bedroom, toilet and shower room, and even the area for laundry/ironing. Staff also friendly and helpful. But too bad we didn't manage to check their other facility like gym or swimming pool. Area for improvement is the parking system as we were getting difficulties in entering the premise (1st time no more token available, 2nd time machine jam and security help to open the gate manually). Other suggestion might be regarding the room cleaning service. They only came around 6PM which were considered too late for us. Maybe better if you provide indicator on the door like "Need cleaning" or "Do not disturb" so it will be more flexible for the guest. Overall, we really enjoy our stay there. Thanks.

We arrived pas midnight and the check-in process was very fast. As we entered the unit, it was so comfy and cleaned. We enjoyed our stayed there althought for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this property to my family and friends if they plan to go to Kuala Lumpur. One point to take note. Please install silicone water barrier at the bathroom doors because as we used bidet spray or taking the shower, somehow the water will flow out and instead of flowing to the drainage hole, it flows outside the bathroom.

I didnt expect the place to be exactly like the picture the moment I stepped in. I was so happy that the place looks EXACTLY like how they advertise. Worth it. Very clean. Very comfortable for WFH. Spacious. The staffs were great! I requested sugar packets around 10pm/11pm, they sent it to me 5 hours later, which I have told them not to because I've been informed of littl manpower. They were just great HOWEVER! The parking space is just too narrow. I survived tho makes me feel like I can rule the world now haha.

I stayed in Deluxe Room with my wife and a 5yo daughter. Its overlooking the KL Tower. The picture of the room shown in Agoda is 100% accurate. Very clean room, washer + detergent is a Bonus for a longer stay. Very spacious hall & room. Kids friendly, high security. Pool is VERY clean. The front-line guy, Ashreeq was very attentive and patience in handling the guests. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay, makes our stay-cation over the public holiday a total distress. I would definitely come back and suggest this accommodation to friends and family.

We don't usually like to stay at KL because we didnt like the traffic jem. But this time we decided to bring our daughter to Aquaria KLCC. It was last minute.. we didnt expect that the room will be extra spacious, luxurious and clean!! I always being fussy about hotel room space due to my daughter love to run around and exploring spaces. We really love this place and definately will come back for it. We didnt hve time to explore the pool yet due to time. Aquaria KLCC was just 5-10 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walking from this place.. 😊

Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to get around KL from here. Area was quite and peaceful and its. Nice to walk around late night or early morning. Location is convenient as it’s only few meters distance away from Starbucks, breakfast places. There is a 7/11 store located in the next building which we find helpful. Very Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Bathrooms also very much clean and large in size. Staff tends to all request without hesitation and they really nice and friendly. Would recommend !

Good choice for family, value for money, very big room and clean.. perfect choice to celebrate a birthday party. We booked 1 unit of 2 Bedroom Premier and 2 units of 1 Bedroom Premier to accommodate 11 of us.. comfortable bed, its nice smell from the lobby, its clean and a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Easy access to pool and our kids love it so much. Highly Recommended!

We have checked in this hotel at 12 am after running away from a horrible hotel next door. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a lovely room opposite KL tower though the hotel was almost fully booked. Rooms are so clean and their kitchen has cookwares, microwave, washing machine and everything u need. The rooms are new unlike most of the hotels in KL . Location is central and close to the main attractions of KL. Definitely recommending and will sure come back again

The suite are clean, comfortable and big enough for small family. Separated kitchen/dining area & bedroom. High ceiling. Full view window. Good lighting and shower. Nice staff & housekeeping. Good location. To be improved: Tv at room 2103 quiet blurry. Drying machine have problem. Would help muslim traveler a lot by providing qiblat direction and prayer mat. Parking system need to be improved.

5/2/2021 QUIET BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION”
The unit was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. We were given unit 1710 and could only see the bottom part of Menara KL. We ordered food groceries via FP and bec it s right in the city most deliveries were RM 1.99. Staff were really nice and when we asked for something, they sent up right away. We just loved the time spent together. No complaints. Quiet but we liked it. The only snag, the parking machine is on a slope at level 2 and the day we checked in the ticketing machine jammed and I had problems with my handbrake. My car started to move backwards but a staff came to my rescue. Hope to go there again. All the best to the hotel and staff.

We've been here few times for our family gathering. We booked few rooms. And the standard they maintain is still good. All is great, we love the room complete with kitchen, washer dryer which we found it useful if you came with big families. Because you can cook and heat it up. You can have the kl tower view if you lucky to get the corner room. It's amazing view. We love it so much. The staff were helpful. All was great. If only 1 con, the parking is a bit tricky, if you drive a minivan because of the corner and bit tight space. Other than that, we're happy with our stay😊😉

My first time here. Front office staff that checked us in is polite and attentive. But she made a mistake while giving us our paid upgraded room. Was told its facing KLCC but it faced the water treatment plant instead. It was a disappointment. Didnt make a big fuss about it because she insisted that she mentioned KL Tower..not KLCC.. Boring view from room 1906. The room was well maintained. Upon entering the room, we feel that the floor is not properly cleaned. It's so sticky not properly mopped. Bed was comfortable. Love it. Toilet ventilation in room 1906 is not good at all. The whole apartment can smell when we doing our business in the toilet. Mentioned it to the housekeeping staff, told that he will refer to the maintainance but nothing was done. Dear management, please look into these flaws mentioned. It seriously can affect our stay. Lastly, the location of Oasia is good.. really good. Walking distance to eateries and KLCC. Personally, I will come back again here and will ask for a room facing KLCC. My sincere thanks to front office staff Komathy. Althoug she made a mistake but she is polite and willing to help.

The last time I was here (Feb), the whole team/place was so great made me book another stay (in the same month!). The hospitality was great. The room was spacious, CLEAN and I just love how the room was filled with sunlight during the day. I swear they have a top-tier treatment for their guests and that's among the reason why I choose to stay here again. I love how every place is just a walking-distance. Most of the time I just stayed in the room because it was too cozy and relaxing. To Oasia team, you guys are amazing. Will come again, soon!
