Una estancia maravillosa”

Salí encantada de este lugar. Mucha limpieza, camas super cómodas, lugar muy agradable. Descansé maravillosamente. Estas a 15 minutos andando del puente y al lado del mercado nocturno. Lo regenta un chico amable. Es una pena que no sea fácil encontrarlo en internet pq de verdad que merece mucho la pena alojarse aquí. Deberían revisar pq no aparece en las páginas de reserva de alojamiento. La única pega es q hay dos gatos en una jaula que me daba mucha pena verlos vivir ahí encerrados. Muy buen lugar. Muy recomendable.

Good location, very close from the mon bridge, 15min walking, many restaurants around. The owner is very friendly, he offered me a cup of coffee in the morning, and I think because there was a big group in the dormitory, a group of people travelling together, he upgraded me, and gave me a private room! While I had booked a bed in a dormitory.

Great potential for this hostel in a awesome part of Thailand. I loved Sangkhlaburi and surrounding area. The staff spoke little to no English and weren't helpful with directions or info. The hostel was very nice but I was the only guest for 3 days...

No have basic facilities e.g. mirror / water and the room like smaller and not suitable with room piece that high expensive. The staff not has relationship.

The worst room ever.”

The worst room ever. I booked this private room for 2 and paid like a normal one 27€ more or less 1000bt depending on the exchange, but its not worth 400bt. On the page of the room from agoda there was no written that the bathroom/wc is in common, so this was the first surprise, paying that much with no private bathroom... ok than i will find a super room right? Wrong. The room was incredibly bad for the price i paid, holes everywhere, in the windows, in the floor, in the walls.... the bed sheets and pillows full of stains. No sign of any service at all. I had to fight with dozen of mosquitos to do shower or go to wc. The only positive side was the air conditioner, but the first time we enter the room it was like an oven. A cat jumped in with us in the afternoon to visit and play for a while, not easy no let him out. During the night...... cats meowing around and demanding to get inside the room, dogs bark in the street, very early morning they take up the shutters and that is very loud (closing evening the same), its like "sleeping" in an animal shop. At the check out, not even a thanks or half a smile. Im very mad about the money i've lost here, they dont deserve it. Proofs in the pics(in google). My worst experience in Thai and not only.

Lovely but expensive!”

Had a great nights sleep and comfortable stay for one night here, but felt very out of place as a westerner and my limited Thai language was a problem staying here. This was my first time staying in a hostel for Thai people., and made me realise how much I have to learn to be proficient speaking Thai! The hostel is in a good central location for seeing the beautiful town of Sangkhla buri, and has comfortable beds, lots of communal space and hot showers. The cost of THB500 for one night was a bit of a blow however, and more than I would have liked to be spending, even in high season!

Everything is perfect but flat”

The accomodation is quite perfect but a few things. Shared bathroom no m/f separation. They close hostel doors at 10pm until 6am and there is no way to enter or exit without waking up the guy sleeping in the hall. I felt a bit like being in jail.

New Hostel in good location”

A new hostel which is very clean and well equipped with darts board, pool table, washing machines, etc. The town of Sangkhlaburi is still quite untouristy but well worth going to visit; the scenery is stunning. As Westerners you're still a bit of a novelty and most of the staff in the hostel don't really speak English. The hostel is expensive in comparison to similar hostels in the town but when we travelled in early January we had very limited choice due to hostels not having availability; this wasn't because the hostels were full but rather because they had closed for the New Year holiday.

Designed Boutigue hostel ”

Big single bed with firm mattress n clean. Walking distance to Mon bridge, food market also good food stalls at night nearby. Ground floor is trading as coffee shop. It's an opened area with sofas, chairs, hammocks n lots of cute stuffs. Owner is a young Thai woman with energetic n passionate to charity works. Learned that price is cheaper if walk-in. Though price is bit high for hostel but is a nice encounter.

Price is not reasonable because self service, shared wash room, not include breakfast but have quality fresh coffee and toast(make it self)
