Best hotel I stayed during this pandemic”
I don’t even know where to start. It was perfect! From check-in to check-out. Everything was perfect and worth the money I paid. Like other people, I also decided to have a quick staycation in town due to the pandemic. Went for the 5 stars hotel in KL, but I think now it’s too overrated. Didn’t really like it – so I chose One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. My first time checking-in. Let me tell you, it was a pleasant experience. Requested for an early check in (at 2pm) as I had a meeting at 3pm – granted. Check-in process was smooth. Friendly staff. Not crowded like other hotels – which I like, especially during these “social distancing” times. Booked for 3D2N with breakfast. As it’s Ramadhan (fasting month for Muslims), I was served a sahur instead – at 4:30am – 6:00am. It was good! Went for the Ramadhan buffet as well, got a 30% discount as in-house guest. Food was amazing. Worth every penny! I got lucky I guess as the room that I booked was upgraded from superior to deluxe without any extra charge – though I’m not really sure what’s the difference. The room was fantastic. Clean. Big. Nice TV channels. I love it! Definitely will stay here again! I don’t even know where to start. It was perfect! From check-in to check-out. Dear fellow travellers. Greetings from Singapore. I had at this hotel from Wednesday 29th June 2022 to Friday 1st July 2022. Checked out for my travel to Fraser Hill @ Pahang. Checked into this One World Hotel again on Saturday 2nd July 2022, stayed till Tuesday 5th July 2022. My stay had been wonderful, pleasant and satisfying to the best top hotel can offer to a business traveller. The room, facilities amenities and importantly the staff, from Door Entrance Services Mr Sukor, Mr Izman to Front Office & Reception, Mr Henry, Miss Diana to their Room Services & Housekeeping, Mr Mohammed were with warmth, smile and heartfelt sincerity. Not to mentioned, it's leadership, direction and stewardship of Mr Alvin Koh, the General Manager. They, all with the hotel infrastructure gave me sense of peace, harmony and tranquility to carry out my work and indulge as a relaxation at one of world largest Shopping Mall, One Utama. AND the music and songs at the lobby bar area. So welcoming and friendly with a local ambience to embrace with the patrons who are there, in Togetherness, for relaxation and music. Excepcional”
Very good location as it attach to a mall. I stayed at junior suite with 1 bedroom its spacious and comfortable. I stayed there with my husband and 1 - 7yrs old daughter and when we are down for breakfast its actually for 2 persons and the stewardess in front of the counter insist we paid for the 7yrs old kid even i said my daughter is not going to eat here as we have to bring her down as nobody in a room but she still insist us paying with a fierce looking and is not that we cant pay. At last we just left the restaurant and went to the lounge which comes together with the room and the staff there is way better and facilitate the best. And the breakfast there even though limited but way better with nice ambience and friendly staff and no charges to my daughter which just drink plain water. Sometimes creative thinking is crucially needed when one expose to this kind of business.

i told reception there’d been an additional pax in my party but it exceeded room capacity and they’d kindly ‘upgraded’ our bedding from 1 king bed to 2 queen beds. great in-house restaurants too and the breakfast spread was exceptional. 1 utama is just a-walk-through-a-tunnel away and it’s not bad. i work at the adjoining building so i know for a fact that this hotel is a favorite for our expats. now i’m won over too. don’t expect breathtaking views, this isn’t KLCC, but the room itself is very comfortable and charming without being over the top. will visit again for a staycation.

Free parking!! Smooth check in. Free welcome drinks in room- cola and jasmine tea in can. Provides toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer, shampoo for body and hair, ironing in room. Tried their in-room breakfast, taste nice and affordable. For lazy people like us to wake up early morning to dine in, I recommend in-room breakfast. Just make sure to call front desk for menu. But the menu is kind of confusing, so I had to call and ask about it. Stayed at room 704 and 705, clean room, clean bed sheets and towels. But room 704's tv cannot function properly and we forgot to call for assistance since we walk at 1U mall for whole day. Pleasant stay. Yes, we will definitely come back again for our next trip.

Everything was wonderful. Nice and clean room. Great location. Linked to 1 Utama so it was quite convenient. Although, I would suggest a few things that could have made it better: - Toilet was bit dark. Not sure if it was due to a faulty lighting or if that was just the way it is. - Too many foot traffic coming in to the hotel from 1 Utama. People were using the hotel Lobby to get to 1 Utama from the MRT Station. It lost the exclusivity of the Lobby being only for hotel guests as there were people easily walking in and out of the lobby and some were just sitting at the lobby to rest.

Great & ONE stop Hotel”
A Great Place to stay and a ONE stop to all your needs. The hotel is located in Bandar Utama with a great shopping mall right at the hotel doorstep. Not only a mall but a huge mall with everything you need. From shopping and dining, you have the kids play park, entertainment, scuba diving, sky diving, surfing and many more. The rooms is nice and spacious. Clean and cozy were just making your tired day more relaxing. View is great and the toilet is equip with bath tub and a seperate shower. They also have many kinds of minibars snack. Wifi is good and strong. Breakfast was a huge bang. The varieties is huge and the quality is great. from small kids to adults, you can get what you crave for. The seating capacity is wide and spacious. This hotel is highly recommended to all as the new MRT which is just 3 mins walk from hotel makes it very convenient for you to travel to other parts of Kuala Lumpur such as Bukit Bintang & KLCC which is just under 30 mins.

A pleasant stay”
Everything was good, except I had a small issue with the parking. I wasn't aware that we could not park the car using one card in One World Hotel, or else they could void it. The staff redirected me to One Utama customer service counter to solve it, but I had to back to One World Hotel to solve the issue in the end. Anyway, I'm glad to see that they provided their best service to solve the issue. A small advice, it could be better if they could tell us earlier (eg during check-in) that we cannot use one card for parking if we want to void the parking. I'm too used to use one card for parking. -_- The room we got is actually a linked room, it could be a little noisy if the sound comes from the linked door. If you are sensitive with noise, perhaps you can avoid getting a room with linked door. :) Other than that, all is good! Professional service, good food, good room, keep it up!

Great stay”
We were here from 26 - 28 March initially. But due to the strategic location with easy access to One Utama shopping Mall, we extended one more night to 29th March. The room is spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, amenities was sufficient and very thoughtful. The staffs was very responsive and always willing to help. If the breakfast could be changed that would be great coz we keep eating the same food for the stay and the spread wasn't a lot. Overall, very happy and would love to stay again in this hotel.

We had about of hiccups in the begining and was sorted out very quickly. We had a upgrade from executive to junior suite room. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Service was good and highly recommended. Will certainly come back to one world hotel next time. It is very convenient as the hotel is connected to the shopping mall and restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk so convenient. One of the best hotel we have visited in Malaysia so far. I always stay in One World Hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and kind as usual. But I only have one comment on your staff that are taking care of the door or the beg (bell boy). Most of the staff there will addressed their customer as Miss/Puan/Encik/Mr. But one of your staff (which I don’t want to even mention). Keep addressed their customer as akak/abang. I know most of them is ok. But I’m not ok with it. I really hate when people call me akak when I’m not even their sister. Or maybe because it’s morning and I’m quite cranky about those petty lil things. But I do hope you could address me as miss instead 👉🏼👈🏼 thank you. Oth than that, Their room comfiness and their shower and their choices of breakfast are the one that making me keep going to the hotel and I love it 💕💕💕

Staying in One World Hotel is one of my best experiences in Kuala Lumpu. Check in was smooth. I stayed in the spacious Junior suite, with beautiful panoramic windows. Very clean room. Great and fast service. Responsive and helpful staff. Delicious room dining and wide variety breakfast. Connecting to 1 Utama mall from hotel lobby. All that with a good competitive rate. I definitely would come back again.

Hotel is nice and room is spacious and clean. Most importantly, One Utama is just by its doorstep. Go down the lift and walk around a corner and the entrance to One Utama is there. Everything can be found at this huge shopping mall! Lots of eateries and cafes too! It has 2 super markets and 2 movie theaters! Will definitely come to stay in this hotel again for leisure because of One Utama.

I chose to stay here everytime i visited KL. It's a five star hotel but every staff always make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed. From the receptionist, to the staff who sent the complimentary cookies and the housekeeping staff who met you at the lift, they smile and greet not like they are forced to do so. The ambience & atmosphere is awesome, room is clean and it's linked to a large mall, there is everything inside.

I love its location which is conveniently annexed to One Utama Shopping Mall. I always stay in the Junior Suite as its spacious and comfortable. For bigger families you can also get the attached twin room for the kids. The price is also very reasonable and the hotel always has promotional packages and f&b freebies for longer stays. This is a perfect hotel for me as the Chinese Restaurant and Japanese Restaurants are top notch

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We booked junior suite and complimentary high tea set served in our room upon check in. The hotel is with access to One Utama shopping mall. There is no dinner buffet like those days but still the dine in menu is great. We have good breakfast at our room next day. Excellent service by the staff.

Room was clean and very refreshingly trendy. Breakfast was the highlight for our stay. Excellent job by the kitchen team in creating the buffet breakfast menu. Kids enjoyed their breakfast moments with variety of freshly prepared food. Suggest to introduce lunch buffet in the future, overall price is affordable. Will return again for mid year shopping next door, so convenient.

The staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast is good again. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. A little minor problem I had was with the toilet flush in my room. After flushing, I had to manually push the handle back to its original position. Because if I don't, the flush valve will not close and the water tank will not be filled for next use. And that was how I found out that little problem with the toilet flush.
