Unexpected worst place. Straight walk away after saw the place”
This really a horrible experience. Room are dark and smelly, bed sink & few cans and tins on the floor which i have no idea why are they in the room. I didnt even stay over night and straight check out the room in few minutes. Worst maintenance. Worst impression. Total different than what photo posted. I really hope if you like to operate hotel and let public stay in, please do have at least have minimum standard required.

Bedsheet, blanket &pillow are old, bedsheet look like not washing cause have many mark ( dirty) in it. Air cond controller no function, noisy from outside.

I checked in to this hotel on the 29.11.2018. The entrance to the hotel is very dark. Very dirty room. The towel has a big hole in it. The toilet can't flush. The shower has no hot water. No TV in the room. I did ask to the counter boy for a change of room as what I've booked but was not entertained. HEAR MY ADVICE.... DON'T EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL.

Please stay AWAY! Dirty room not the same as photos at all. The chair even have fungus! Bedsheets also was dirty. Wifi not functioning at all only function at 4am in the morning. Please STAY AWAY. You’ve been warned.

the hotel was ok and fine for me i booked for 70++ (3 days 2 nights) very cheap rate but need to improve on the wall painting was too dirty and please kindly change your hotel bed sheets, it seems too old with yellow color. overall, it was good thanks to the staff, she was assisting me during at the reception counter for check in and out, she was very helpful

The check in was fine. I was given a room but no power supply. Then changed to a new room with a flat and broken queen bed and not so comfortable. A small LCD TV. A blowing air conditioning. Not cold. A broken sink tap. Have to turn on the main water supply to use the bathroom. Smelly room. A pair of flat pillow. And a towel for two persons. This hotel is suck!!!! i am very pleased with my stay here. it is a walking distance from sunway velocity and if walked a bit further, mrt maluri station is there. the room itself is fine and clean. just have to asked for remote for aircond.

The rooms are definitely not as per the pictures. Very run down. First room's windows were spoilt, can just lift up, no security! Changed to another room, slightly better. No non smoking room. Level 2 can easily access by public.

Room is completely different from the pictures provided. Little or no maintenance in the room. No cloth hangers and drinking cups in the room even though there is a water dispenser at corridor.

room is quite good in condition. can be tidy up better. if it were better, it would've been great. i payed it cheap so i guess it is good enough. plus, the hotel provides functioning AC and wifi. close to sunway velocity mall if get bored, have to walk a little. good for a short stay.

The picture on the Agoda website was lovely; the room was not. No window, dirty floor and walls, creaky bed, broken fixtures in the bathroom, airless and stinking of tobacco smoke. I couldn't sleep. I paid 5 nights in advance and left after the first night -- they wouldn't refund even one day.
