Quiet Neighborhood ”

It is a quiet neighborhood, and it feels so private however the pillow that was provided in our room is very slim looks like you sleep without a pillow and the aircon is also making noise

its been a good place to stay for us, deaf couple because the staffs are very accomodating and exerting efforts to cross communication barrier between hearing and deaf.

Near PRC and SM Ecoland, Great location”

If you have something to do in PRC XI, this hotel is just near the area, just a walking distance. There are food stalls near the hotel, the staff is accommodating. The room near the reception area dies not have signal, you have to go out if you want to text or call, but the wifi is superb. Overall, the place is great.

Reservations may be affected due to late update of system, when I checked in with my companion, we reserved two rooms and there was supposed to have 3 other rooms available after paying and upon check in we had to pay additional charges as there were no more rooms of our choice available. The rooms were clean though

Good neighborhood, safe place, good staff, fairly good place, convenient location. Not much to see, no windows, but if you just want a place to stay and sleep for cheap price. And easy access to matina, ecoland, sm, then this place is best for you.

it’s a block away SM ecoland and has a shortcut route from the place to there. Staff were great as well and all day breakfast food was good as well.

The room is clean, no strong smell of cleaning agent. No strong smell of detergent on the linens. the reception is so friendly and accomodating.

A good choice for travelers”

The place we booked was a 2 bedroom suite and we were surprised that it was actually like a two-story townhouse. It had a kitchenette, a small sala and two separate bedrooms with a bathroom on the second floor. We were comfortable enough. The staff is said to sanitize regularly. I found the windows and hard to reach places a little dusty, which for me is an issue due to asthma. The place was a great location for our needs.

Feel at home in Davao ”

Strategic location. Walking distance to SM City Davao and to main roads. Located inside residential area. Very nice rooms. The apartelle room assigned to us was very spacious with two bedroom, one bathroom at the second floor and one toilet on the first floor, kitchen, living room. And the staff are super nice and helpful. I'll surely stay here when I come back to Davao. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. 😊 I recommend this property.
