This property is poorly managed. The lobby is eerie and empty. Called beach Resort would expect certain service but beside getting the apartment key from the office, you won't feel you checked in a resort.

i got there 1 day late and could only stay one night , no credit was given for the 3 day i could not use . the rooms , staff and breakfast could be better .

Smells come out and only two towel. if I have any tour in rayong I will never acommodate and recomend. No kind staffs are working and wifi not available in rooms

the hotel building is actually a apartment building which also use as a hotel. the building is very old and shabby. almost everthing was closed inside the hotel, coffee bar, shop, hairdesser shop, sauna, snooker (cosed forever, not temporarly). very less people / staff in the hotel. it looked like a bit a ghost hotel. the only one thing which was open was the restaurant. food was ok. breakfast poor but still ok. the beach is opposit the street. almost no shadow on the beach. too hot on day. the beach was also dirty because it's a public beach and quite a lot of garbage in the water. also the beach was not so clean. the location is also not really good. nothing to do on evening. also no taxi or public small buses availible. the hotel was very disappointed for me. i would never go there again.

It is really a condo hotel on the beach”

This is a very good condo hotel Encouraged me to think about renting unit for a month. Restaurant is good, great deep pool, fitness center, good staff, great view, fantastic guesthouse restaurant up the street, the beach turns into outdoor restaurants every evening.Room is really a condo unit, large with counter space. We stayed on top floor and the staff would not let me purchase internet service because I would not be satisfied with the speed. On lower floors it is a good speed and free.

Great location right on the beach”

The hotel is in a very quiet location on the beach but within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The rooms are very large and well maintained, the exterior of the hotel could do with a paint job, but is good internally. We tried both the restaurant in the hotel and local seafood restaurants, and were impressed with both. The hotel is within a very short drive to the business centre of Rayong and bigger shops if you want a break from the peace and quiet. At night the beach front is turned into a mobile restaurant with food stalls/carts and bars set up along a two kilo stretch, with everything on offer.

I DID requested for twin beds in two superior rooms, it turned out I got only a twin bed, and a double bed. Breakfast was really terrible and had very few choices. Luckily we redeemed from Agoda rewards so we didnt hurt that much. By the way, the AC was way too loud, the wall were also worn-out and the carpet was so smelly. I booked for two rooms but how come we got separated in two different floor. It's acceptable IF we got in the same floor, but I got one room in fl.13 another one in fl.18.

Sorry will not be a return visit - Needs coat of paint on the the outside of the building. Very tied looking Hotel.

A big disappointment, not worth ”

Our hearts sank when we arrived at the hotel. It was so far away from everything and it is extremely old, dark and in disrepair...to the point of almost being creepy, like a haunted house. It is not worth what they charge. The rooms were ok and had good cable, but you cannot adjust the aircon temperature. The beach is right across the street, but it is very dirty and there are no waves because they've blocked the beach with rocks. There are no good restaurants or shops around (not even 7-Eleven), so it's a relief that the breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant is good, in general. The pool is ok, but the garden is in absolute shambles as if a tornado had just come through! Their website says wi-fi is not free, but we found out the last day that it was! You just have to ask for the password. They should advertise that and tell you when you check-in.
