Los bungalows son viejos, un poco lejos de la playa, cerca del centro. El personal es amable. La limpieza mas o menos. Precio alto por lo que son. Buen wifi.

Personal desagradable”
El personal te informaba a su conveniencia, debian de tener algun negocio mas por la zona y solo te informaban de las cosas que tenian rentabilidad para ellos y no por tu interes. El agua no salia caliente y con un chorro muy pequeño, al comentarlo con el personal nos dijeron que es que las habitaciones de arriba eran asi. Lamentable.

Our bungalow was fresh and clean. Bathroom was nice, good hot water, well light, etc. Free coffee, water. TV and AC worked great. Just a few steps from all the bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. All at a great price. Couldn't ask for anything more. I did hear a few guest complaining the WIFI wasn't working in their bungalow (so they were using it in the lobby), but it worked great where we were (I had no problem streaming, etc).

Amazing place”
A great place to stay. It has everything you need and more. Lonely beach is only a 10 minute drive away to. There is also a really nice cafe opposite paradise called Papa's which has great coffee, sandwiches and baquets. There is also a reallly cool bar opposite paradise where you can play pool and have a drink. Paradise was a great choice - clean rooms and the aircons were on point. I highly recommend it.

Pro: location, staff (nice girl helped us and she had the cutest 2 fluffy dogs), quiet, bungalow was cleaned every day. No cons! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone else looking for a central location, but without the noise!

Very clean room and bathroom. Bungalows set in a beautiful setting with a great beach (not very great for swimming during low tide but nice for snorkeling). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. My bungalow was air-conditioned which worked great. Was cleaned daily and was clean. Nice to sit on my porch and look at the lovely garden. Go get a free coffee or tea in reception and enjoy. The staff nice enough and I liked their 2 white dogs. Just be gentle or they may try nip lol. Locations good with beach close and good restaurants close and 7eleven.

5 minute to the beach , lots of places to eat even though covid times can hire a motorbike for 200b and a easy ride to visit white sand beach.

We had a very good experience staying here for two nights. I stayed also in Lonely Beach and white sand beach and have to say I really prefer this neighborhood to stay in Koh Chang. Probably my favorite beach, and best variety of restaurants and shops. Paradise Bungalows sit across the street from the beach access (SO worth a two minute walk to save the money from the fancy hotels on the sand). The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, the bungalows are charming and set apart from one another in a garden which gives a feeling of privacy. Staff is atrentive and helpful, friendly animals living there, free tea and coffee and very important to me: water refil! This is shockingly rare on the island. Would definitely come back again.

The "Paridise Bungalows" ist on the hill side of the kids nly may n road wich runs along the west side of the island. To reach the beach one has to cross the street and search for a free treck besides the huge resorts that close most of the accesses to the beach !!!🤬 The Paradise Bungalows is in "Kai Bae village", one of the most busy areas and with some nice restaurants, for example the "Fish Friends" the fishers deliver their catch mornings it is cleaned and displayed at the entrance in a wooden boat full with ice . You chose whatever you like and how you want to have it ; grilled, backed, fried, stewed in hot sauce ....They do it all to excellence ! We had ours in salt crosted 🥰😋

Fan room gets incredibly hot, but for the price we pay it’s decent”
TV wasn’t great (we never use them but just for the amenities check-off) limited fuzzy channels. Fan didn’t stay in one place first night so it was hard to sleep, changed rooms and everything was better. Washroom was okay, again for the price it’s what you get. Shower pressure is below average. Washing was cheap, done overnight. At one end of Kai Bae so you can walk one direction and hit the whole area. Less then 5 minutes from Kai Bae beach and 1 minute from a 7-11. Overall, the staff was good and understood our issues with the fan, the room is humble and we got pretty comfortable where it is in the Kai Bae area, also right next to an elephant park.

I booked the cute little bungalow, very clean inside i found, location is seconds to good restaurants, 7-11, Tesco, and massage and bars, 2 cute & sweet Pomerian dogs in the lobby :) Only Con was i booked a fan bungalow and found it a bit hot and humid inside however i wasn't in the room much so it didn't bother me that much Will stay here again

The room is clean, quiet and the front desk lady is nice person and willing to help guests with travel bus, but they need to have pets control as every bungalow maintains separately and in one of it at night, you can hear the sounds of rat running around on the rooftop. Value for money and near Kai Bae beach.
