Pleasant & Delightful”
During my annual trip to Singapore, my 9-day stay at the Park Avenue Rochester Hotel was delightful. My suite was spacious & at the end of the hall (just the way I like it). The added bonus was the sunlight my room received throughout the day. On the 21st floor, I truly enjoyed being awaken every morning by the rising of the sun through my bedroom. The highlight was in watching the sunset from my living room. The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable & I liked that their tv channels included korean dramas (of which I am a fan). I enjoyed relaxing around the pool & lounging in the seating area on the ground floor. The hotel is in a very good location since the MRT is about a block away, Starbucks is around the corner & the mall across the street has plenty of eateries. Each staff member was super friendly starting with bellman, Navaneethan, who welcomed me& greeted me with a heart-warming smile each time I passed him.

My every visit to rochester has always been pleasant. The hotel receptionist comprise of experienced staffs and also those who are under training. However, all of them are pleasant and always try their very best to ensure everything is smooth from checking in to checking out. Everyone at the hotel greets us. Hotel rooms are always clean and neat and all amenities are functional. Unfortunately, pur during our recent stay, the tubs drainage was abit faulty. Nonetheless, this hotel has always been our best impromptu getaway for me and my mini fam. Especially my baby boss who always sleeps soundly uninterrupted through the night. Thank you all!

Just like my previous stay, you guys have swept me off my feet with the amazing service! Right from the moment, I stepped foot into the lobby. Its really amazing how you guys do it! Crystal attended to me and its a really nice touch when she said "I see that its not your first time here, Maam." It makes me, the guest, feels appreciated for my 'loyalty' with you guys. :) I appreciate the free upgrade and also the Birthday treats that you guys had for me. It was such a good feeling. And oh man, the concierge guys were ALL amazing. Always super bubbly and polite! You guys did a good in hiring them. Even my friends were all singing praises of them! I do frequent Ritz Carlton at least once or twice a year and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the service at your hotel is as good as RC. Please keep up the amazing job! I'll be back sooner than you guys know :)

Amazing and cosy hotel”
It was an amazing stay at Park Avenue Rochester. The hotel is surprisingly cosy and clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the property is conveniently located, walking distance from Buona Vista MRT and nearby having many eateries. I was drawn to the idea of the hotel, being eco-friendly! Instead of providing bottled water, the drinking tap has been installed to reduce plastic waste! Thumbs up! The day of check-in, was greeted by the most helpful and pleasant staff named Iswaran who is very responsive. Thank you! Will definately be back again.

Great and comfortable stay”
Location is excellent. Just a 5 to 7 mins walk from Buona Vista MRT station. Star vista mall just across the road. Super convenient. The room was very quiet, spacious and well equipped with all the kitchen wares as well as a clothes washer-dryer machine. Bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning works great. Bathroom was simple with a bathtub, and could be a bit more well decorated with more lighting as well. Overall an excellent stay!

Perfect Staycation”
Booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was amazing beyond words. It was a surprise anniversary for husband & kids. Put a note before check in to not mention the room type & viola upon check in the staffs is prompt enough to play along with me & told my husband that it was a standard room. The hotel even make up the master bedroom with swan decorations it really brings up the honeymoon vibes amongst us. & the hotel even gave us free complimentary snacks & drinks along with a greeting card to welcome us & wish us joy & health. It was really unexpected. Overall my husband & kids truly enjoy this staycation. Will definitely come back here. Didn’t manage to get the name of the hotel staff that played the role well to prank my husband. A very good job to him. Thank you!!

Still the best hotel for staycay”
During check in, it took around 5-10mins for the process to check in but the receptionist was really nice to ask me to sit down for awhile as he saw me with a baby. The cleanliness was great and the location was great too as it easier for us to grab foods around that area. My baby slept all the way in the hotel. Will recommend it to my friends and family.

We enjoyed our 5 days stay at Park Avenue Rochester Hotel. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time we go back to the room at night to rest, we go back to a clean room. Many thanks to you Alin, who cleans our mess everyday. Only 5 mins walk to Buona Vista MRT. in Front of the hotel is the Star Vista Mall with a lot of eateries and a supermarket. This will be our second home when we are in Singapore.

A weekend gathering with girlfriends ”
It was a last minute decision to book a room for the four of us. Instead of a dinner plan, we cancelled it and booked this 2-bedroom suite. It was worth the money. We spent quality time focusing on sharing our stories and being there for each other without the worries of parking, restaurant time limit, etc. We ordered in via deliveroo / foodpanda (hotel is aware as we checked with them). We kept different types of drinks and cakes in the fridge. Didn’t manage to use the microwave but I’m sure it would be great especially if we need to heat up the food. Overall, we had the whole place to ourselves - feeling like a sleepover at friend’s house. We walked over to Star Vista (across the building) for last minute purchase and snacks. Will definitely come back.

2nd time staycation@Park Avenue Rochester”
This is my 2nd time to Park Avenue Rochester and this time we have chosen executive deluxe suite and we simply love it. The price was reasonable for a big room that can accomodate my whole family with big space for my kids to roam around freely. Nice cosy kitchen area for me to prepare food. Love the service provided by the hotel, from check in to housekeeping service with fast response and great initiative from them in ensuring the bathroom is in good condition to check out. The poolside was great too, with towel provided. Overall great stay for everyone, especially my kids. Thanks to the team. We will definitely be back again.

Located a stone throw away from buona vista mrt station. We had the executive premier room that is clean and well equipped for a long stay. We love the fact that it had a special tap for drinking to encourage less use of plastics. Extending our gratitude to Astrud, Sara and Ruben for their excellent service.

Hotel in a quite location, with many park and tree. i really like this. Just 400m walk to MRT (Orange and Green Line). near Capital Mall with many restaurants. Nice staffs, clean, and quiet. But you will spent 40-45 mins to go to Orchard by bus or MRT. Will stay again when i come back to Singapore

Pros: Modern, clean, king bed, soft sheet, bathtub, walking distance to Star Vista(lots of food choices), roomview of greenery surroundings Cons: Staff can be better trained. Had a very bad experience with a lady counter staff when my room card was malfunction and could not activate the lift to go up to my room floor. When I went back to counter for the second time to ask why the card was still not working, she decided to walk me to the lift to make sure card is working. Instead the card was still not working and she had to activate the lift with her staff pass. It then worked but before I can thank her she walk away, seeming to show me her displeasure for causing inconvenience to her that she has to walk to the lift with me. This is the first time I experience such a bad service in a Singapore hotel for my staycation. I hope the hotel can consider re-training their staff to make sire this does not happen to other guests again.

Room is neat and squeaky clean. There's bathtub! so that's a plus-point for people who love bubblebath :) Only thing to improve, the lights in the bathroom. Could be brighter because at the moment it's quite dim. Other than that, great location and easy access to many food places.

Went for staycation for 1 night with an infant to celebrate our anniversary. It was an awesome staycation ever. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, we were so surprised and felt so grateful to the staff as they upgraded our room to 2 bedroom suite with a bathtub. Our request are all fulfilled. Checked in earlier than my boyfriend as I wanted to surprise my bf. Told the receptionist that it was a surprise and when he’s there to collect the key, to check him in. Once he checked in, the receptionist called in the room to inform me he’s coming up the room, which is nice of her and she didn’t forgot. Cons : only one shuttle bus timing and its only to work buildings, perhaps there could be more timings and to more common areas. Overall, stay experience was great!(:

Rooms are small, but hey this is Singapore and a large room costs megabucks. Very helpful staff, very clean rooms, very close to MRT train station so getting around is a breeze. I stayed here for a conference, and the room was fine for one person but for a couple it would be a squeeze.

My favorite to go hotel in Singapore. Staff Azhar was being very helpful in assisting with our stay , we even got a free upgrade during Christmas! Hotel is clean, bed was comfy, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place.
